The two movers that handled my mothers move from her condo were very friendly & good to deal with! They worked really hard the entire time and took good care of all the furniture wrapping it nicely and putting it together at the new place. The people I dealt with in the office were kind and helpful. The two men who moved my things were very peasant and cautious with my belongings. When I tried to help unload they worried things were to heavy or me and unloaded my things.

The movers were friendly, professional and fast. The fee was less than any other company I got a quote from. I would definitely use them again.

The move was great. The guys showed up on time, listened to my directions, and took great care of my belongings.

We had an incredible experience with Two Men and a Truck! We moved from a tiny two bedroom townhouse in the middle of November with way too much stuff to our first home on the other side of the city. The crew showed up right on time and got started right away! They were also upfront that the time may be longer than quoted but they would try their best not to much more than estimated once they saw all of our items. Not only were they professional, they were friendly and efficient with our stuff! They worked some magic getting our sectional moved and made sure they didn't damage anything. I would highly recommend using their service if it's in the budget.

My two movers were on time and very quick moving into my new house. They also helped move additional furniture that wasn't in the storage unit. I would use two men again if I needed to move again!

I used this company in April of 2022 but after seeing 2 recent reviews similar to my experience I felt I should leave a review. I also find it interesting that they respond to every negative review by saying it’s either not truthful or that they have no record of that customer.

•I was quoted 3 hours to move my furniture and totes out of an apartment to a house an 8 minute drive away. They said they had to pre-auth my card for 4.75 hrs “just in case they happened to go over” which I said was fine.
*spoiler: I was charged for 8 hours
•movers showed up a half hour late because they claimed they couldn’t find my apartment easily located in the heart of downtown and I was charged for this.
•I was 6 months pregnant and was told that I had to move my own tv because it’s a liability, and was given no other option. I hauled it down to my car with no help and told them I’d go to the new house and wait because my cars been broken into more than once in broad daylight WITHOUT a tv in the backseat.
•At hour 4 I go back to my apartment and they have spent the majority of their time Saran wrapping every piece of furniture and weren’t even close to done loading up.
•1 mover continually asked for tissues, sneezed all over my stuff, was so slow and sluggish and then just disappeared when we got to the new location and I was left with 1 mover until the supervisor showed up.
•they dropped a chair cushion in the mud and didn’t mention it because they thought I didn’t see
•damaged my dresser after trying to move it with all the drawers in saying they didn’t realize the drawers came out, meanwhile 1 drawer was actually not in the dresser because I just moved it separately instead of packing.
•the 2 men refused to leave my home until I signed their paperwork despite saying multiple times I did not agree with what the paperwork was stating ie: I was happy with the move and that they had not damaged anything. They would not take no for an answer and insisted I sign anyway because “it’s a large, referral based company and they would sort it out the next day”. I finally just signed because I wanted these people out of my house.
•I was called the moment they walked out the door by the office and explained how unhappy I was and mentioned my damaged items. I was told they’d call back the next day. My credit card was immediately charged the extra 3.25 hrs.
•Ultimately I was offered 1 hour off.
This business is extremely unprofessional and I’ve heard many similar stories from friends since my experience. I chose them because of the amazing reviews - please don’t make the same mistake as me.

From booking with the office staff, to the 2 gentlemen that moved my items for me, I had a great experience! The office was pleasant and accommodating and made sure my quote was accurate. The movers were very friendly, quick, and professional and had my items moved to my new place in a timely but safe manner. Would definitely call this company if I ever moved again.

As a single woman, I would not recommend them unless you have someone with you as a witness when arranging the move.
I moved from an apartment to a condo so not a lot of items to move and it was a 15 minute travel. I was given a reasonable quote as I have moved two years ago and the quote seemed very similar. Unfortunately that all changed on arrival. First they arrived 2 hours late. Then they dragged the move out for 8 hours (carrying two small items at a time) and charged me twice as much as was our agreement. They would not leave my house until I had paid them the difference. I had things broken and lost. I have moved many times and have never had such an awful experience.

I truly was wowed with their impeccable customer service and true professional movers that were assigned for my move. The icing on the the cake is that they were apt with time and meticulous in the handling of my properties. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

I hired these movers for a move on April, 28 2023. They were 1.5 hours late and took 20 min to get going. They scratched my floor trying to move the couch and it is a very small couch. It took them 2.5 hours to load a couch, dresser, bed, tv stand, desk and a TV. They wouldn't take the TV at first because the truck wasn't full enough so I mentioned calling the manager after which they agreed to take it.

