I can understand their side of the story here however I feel like the customer service was disgusting, their attitude stinks and they are not polite in any way shape or form. They remind me of a backyard dirty tow truck company. It seems that each deal and I have with this company gets worse and worse and worse. Their attitude absolutely sticks here!

I've ordered from the U-Haul on Park St a few times. The last time was fairly decent. The service picking up was a good experience. The truck we were given had no gas so we had to switch to a different truck. We wanted a pick up truck and had to deal with a 15ft because they don't take debit on the smaller vehicles. When dropping off the experience changed. I pulled up to drop off and the sign says pull up and wait in the vehicle to be helped. After 10 minutes of sitting there in the specified area and watching several employees walk by and go about other things in the yard. I asked one if them if I should continue waiting or go inside for someone's assistance. He snapped at me, "If you can go inside then go inside I'm busy here. ". For the record, he was wiping down a truck with a rag when I asked him, didn't know that job was so important he was not to be disturbed by a customers question. We then went inside and the workers were just sitting around. We were then helped by a woman who came in from a different room, took the truck keys and we went on to wait another 10 minutes for her to come back and check us out. Seems that after they get the money they don't care about customer service. This experience seriously makes me think I should just buy a truck and avoid the hassle all together.

For the out of town customers, this uhaul has no customer parking. They expect you to leave your vehicle on a residential street a block or two away.

Unfortunately a very negative experience. We showed up to pick up our Uhaul in Regina, only to find out that it had been triple booked and given away to someone else. The fellow at the pickup location was very understanding of our frustration and tried to help us source another vehicle. We were moving to a different city so it made everything extremely stressful and we had to look elsewhere for a vehicle. Not impressed with the Uhaul district manager.

Set me up with what i needed, quick tips for using car dolly, and i was on my way. Crazy morning after the Regina storm, rep was a short notice call in, and was still helpful and friendly, dropped and was on my way (half of lot & city under water). Will use them without hesitation again!

I ordered a U-box container on July 8,2022, in Toronto, Ontario, with a shipment set for August 22,2022, in Regina, Saskatchewan. By phone on July 23,2002, they scheduled delivery for July 26,2022. I had to cancel a personal appointment in order to wait for the container, but they never showed up. I contacted U-Haul, asking what the reason for the delay was, but I didn't get a consistent answer. They rescheduled the shipping for the following July 28,2022, but they still failed to deliver and didn't even get in touch to let me know the reason why. When I called the attendant again, she said she would figure out what could be done and would give me access to my U-box the next day in case I needed to take anything out. On July 31,2022, I showed up at the location where my box is kept. However, they did not give me access as promised, and I was informed that because they were busy at the time, they would not be able to move the boxes that were blocking mine. They once more assured me that the U-box would be delivered to my house on August 2,2022, and again on August 8,2022. Although this has not yet happened, I've already spoken to a few people on the phone and in person to try to find a solution for the U-haul company because, as I can see, they are not able to find one! On top of that, the interesting part was when they offered me to unload my belongings from the U-box on their site and load them onto a truck, so I had to drive the truck to my residence and unload everything again. What a genial idea. I hired a company to do my moving and they offered me to do their job, which I am paying for. I wonder what is missing? Lacking responsibility? Business commitment to its local customers? Due to the disregard and disrespect for my circumstances, I won't suggest this kind of service to anyone.

I booked a U-Haul cube truck two weeks before the day I was planning on moving to Saskatoon from Regina. I got a call from a U-Haul representative the day before I was to pick up the truck, and although we had to make slight changes to the reservation, she informed me that everything was good to go.

When I went to pick up the truck the next morning, I learned that U-Haul had triple booked the one 15' truck they had available, effectively screwing over myself and another person.

U-Haul clearly only cares about maximizing their profits, and not about the human beings who depend on their reservations. Overall it was an awful and stressful experience, and I will never rent a U-Haul trailer again.

Wheat Country Motors in Regina saved the day by renting me a truck and trailer on short notice. If possible, I recommend you support this local business instead of U-Haul.

Driving one way from Toronto, ON to Kelowna, BC and had issues with our towing trailer. Stopped into the park street Uhual to swap it out … front service members 5/5 stars for you, I was impressed with the service and demeanour of the team out front.
The mechanic in the back is rude as anything else and tried to refuse the swap/repair even though it had already been approved. Started asking me how I even know it’s broken.pretty sure that isn’t my job to know! 3/5 stars for you because it still got done.

Had a fellow in Penticton load my car on a trailer for towing and he had me pull the car up and he guided me to the front and stop. Well when we arrived in Regina Sask, and went to the uhaul dealer on Park st, the guys removed the straps and then said to back it down.well the car was to far forward and the motor mount and control arms were ripped out.this has now caused me to have to repair these parts in able to get insurance on my car.this is unacceptable for me cause your staff was to blame for this, never will I use uhaul or even recommend this company.

