I am so thankful for twin city. We need a walk in clinic in North Battleford. I have always had good experiences at Twin City.

I had great service from Dr. Kamel. She listened to my symptoms, and not rushed. I think she is very knowledgeable. I hope she remains in the Battlefords.

Awful telephone service they never pick up don't bother calling them just see them in person to get an appointment

Asked me to provide a health card in the event of a head injury. *It's a miracle I turned myself in since my family don't care. & Provided health card # without physical card.laws are backwashed.

Too rude receptionist. They did a lot of wrong work for my appointments with arrogant attitude. Also, they canceled my family Doctor with lying for retaliation because I complained with them. A lady refused to tell her name rudely. Too terrible!

Ladies at the desk are always wonderful and so nice compared to any other drs office in the city honestly super easy to talk to and deal with no complaints for them whatsoever.the drs are a joke tho, absolutely so lost when looking at you and assumes things and asks sensitive questions extremely inappropriately and questions that have nothing to do with the problem you came there for as well as not remembering me and asking me less racially profiling questions when i’m dressed nicer, i didn’t want to put a review or anything but i feel really ignored and judged every single time by the drs here, not just the one i’ve seen most recently.if you want to feel disrespected and uncomfortable by a dr then this is the place for you.and i’m even more sorry for you if you don’t have a family dr whatsoever and you rely on places like this for health care, it’s never been harder to have your physical problems dealt with let alone mental health so the least the drs can do is be more sensitive and understanding to the community that they’re in and the area that they’re in.

These doctors care. They saved my life, with a rare disease, by sending me to a specialist, when no one else did. They are amazing, and work very hard.

December 8th 2022.
This is the worse walking clinic in north battleford. We had an appointment at 3.30 pm for my one year old girl.we got late by 10 minutes. After waiting inside the clinic they refused for consulting.
The lady who is in the reception said we are behind

Visited this facility on October 29/22 and booked in my appointment in the morning was seen in afternoon. Fast and very professional service and helpful Receptionist and the Doctor on duty was excellent and very courtesy. Thank you for the medical assistance and would definitely recommend this facility.

Prescribed me a pill i had no knowledge on and didn’t educate me, didn’t feel like my problems were heard

Good phoned in to make a same day booking for me n my son got an appointment went everything was clean, they gave us fresh masks we were in and out in less then 30 minutes. Dr we seen examined us thoroughly and addressed our concerns. Felt way better after we left. Thank you never have a complaint.

Called 23 times no answer and hung up on at least 16 of them. Finally made contact and they told me they were booked by 830 am, had a friend call to see and they gave her an apt for later that morning. Ridiculous.

Receptionist was extremely condescending and told me not to wait til the last minute for a simple prescription refill. I didn't, I still have medication available to me but I'm from out of town and will eventually need a refill. Isn't that what a walk in is for?

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff. They answered each and every question I had and I had pleasant conversations with the front desk staff while waiting to see the doctor. My Doctor was outstanding, attentive, took additional time to go over each of my test results individually. He did not rush me and thoroughly dealt with all of my questions and concerns

Unprofessional.disgustingly slow.incompetent staff.such a waste of time and energy going here.would rather give 0 starts instead of 1.
