I honestly had good thoughts about this company until I received my final cheque which was in accurate and have to fight with them for payment. Clean up crew was good. But office records had shown only one load hauled out when there was more, have contacted numerous times and do not hear back from anyone. When contacting the office they could not give any straight answer where the other load of steel went or what was hauled. They were suppose to pay for a lagoon pump that was ran over. The office had tried saying I had only one load hauled in until I said my yard is under video servalliance and watch all loads go out. Still have not heard back from them and would not recommend them. Better off to get small buisness owners in community’s that do it.

I had them give an estimate for the farm and arranged for a much later pick up as we were still cleaning up the farm after dad passed. We did have a little bit of miscommunication and a couple of hiccups along the way, but I kept reaching out to them and working through everything. In the end it worked out, the scrap is all gone from the farm, even all the extra stuff that we found in the bushes and hauled out for them to take.

We were very happy with this company. We needed the junk cleared sooner than they wanted but were able to accommodate our request! This service is fantastic, would have taken us so long to have hauled it all away on our own. Pleasant to work with as well, highly recommend this company. Some people have told us that they had similar companies out to clean up there farms but that they did not use a magnet afterwards. This company does and that was awesome to finish up the mess.

Had them cleanup a old farmyard where some grain bins had blown everywhere. They came and gave an estimate, was paid the same day and they had everything cleaned up and removed in a single day! Great guys, Have had them for previous jobs as well and 10/10 on those jobs also!

We had them at our house last summer not only did they leave a huge mess but they did not get all the scrap metal according to their agreement and when they went to settle after showing the owner what they had done he agreed to pay for half of the cleanup that I had to pay for and we have not seen any of that let alone we are still waiting for where they drove over the concrete with my s with their excavator and broke the concrete but the concrete guy has not given us an estimate so we're still waiting for that as the damage to the property as well as the mess that I had to clean up.

VERY good Guys to work with for a Cleanup project that I had. Chris took the time to walk the property and take notes and offer advice. He even told me that IF I wanted anything moved, ask the guys if they could. The guys DID move the 3 items that I wanted up in the yard. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME OUT! HIGHLY recommend these guys. The pics are of SOME of the scrap they took minus the motorhome.

Great crew. Communication is excellent. They left the site in immaculate condition. Highly recommended.

Estimator was very honest and helpful!
When the crew came to pick up the scrap, they were efficient and did a good job of cleaning up the work site.

The process leading up to the actual metal removal was excellent, with great communication throughout and very friendly on-site visits. However, on the actual day of removal there were several communication problems that led to a less than satisfactory cleanup as well as neglecting some pieces that were marked for removal.

The admin staff was understanding and did what they could to make things right.

My experience with TruGreen Metal Recycling was excellent. They did a great job of removing all the heavy machinery of a bygone area. Plus all the small stuff. Jeremiah worked very hard and long hours to complete the task of cleaning up my Brother's farm yard. He was a collector of many things. Jesse was great using the small machine Called a Skidder a job well done. Neil was very good as well using the Sidder under the direction of Jeremiah. Gary the estimator was very good and explained the process very well and was available for questions during the process of estimating and afterwards regarding follow up questions I had. I have and will continue to recommend them to my neighbours, friends and family. The farm yard is much cleaner and empty. So very nice to see. Thank you so very much for an excellent job well done.

We had them out to our property the first couple days of September working and they left the area where they we're cleaning up in better shape then it was was before!

They we're efficient, prepared and showed up ready to go. Double, triple checked to ensure only the scrap we wanted gone was taken.

The guys we're awesome to chat too and did the job incredibly well!

I am terrible at names but I believe the guys we're Tyler, Jared, Sergei and there was another fellow I can't remember (very sorry if I got their names wrong, I am terrible with names lol!)

When the TruGreen field rep come out to visit I received very greasy vibes. I asked questions and compared prices. I didn’t like the fact they were going to leave me with a pile of tires wood and glass which may have been expensive to get rid of. The price they offered turned out to be a real low ball. Be careful out there

It was a great pleasure to deal with TruGreen Metal Recycling. The Director responded promptly, also staff and crews were friendly and great customer service! Thank you for supporting Non-profit organization especially like us who do not owned special equipment on moving huge metal scraps. Great people to work with. We planned out the cleanup to optimize the experience for both of us; between rain and snowstorms it took a while but that was all fine. I had a real mess to clean up and made it clear it had to be cleaned firt. Tru Green were Ok with that and did a very good cleanup on the first site then moved to the farm and cleaned up the rest in an afternoon. Good people to work with and left me with a clean level area. The magnet cleans up all the small pieces, nails, and other rubbish. I would recommend this company.

Very professional business. They came and looked at our scrap and paid us on the spot. They took it all and left the farm very clean. We actually had more than they accounted for and they sent us another cheque for the remainder. Very impressed. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend if you have scrap to clean out.

We had this company come out and do a major clean up, when they did the walk through back in March there was a lot of snow on the ground. So it was a tentative estimate, when the crew got here in May we were so impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, respectfulness, quietness they operated quickly and thoroughly. I had forgotten to move a single share plow and some of my wagon wheels out of the pile these guys very carefully removed those items off to the side. If and when we need more hauled out they will be the company we call hands down.
Another thing that really impressed me while they were waiting for the truck to get back they had had a complaint from a previous client. It was a clean up they subcontracted out, which wasnt done correctly. They immediately went and cleaned it up to the customers satisfaction. Impressive most companies would have passed it back to the subcontractors.