Reserved a trailer 2 weeks in advance. The night before I am to pick it up, I receive an email confirming the trailer is secured and ready for pickup. 1 hour before I am to pick the trailer up, I get a call that they don’t have a trailer for me and I will either have to drive 1 hr away to pick one up (on my time and fuel cost) or change my reservation to another day. No help whatsoever. I canceled my booking and found a local trailer rental company. What’s the point of a reservation? !

I had to rent 2 trucks to move from SK to AB
I had a mechanical issue with one of the trucks right of the get go, and late at night too.
Melanie M.answered her phone at 9 at night and made sure we were taking care of. We had a truck the next morning! Melanie M even texted to make sure we made it to end destination safely. This lady has a heart of gold and puts customers first. This type of customer service rarely happens anymore and it is greatly appreciated.

The lady at the front was very rude. Had a truck ready to rent 4 days ago. Go in to get it and she was rude the whole time. Making us call around and what not because she rented the truck we had reserved. She was very rude and ignorant. I'm usually good with them but not today. She should be fired. She was even yelling at her own coworker. Sent him home.

Only once in a blue moon do I have a bad experience at U haul and unfortunately this last time was one of them. Given the wrong equipment then the woman who did Not do a "Walk around" tried or did blame me for a previous stone chip. Must be the pandémic.

Be careful, they will steal money from your credit card and claim it as fuel expense, forcing you to dispute their shady practice through your credit card company. Bunch of thieves willing to lie and steal to make a few extra dollars.

I wish I could give this place 0-stars. It’s like they only hire the most rude and unprofessional people that they can find. It seems like none of the workers care about anything. I’ve been there four times, and each time was worse than the last. One time I stood at the front of the line for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge me, while the workers argued and bickered about stuff.

If you do go here to rent a truck or buy moving supplies, be prepared to walk out frustrated and annoyed afterwards.

Good experience so far. They also provide hitch ordering as per your vehicle, hitch installation etc. The trailer booking process and availability of pickup and timing is a bit weird. You book online or in-person beforehand but often trailers are not Available on the specific date and they arrange something

I had my first and worst customer service with the U-Haul on 26-Feb-2021. The story goes like this: I had reserved a 10’ truck on 17-Feb-2021 (ref #: 23256605) online with pick up point as Hill Consulting, 3045 Saskatchewan Dr, Regina towards my move on 26-Feb-2021. Almost half an hour after the reservation was made, I received call from the U-Haul informing that there was no 10’ truck available at that pick-up point on my requested date. The lady who called me kindly updated my order by changing pick-up location to 1535 Park Street, Regina, which is much farther for me and she compensated it by offering me 15, truck for the same rate. I accepted the offer and was looking forward to the convenient move. On the day of reservation, I went to the U-Haul office on the Park Street, Regina with one of my friends, fulfilled all the formalities and all of the sudden this lady at the counter very rudely said that I cannot have the truck because it’s not delivered by the previous customer and she told I can get a cargo van instead if I wanted. I explained my situation to her and the lady at the adjacent counter also interfered very rudely that it’s not their faulty (which I agree) and they had nothing to do about it. The way these two staff (who were at the counters at 11: 00 am on U-Haul on 1535 Park Street Regina) exhibited the worst attitude and approach to me and my friend as customers. They didn’t even care for the inconvenience I expressed and were not willing to even offer any consideration for the last moment inconvenience caused to me. At the same time, they were confident that they were going to charge the previous customer for not delivering the truck on time. We placed an order for a cargo van, made the payment, got the moving done with the help of personal trucks of two other friends, got out job done, filled up the gas tank, and dropped off the cargo van by around 3: 00 pm. At that time (26-Feb-2021 around 3: 00 pm) there was another staff at the counter who was patient enough to listen to our concerns, went to another room, talked to her manager, returned to us, took my name and number and told me that the manager would call me. Even after 6 hours, I have not received a call yet. I’ll wait and see how it goes. I am writing this to express my frustration at the worst customer “service” and least appreciable attitude shown by those two staff. I will not go for U-Haul for my next move in future because there are other better options and neither will I recommend U-Haul to anyone I know.

We had Uboxes shipped across the country to this location. They were awesome every step of the process. They let us know our boxes had arrived early and contacted us to arrange delivery. Delivery was on time and very flexible to meet our needs. The delivery truck driver was super friendly and took the time to park the boxes exactly where we wanted them. Pick up was prompt as well. We were double charged for the delivery fee, but this was quickly and painlessly resolved by the local manager, Mel. Great service all around!