Upon getting to the new place, they couldn't get the couch in and damaged the walls. They put the bed together wrong and left the dresser in the wrong part of the room when I asked twice to have it moved.

They told us they would be back at 9am the next morning to complete the move (couch). We were ok with that. They didn't show up or call the next day. They called at 9: 45 when everyone was gone and begged to come complete the move at which point we informed them it was too late, we were not interested in any business moving forward based on the horrible experience.

I spoke to a manager about the damages done and they acknowledged it and told me a manager would call me. Instead of contacting me to resolve the issues, they charged me another $156 for "extra time made on the move. " They moved 6 pieces of furniture (I moved the rest myself throughout the day) and 2 boxes 1.4 km and are trying to charge for over $800 for the move after they damaged both properties. I was quoted at $600 before anything happened. I signed nothing to complete the move.

They have continued to try to put charges on my credit card which I have now reported as fraud. DO NOT USE THEM.

The two movers were wonderful! They went beyond what I expected and were extra careful with all of my belongings! They were friendly, on time, and kept me informed at all times. I would highly recommend them!

The men were kind, polite and incredibly caring with my items. They were quick and meticulous packing my items safely in the truck. I am so happy with their quality of service and would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your next move.

I was very pleased with my move. The guys worked very hard and were very professional. They shrink wrapped and padded all the furniture and mirrors. And didn't damage anything or scuff any walls. I highly recommend this company if you need to move your home.

The men moved my aunt into senior housing. They did a very good job of arranging the furniture. They were very kind and thoughtful. All the furniture was wrapped with saran wrap to protect it. Thanks for the nice job you did.

We hired 2 men and a truck to move my 83 year old Mother, Brendan and Ricardo were absolutely amazing! They we polite, courteous and respectful. The move went extremely smooth. We couldn’t have asked for better guys to move her! Thank you Brendan and Ricardo!

From start to finish this was a great experience. Booking was easy with quality follow up. The movers on site were friendly, respectful of my home, and very easy to work with. Will definitely use them again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for movers.

The ladies at the office were very friendly and easy to deal with, The two gentlemen that came to move my furniture were absolutely awesome. They moved more than I thought they would. Lol I should have been more specific when I said take everything in this room. They took absolutely everything. Garbage bags too lol hahaha I would definitely recommend this moving company to my friends and family. They were absolutely fantastic. Good job guys and gals!

Customer service told me they'd get back to me on some issues in a few days, a month and a half and several emails later and still no reply. Tried again. Would adjust rating if they got back to me but that's fairly ridiculous customer service

Edit: they claim in response they did not get my email, though they emailed me back promising to get back to me in a few days, I've emailed six times since, they ignored me so I finally called the day of my review, promised they'd call me before close. They didn't so I called back. They said they'll get back to me (again) and accused of me of not providing the proper information. I'd remove review if they actually answer me and stop accusing me and calling me out here

Too much to complain about, too many hours while they sat around and nothing being done, two many movers, eestimate was way off, and they come to work sick, and drink out of your water taps with there mouths, and use your toilet and tissue paper and bathroom, they broke several items that they said they didn’t, not the same professional company they used to be.

I used them thrice and they never disappoint. Always on time, polite and careful with my stuff!

Poorly managed move, get a company that will take the time to make an accurate quote and actually pass the details to the employees so that they and you are prepared for the cost and the details of your move. Job cost 40% higher than expected and the entire day was a mess of adding extra workers, updating individually employees etc.

Had just scheduled a move last minute just before the holidays. From reception (Shaheen) to the two men crew that came to do the move, very satisfied, professional, friendly and accommodating. Could not have asked for better service, would recommend and adding them to my "Roll-a-dex" permanently.

Had a wonderful experience moving with this company. They gave us a very accurate quote over the phone. The movers showed up first thing in the morning and were finished before noon. Our actual invoiced cost ended up being about $100 less than quoted. Would gladly recommend everyone to use this company.

I stored a piano here for two years, and have been pleased with the service. When they picked it up, they were so well prepared. Anytime I have wanted to check on it, or most recently when I moved it out of storage, they were very accommodating and helpful! Definitely recommend using this company for moving or storage.

