Tunnels Of Moose Jaw

I decided to go to Moose Jaw on a day trip, and really enjoyed the tour of the tunnels! Great "characters", friendly staff, and a lot to take in. I would definitely recommend this!

We took the Capone tour! Fanny and Gus were awesome! So knowledgeable and the whole experience was very exciting.

Everything was very good, but they spoke very quickly and it was difficult for me to keep up with the conversation.

I've been on all three tours now and I enjoyed them all. An interesting and fun way to learn a little history!

This was by far the best part of my holiday all 3 tours were fantastic.awesome job guys, thanks so much

There's a very good tours very impressed but I've lived in MJ for forty years and I've never been on the tour it was excellent. I highly recommend to anyone that hasn't gone or is visiting.

Highly recommend! We did the Al Capone tunnel and it was phenomenal. I wish we could have had more time to explore the tunnels but the tour was so well done.

Loved loved loved the Tunnels! Fantastic! Highly recommend! My favourite was the Chicago Connection. Frankly speaking, the Bunker 24 show was a bit freaky for me considering what is happening in Russia/Ukraine today. I realize the show takes place in 1958, however it was a bit uncomfortable for me. Otherwise, they were great! The actors were very believable! Hats off!

We booked 2 tours for September 8th. We had great experiences. All staff were amazing. I would highly recommend the tunnels they were informative and very entertaining.

As a South African living in Canada, visiting Moose Jaw, added to my history knowledge. Never knew Mr Al Capone was hiding and bootlegging all the way across the USA border.finding his way to operate his illegall activities in MJ, AKA " Little Chicago " Really enjoyed the tour. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to the tunnels. For years I’d been hearing from people about how amazing the tunnels are so I was pretty excited to finally have the chance to go see for myself! I went through the Chicago tunnels and the newer bunker tunnels. They were both super cool experiences and the hosts/tour guides were phenomenal at their jobs. Everyone did a great job making things extra fun and interactive. I’m looking forward to coming back to see more!

We did the Chicago connection. The actors were fantastic with their tour in the tunnel unlike the usual tour guide. It was a good experience that can be done once.

This is a must go, see and experience for any age person driving through Moise Jaw.

MooseJaw in itself is a hidden gem - you will get surprised by the quality and uniqueness of downtown shopping.

The tunnels are fun and educational. Went as a date, then with international visitors, then with my own children.

Not what I expected. We took 2 of the 3 available tours, but the exoerience was not as expected. I thought I would get a factual "lesson" on why the tunnels were built and how they have been used, instead, we got is one scenario a depiction of the late 50's Cold War era where Canada's security forces had completely swallowed the McCarthy Kool-aid and another where teenaged flapper dressed speakeasy owner took us on a tour of Al Capone's boudoir and business operation.
Mildly entertaining but only that.

This is a must do, we did the bootlegging tour and it was very interesting and entertaining. We will do the other tours next time.

Sure, it is well worth the money and a fun & enjoyable experience - however, the online ticketing experience is a mess. There are 3 tour choices so if you feel that you have time for say, 2 tours, there should be a selection of say Tour 1 & 2, or 1 & 3 or 2 & 3, & the end of one should be co-ordinated with the start of the 2nd tour, but no! You book your “Two Tour Combo”, think you’re done, only to find out later that you’re not! The website should not take your money and let it be known that you think you are done. There should be a reminder BEFORE they take your money that you need to choose Tour 2 BEFORE allowing you access to your tickets. Why is that so hard. Really spoilt the experience for me even though it was extremely well done. My only other comment is that the Tour Guide on the Prohibition/Bootlegging Tour overdid his Chicago accent to the point that it was extremely difficult to catch much of what he was trying to say. Might as well have been in another language. Props & layout on both that Tour and the Bunker 24 were really amazing.

The tour guides were excellent, and so knowledgeable, they sure knew their parts, all from memorization!
For anyone that has not done these tours I highly recommend them.

Bunker 24 a good tour the actors (guides) we're very good made it fun and it's great information opens your eyes to show how propaganda can influence a community.

We did the Chicago Tour. Fantastic hosts who are in full period costume and swagger, secret passages, hidden doorways, period specific furniture and props. Unexpectedly brilliant (we were not allowed to take photos during the tour so you will just have to believe me that it's worth doing)

Your average historic tour. Lots of thematic elements to get you in the spirit. Cast are friendly and play the part well.

Took our 13 yr old grandson. His first time there and he loved it.
The staff is beyond amazing.

We did the 3 tour combo. It was fantastic entertainment and very informative too. Left feeling a little disappointed in our ancestors from the late 1800's

The 3 tour combo was a banger. Worth the trip from Medicine Hat. You can see that the actors take pride in their act and actually engages the crowd and gets you going.

If you’re coming from out of town I’d recommend booking online as this place gets really packed with walk-in patrons

Still a great way to educate and entertain (I went 20 years ago and brought my kids this time)

We did the Bunker 24 tour. Was Awesome! Great acting to make you feel like your back in time.

The Chicago Connection was alot of fun love the interactive aspect of the experience. The Bunker 42 was very educational. Didn't realize how deep the communist party was imbedded into Canada. I would highly recommend any of them to anyone taking a trip Moose Jaw. Looking forward to doing the third the next chance I get.

Great tour, especially enjoyed learning about the important role that Moose Jaw played in the Cold War. Actor was quite impressive. We were about 10 guests. Kids 5-12 yrs old present during the tour, everyone loved it. Time flew by quickly. Highly recommend going, buy your tickets online as they were completely booked when we went mid-Aug.