Poor Service. No parking spots open, Only 1 working staff that dissappears from time to time. Dirty cars, when they claim "sanitized" and worst of all we waited in like for 45+ minutes with only 2 customers in front of us.

What a joke Uhaul is. Booked a trailer a week and a half in advance. Apparently booking equipment doesn't mean anything to them. Got a call 24 hours before my scheduled time telling me that someone from out of province came and took the trailer back to Alberta and now it's not available anymore. WHAT'S THE POINT OF BOOKING? ! Top that off, all they have for trailers is a much smaller model 2 hours from Regina. And they refuse to go get it, that's up to you to figure out if you want something to move with.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. No apologies just "this is how it is". You'd be better off flagging down some guy hauling a trailer and offering him the $200 for the weekend. At least he won't take it to Alberta suddenly and leave you with nothing.

Got a hitch installed on my car 2 months ago. The installation was done very professionally. The job was started on time after a brief discussion with me. The hitch itself looked quite heavy and good in quality. The harness wiring was also installed with a wire running to the battery. The whole work was done in around 2 hours approximately. The person who installed was named Randy and he did a good job. Thanks

Terrible experience. The 800 number takes reservations for a hitch kit and doesn't communicate with the local store. Hitch never came, no one called to reschedule the apt. Hitch kit and installation was booked and 3 weeks later they didn't have the parts to do the work. Had to source it from somewhere else to get it on in time for my camping trip. The store is disgustingly dirty and not well kept. The workers are unprofessional.

Please always check fuel tank when they give a key other wise you will ended up with paying gas price of Airlines. Because U-haul is not always right when they said tank is 1/2 full.
Because Receptionist told me It is half full so I trust him (my sily mistake) and did not check fuel level as I was in hurry and I ended up with paying total fuel charge around $76.00 for 27km I drove. It means Tank was not 1/2 full when I got it otherwise It could not cost $76.00 for only 27km.

Set an appointment for Hitch installation one week prior to the date. When I arrived at the alloted time, the Hitch had not arrived. Nowhere in the documentation did it say that I needed to await a call. Delayed vacation. Long lines to boot.

Really disorganized and confusing.
I made an appointment for a hitch install ~2 weeks ago. I called on Thursday to see if I could change my appointment to a little bit sooner. The gentleman I got on the phone was very hard to hear and when I asked to move my appointment to a few days earlier, he said no problem. I received no confirmation, and when I called the customer service line, I was informed that the appointment was moved to the wrong date. After relentlessly calling, (I swear I called 50+ and felt insane doing it) the manager finally picked up and confirmed that the appointment was switched back to the date I had requested.

I drove 2 hours to Regina to find that they would, "get to it when they did" as they had 3 other hitch appointments booked at the same time. We had no where to go, so we had to stand around uHaul for what ended up being 3 hours.
Manager was kind, but didn't give me any reasonable time frame or idea of what was going on with my appointment, he seemed to avoid any and all interaction with us from the jump.
The only saving grace in this situation was the mechanic, who was gracious, apologetic and incredibly kind, (the 2 stars are for him).
I really don't recommend this location if you're moving soon and need to get things in order quickly.
Although I left with a hitch, I spent a lot of time wondering if I had driven that far for nothing.
I will most likely be avoiding uHaul for anything in the future, if I can help it.

My boyfriend and I booked a 20 foot U-haul for our move. We booked over a week ahead. When we got there the U-haul was not available as they gave it away to someone else that came in right before us. They also claimed that the person who was supposed to return a different 20 foot truck the previous day did not show up. They offered us a 15 foot truck but we explained that it would be too small for us. He checked the computer and told us the 20 foot truck is available at the Albert street north location. He never called the Albert Street location to confirm if it was available or not. He called to get our reservation transferred over to the location at Albert Street North. While on the phone, he was flirting with the girl who was transferring our reservation and asking her where she is from and then he explained to her that he is from Jamaica. Very unprofessional and the employee did not seem to care about our reservation at all. Once we got to the Albert Street North location we were made aware that they had booked the 20 foot truck out already and could not give it to us. He said that he had not received any reservation requests and that it was already booked. We ended up having to take a 26 foot truck and were not offered any compensation for all of the mixups or for our time wasted. We will not deal with Uhaul again after this move is over and would not recommend them.

