I called Tyrone for an issue with my sewer drain, and boy am I glad I called Tyrone and not someone else! I did not know where the access point for the drain was in my house, so when he asked were it was I could only shrug and show him to the basement. He then proceeded to make a beeline for the bathroom, peel off the tile (someone had apparently installed it like that for this reason), and find it under the floor! He then got his specialized camera out of his truck and showed me what was going on in the pipes. He found and cleared the clog so quickly I didn't notice at first. Finally, the cherry on top is that because he was using specialized equipment, he found a break in our water line! He took a video, sent it to me, and called the city for me so they could come and fix it. All of this, and he was in and out in under an hour. Tyrone is truly an expert in his field, properly equipped with the tools he needs. I will be calling him again in the future if I need anything else for sure.

Tyrone and his crew are always professional, on time and clean. Definitely live up to their slogan. I've used his service twice over the past few years and he also makes a point to let me know what products are better then other in term of "drain health" and gives tips on how to keep things unclogged. Tyrone was amazing with being able to quickly fit in a service call. My parents house was having some issues with draining and Tyrone came and was able to explain the problem and fix it! My parents were using the wrong toilet paper and Tyrone told them which is the better kind for the pipes, which was so helpful. Tyrone did not charge my parents anything, as he said he did not do much service. Will definitely use again if needed, and will recommend to absolutely anyone and everyone!
