During the cold snap, my old furnace started overheating. Dallas came and did a thorough look and recommended duct cleaning, limit switch replacement and furnace cleaning. I got that done and upon Dallas returning we determined a new furnace. It was a cracked heat exchanger that was emitting minor levels of carbon monoxide in the house. He explained everything to me and I of course went with them to replace my 12 year old furnace that clearly had not been taken care of by me and previous owners. The installation two days later went extremely well. They were done that afternoon. I would recommend them for anything Plumbing and HCAV related. Thank you Trusted.

We discovered our toilet was leaking and called immediately Friday morning. Dallas came out in the afternoon, despite an already very busy day for him, checked out the problem and got the materials needed. Rather than just stopping the leak and returning after the weekend to reinstall the toilet, he stayed late Friday evening to properly fix a previous contractor's problem that had led to the leak, so we had a fully functional master bathroom once again. He was very respectful of our property, keeping things neat during the repair, and cleaned up completely afterwards. We hope that he didn't have a sore back during the weekend as apparently we have the heaviest toilet on the market! We would definitely use TRUSTED again, but likely won't have to again as our toilet problem is completely fixed! But we are considering installing air conditioning next year. We got our old furnace replaced with a new high efficiency furnace last year with Trusted plumbing and heating, after a neighbor referred them to us. We couldn't be happier with Dallas and his crew, right from my first call till the installation and after-service. Just two days ago when temperature dipped to nearly -45°C, Dallas came over to look at the furnace over some issues we were having with uneven heating. It turns out, we had accidentally placed a heavy suitcase on the drain pipe that caused water to back up into the furnace. Despite it being our fault and two months past the one-year warranty period, Dallas didn't charge us anything for the full repair! This is what valuing a customer and providing quality service should look like. Genuinely the nicest people to work with and I 100% trust them to do a quality job. Highly recommended!

My furnace went down late on a Monday afternoon in bitter cold Saskatchewan winter conditions. Their response to the problem was of concern and understanding. The owner came out to assess the problem and looked for any solution other than a new furnace, but there were just too many issues. By Wednesday that same week a new furnace installed and working. I recommend Trusted Plumbing and Heating with a 5 out 5 star rating. The guys doing the install were great and answered all my questions very courteously and always with a good attitude. Cleaned up when they were done you just can’t ask for more. Awesome company

Not all heroes wear capes! We’d had water pooling near our furnace/humidifier and called the guys from Trusted Plumbing & Heating Inc.out to take a look for us. They got that figured out right away, so I asked them to do a general service of our older furnace. That’s when our boy Dallas pulled out his Carbon monoxide tester and got the 385 ppm reading in our furnace room. Our fire/carbon monoxide detectors in our house had not alarmed at all! All I can say is everything happens for a reason and we’re counting our blessings that the Trusted Team are such thorough professionals. This is the first time we used Trusted Plumbing and Heating. Dallas inspected out furnace and it was determined it should be replaced. Dallas described the new furnace and it’s quality then provided an install date. Dallas and his guys showed up as agreed installed the new furnace, cleaned up and took the old furnace away. We are pleased with his interaction with us and the quality of the work completed. I operate a home renovation business and deal with a number of sub-contractors. Gary and crew did a fantastic job installing my new high efficiency furnace today. Gary inspected my 25 year old furnace on Monday and identified a severe, potentially dangerous issue. He replaced it the next day! A -32.c day at that! Gary, Dallas, Shayla, and crew answered every question I had & eased my mind tremendously. My water heater is also nearly 30 years old and way past its EOL. Gary and Dallas were able to give me a really good deal on getting that replaced. New water heater will be installed on Friday. My furnace went out on a Friday night, I called 4 businesses Saturday morning, none of them answered. Ended up calling trusted plumbing and heating, Dallas answered right away and helped in anyway he could over the phone. They came to diagnose the problem Monday morning, replacement was advised. Furnace was replaced the next day. Very happy with the work, will definitely be using them again and will recommend.

We’ve been dealing with Trusted for years and most recently they replaced our furnace in our home. They installed an AC in our rental property. Dallas and crew replaced my 18- year old high-efficiency furnace and air conditioner and brought it up to code. I have had multiple plumbing jobs repaired by them in the past and have come to trust their advice and workmanship. It has only been a few days, but so far everything has been working great and I am a happy customer.

Gary came to our house to service our Furnace. During the process his carbon monoxide detector detects carbon monoxide contents. Dallas joins him and did detailed check again. After having similar results on his detector he briefed us on the risk and hazards related to carbon monoxide leaks. Gas dryer removal from my basement. Trusted fit me very quickly into their busy schedule. The technician was very personable, efficient with time, clean and neat. Twas a cool April evening when a furnace ceased to fulfill its heating duties… I sent a message to Trusted Plumbing &Heating Inc who installed AC for me last summer. I hoped to get onto the following day’s early call list for service. Less than a half hour later, I received a follow-up phone call. Dallas tried to troubleshoot potential causes over the phone. Alas, an in-person diagnoses by a professional was deemed required. Dallas said he would be out first thing in the morning. Please note that he would have come out immediately, but I felt we could wait until morning. When Dallas diagnosed the issue, we were offered the option to repair or replace. Given the age of the furnace, my husband and I opted to replace it. By the end of the day, we were again blessed with the gift of heat… just ahead of another significant dump of snow and cooler weather.

My furnace stopped working on an extremely cold day. I called Trusted Plumbing and Heating at 8: 00 a.m. And Gary was at my house by 9: 00 a.m. He found the issue right away and got my furnace working. I’m not one for online reviews but have to acknowledge the awesome service provided by Dallas and team. They have always been very responsive often coming on short notice. My most recent experience was needing an inspection of the heating system in a house that my daughter was purchasing - timing was very tight! Once again the Trusted Plumbing team went above and beyond. Last summer while away on a fishing trip our air conditioner failed - a quick call to Dallas and the repairs were completed the next day. Trusted’s number is on our fridge and we never call anyone else.

Dallas was excellent - very thorough and up front. Would happily go through these guys again!

A friend was asking about good plumbers. I listed a few reputable ones, and said under no circumstance would I hire or advise in hiring Trusted Plumbing and Heating. I mentioned that I left a review after what was a simple simple fix turned into a $1100 job. I had to hire a far better plumber to fix his overpriced mistakes not long after. Never in my experience have I seen someone bill a client to unload their entire work truck, with tools they never used. As I told my friend, if Trusted Plumbing and Heating was the last "plumbing" company out there, I would rather let my basement fill with raw sewage.

One star because that's the lowest I could go. Really, one star is one too many.