We booked online at the same day we needed it & it was stated on their website if you filled up a form with your driver license, it will be much quicker, so we did. When we got to the place we still had to wait for 10+ minutes & they still asked for your driver license. It’s ridiculous! We also added an appliance dolly with the truck but it wasn’t strapped in inside of the truck, it was like a mess & loud when we were driving it. Sigh! Also my sister forgot her credit card for some reason in this place on their table for 4 days & my sister admitted that it was a human mistake, anyways we had to call them instead of them calling us. When my sister got to the place the guy didn’t even apologize or even said thanks. These people need to learn people skiIls/etiquette.

Have been trying to get a small 1 1/4 inch hitch installed on my car for 15 months now. Have never received a call back or confirmation that my hitch has ever came. I reordered 3 weeks ago still no call back or confirmation. I’ve tried calling the Regina park street location at least 50 times and not one time have I been able to talk to a human. Is this a real business? !? This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company, clearly they don’t care or they would have reached out. I also talked to the national hotline and they emailed the park street location to call me over a week ago. No call. WORST COMPANY EVER!

This location is always slow, and understaffed. The last time I went was just to purchase moving boxes for storage purposes, and that took 40 minutes. Plan to spend time here for reservations too as they likely won't have it ready at the time you say you'll be there to pick it up.

Strangely, I have had to use this location 3 times this summer alone! One time our online booking did not work out as it should have, but the staff there still made sure we had a box truck to do what we needed. Polite staff

Worst service. I used their truck. Got gas at 5/8 mark. I filled in gas upto 3/4 mark and returned it. Next day in invoice, they showed me a mark at 1/2 and charged me extra unethically. I called 2 times to resolve this, both reps assured me it will be resolved soon. One of them promised to call me back too. Callin 3rd time now and it's not yet resolved.
People don't know how to do their jobs here. Neither ppl at stores nor ppl at contact centres. Terrible service and commitments.

I've rented from several different Uhaul places and have never had a problem until I rented from this location! First of all the staff were unfriendly. I had so many issues getting my Uhaul and the workers all told me different things. Won't be renting one from this location again!

Never have your booked vehichle. Some staff seemed cluless or too busy to be bothered to assist you. When moving is aalready streessful enough peopke dont need more hassle and huge fees to use something for a short time! Not the best experience.

Service is hit or miss here, rented a trail I needed it to be 6feet wide and open. After bringing it home i found out that there it is not 6' but more like 5' when I complained they told me that I should have measured it before renting. Took time to get a refund cause you can't deal with anyone local.

Nice people when you talk on the phone but they are very good at avoiding a straight answer. You have to call them and insist if you really want the job done. I have sent an uBox from Regina to Calgary and I was so worried if I will really see it again. That is a whole different story and experience I had with Calgary uHaul.

As an advise in regards with the filling the uBox, use the Home Depot cardboard Large Boxes. You can fit 3 on width, 5 on the depth and 3 on hight of the uBox. So overall you can use 45 HD cardboard Large Boxes. You will save a lot of space.

Terrible service.front desk lady was very rude.she ignored me and when I was speaking to her she was giving attitude and rolled her eyes.they are extremely slow when they are helping customers they will go on a break even if theres a line up out the building door.they have long wait times. NOT even worth 1 star. Almost forgot to mention she was racist with me she was giving me dirty looks.the lady didn't even return my full deposit refund.i waited 1hr in line to get through they were booking people on the phone most times then in line.will NOT return here again.

When you use U-Haul you have to accept the fact that you’re going to a shady, run down, poorly run outfit. This particular outlet is no different than any others.the girls here are really rude and they send out trucks that are truly filthy and dirty. Don’t expect an extra mile out of these people, because they won’t even give you an inch.

Awful service for U-Haul in Park St! A lady at front desk had a extremely bad attitude, and had racial prejudice and discrimination to us at yesterday (Jan 30, Wednesday) afternoon. She refuse to rent the vehicle to us when we bring legal Chinese driver's licence (Translate and admitted by SGI) and a legal Canadian class 5 novice 1 driver's licences. She said this is the new policy of U-Haul, but my friend was successfully rent a truck from the another U-Haul in North of the Regina by using the novice 1 driver's licence! If this is the new policy, why other people can use this type of driver's license to rent a truck but we can't? ! Also she always answer her phone when we bring a people who has fully class 5 driver's licence, and refuse to talk with us! And she threaten us when we require to speak with the manager. I think that was the last time I rent the vehicle from the U-Haul in parker st! I won't spenda cent to the person and company with the discrimination! WROST company in Regina!

Stay away from all of them! Shady business owners that have no idea what they are doing. Way to many "cooks in the kitchen ". I have been dealing with these clowns for 3 weeks and they keep dodging me to make it right. If I hear " we will call you back" again.
All I have to say is they are ALL bad. From pick up in the wrong place to drop off. This will be ongoing and I wont go away! YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE! EVERYONE SHOULD STAY AWAY!