Was very disappointed with my move and this company. I have moved over a dozen times and for a move that should have been simple, this was the most stressful and anxiety provoking move of them all. I only required furniture to be moved as I had packed and moved all of my other belongings. I literally had a queen bed and mattress, a dresser, a 2 piece couch, book shelf, tv stand, kitchen table, arm chair, desk, a rug and futon- 10 items in total. For the quote- I was quoted 3 hrs and 3 men to move 10 items less than 15km (for $600). I was booked for aug 30 from 430-630 and was told the movers would call before showing up. I booked the afternoon off work so I could ensure I was home. When 630 came, I texted- no answer- so I called to see what was the delay- I was told the movers were running behind. Fine- stuff happens and I asked when I should expect them. They said maybe an hour- so I waited - nothing. So I called back and was told they were still behind and they would call when they were ready. So I continued to wait and still nothing. By this time I was getting worried because it would soon be dark. I called back again and they informed me the place they were moving was very disorganized and that’s why it was taking longer than expected. I asked how much longer it would be and said to check back at 930. I thought this was ridiculous as I had already been waiting 5hrs and my time is valuable too. If the previous move was so disorganized they should have declined that move or rescheduled knowing they had another client booked that day! At 930 I called back and the movers told me they were cancelling my move after waiting 5hrs. They rescheduled me for the next day at 1pm and expected me to cancel my busy clinic with less than 12 hrs notice- further disrespecting my time. The next morning I received a text cancelling the 1pm moving time. They pushed the time to 6pm and guaranteed in a txt that they would be on time and have a smooth move. I told them they would have to be on time as I had to move out the next day and I had my cleaners booked weeks ago (mind you the cleaners were originally booked for the night AFTER my move- so now I would have to have the movers and cleaners working at the same time). The cleaners arrived at 530pm but 2 men and a truck were no where to be seen. I called them asking where the movers were- and they said they were on the way. 7pm no movers. Called again- said they were on their way. 730 -cleaners were done still no movers so I told the cleaners to leave and desperately rescheduled them at 730am the next day to do the floors at an extra charge. Finally after 730 the movers showed up and did apologize but it was too late- I was very upset at all the broken promises and failures by this company at this point. They didn’t even bother to bring floor protection and came in with their dirty shoes! I was appalled that they didn’t protect my hard wood floors while moving and flat out told them they had scuffed my floors and demanded floor protectors. They did not have any! I could no longer be present during this move as it was already 9pm, I had been waiting since 6pm, hadn’t had dinner, and was beyond frustrated. I told them I had to leave as I had things to do still with my move and left them to finish. They arrived at my new house at 10pm. Again had no floor protection. They had to be told to take their shoes off in the house and did not complete the move until 1130 at night! Finally the manager approached me with the bill and told me that it would be 1000$ for a 5 hr move. I was shocked! My quote nearly doubled, it was a day late, took excessive time for 10 items, and it was nearly midnight. He told me because of the inconvenience he would take 200$ off or 1 hr. But his team only worked 4 hrs-730-1130. I signed the document only so he would leave and I could sleep.
Overall this company failed with their communication, ability to stay on budget, efficiency of move and customer service. Do not recommend. Over promised and under delivered.

Faith in the office was very professional and helpful when walking through the estimate and setting up the contract. The three fellows that moved us were polite, responsive and didn’t dawdle. I appreciated that they worked with us. The lady (I apologize I missed your name) I talked with at the end of the move was equally as professional. I will definitely use 2 MEN AND A TRUCK again. (Too bad I cannot attach a picture here because I have one of the three movers who made my life easier today).

I came to know "Two Men and a Truck" through the brochure they left at my front door knob. I phoned them and able to arrange their service on 9/11/21. Shaheen was able to book the arrangement right away for the next day. I was very glad that they have assigned Shawn and Nathan to do the moving and rearranging for me because they are not only very efficient but also pleasant, polite and very accommodating to follow request for changes on the placement of the pieces of furniture. I will certainly refer this Company to my business colleagues and friends.

Although there was a slight language barrier with all involved, the men were courteous, polite, and went out of their way to make sure everything went well!

Had a great experience with this company. All three movers were fantastic (Samuel, Gift, and Ali I think their names were). They were fast, on the ball, and really just made the whole experience so much better than I expected. Thanks again, they really helped us out on a short notice pinch.

Great company - the gentleman who came to move our stuff moved everything with care and very efficiently, wrapped larger items, and were having fun while doing the moving despite with 37C heat. Cost was exactly what was quoted!

I wish I had the option of putting 0 stars.they don't deserve any stars at all for the way we got treated.as said on the site "Our professionally trained movers, drivers, and staff, are experts in everything from packing and relocating professional offices and retail stores, to medical offices and educational facilities. " THEY claimed our office desk were to heavy for them to lift.and they were about to leave our desk out on the streets.

Today I had a number of large pieces of furniture moved from my house and these young men were polite, and very accommodating. They were very careful with my items. I found them efficient and were done much earlier than anticipated. I would highly recommend this company.

Buyer beware this company puts unauthorized charges through on your credit card.i 100% DO NOT recommend them. They showed up 8 hours to my move took WAY longer then quoted and charged me for all of their mess ups. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews they have this company is extremely unprofessional.

First, the moving team is INCREDIBLE. I hired Two Men & A Truck for 2 business related moves in less than a month. The teams who did both moves were friendly, professional, quick, and hard working. These men made what was a very frustrating and agitating day more lighthearted, and made right what their office team had gotten so wrong. I cannot thank them enough for their humor and care.

The office team, however, was not satisfactory. Our first move was booked and confirmed verbally well in advance, a quote was emailed to me, and I was told I would see them at 8 am on moving day. At 10am I called because they had not come and was told that I had not confirmed and the appointment was not booked. After waiting all morning while they called men in from their day off, the move went forward at 12pm. The second move I insisted on receiving the written confirmation, and after calling 4 days in a row and being told that the confirmation and quote were sent to my email (already on file), it took until the day before the move to find out it was being sent to the wrong email address.

ETA: The general manager called me to ask my feedback and discuss these concerns. He was kind and understanding, and assured me that my feedback would be used to improve their operations and identify areas to grow.

Two men and a Truck is a highly ptofessional service. I did a move to another province and they made it so smooth. They were very punctual, accomodative to requests, best pricing and were best equipped. I not only recommend them highly but also would very much like to hire their services again. The men were so friendly and they were really fast! The move was late and they set up my bad for me so I wouldnt have to put it together by myself all hours of the night! Definatly went above and beyond! Would recommend them for any type of move!

The crew that came to move our precious piano were so friendly and accommodating. They wrapped and protected our piano perfectly and were careful of our floors and walls as they moved it out. They provided storage of the piano for a month for us. We were so pleased with their service they we booked them to do our whole house move in the next month. Terrific company and service.

The office folks (Bamike) were very prompt knowledgeable and professional. David and Zack were excellent very courteous, efficient and worked nonstop. Price was very reasonable and completed under budget. I would highly recommend them for your needs. Thank you very much made our move a stress less endeavour.

Using the Two Men and a Truck service was a fantastic experience for my wife and I. Three guys showed up (because one of them was new), which happened to be a buy 2 get 1 free scenario for us. They were all super professional and nice. There was no damage of either boxes or walls, and these men worked quickly. They knew time was money, so they were pulling double stacked loads out of my 3 storey apartment at record breaking speeds.

In the end, Two Men and a Truck finished the job an hour early, saving me money. They worked independantly and carefully, saving me from having to stress. There was literally no bad part about my experience with them. If I ever have to leave my house again I will for sure use this service, and they are my #1 recommendation for those needing a moving service. They took a ton of stress out of an already stressful time. I read their reviews beforehand, so I was ready to be impressed, but let me tell you, they really are as good or better then people say.

I just moved from an apartment to a bi-level suite this past weekend and hired two men and a truck and they were absolutely amazing! They took apart my couch (sectional) and reassembled it and made it even more sturdy than before! They helped plastic wrap some furnitures and helped me move boxes to specific area. I highly recommend them! Very excellent service:)

I have used other professional mover 5 times in the past and have always had a good experience. We are extremely unhappy with our move from Two Men and A truck. The final price was $500 more the quote and extensive damage was done to our belongings. The move should have taken as long as the quote based on moving the same items with other movers. They dropped an expensive Snap-On tool box half off the back of the truck dinting and scrapping it all up. They damaged a number of our most expensive furniture items and a item of great sentimental value of my wife. They were slow, and inefficient. I base that on watching other movers many times. They did not use runners on the floors tracking in mud and scratching hard wood floor. They did not use enough moving blankets to protect items in the truck. In the end they would only compensate to lower price by $177 from original quote. They would also not put through an insurance claim and initially charged my credit card for the extra hours over the quoted without even talking with us first after raising concerns. Very upset with this company and we are left feeling like victims of a scam. Hopping this post will protect others.

These guys are great! They worked hard to get my move done in time and still managed to remain happy and polite. The office staff was responsive to my needs and did a great job delivering. 100% would use them again!

The office called the day before to confirm my move. Michael and Carlington were awesome! Very professional and personable. And they called me to let me know they were running behind, even though it was only by about 15 minutes. I'd recommend them any time! Their boss should buy them lunch for sure as a thanks for their hard work!
