IMPECCABLE, fast service with excellent customer support. My phone fell into water and wouldn't turn on, but now it's working perfectly after 48 hours thanks to the intervention of their technicians. I just made 1 phone call to 'Dexter' I believe. My number 1 choice in Regina do not hesitate.

Took for warranty repair, told they cannot fix it and to talk to manufacturer myself. Staff is very friendly, but don't expect anything more than a screen repair.

Went in with a phone with a minor screen issue (it popped its clips that hold it in the frame) the "tec" on site straight up refused to look at it citing "we usually access phones from the back and would probably break the screen trying to get it out (it was half out already) and a 2 min google would have lead him to realize thats not how my phone comes apart. That was when i walked out and went to a local shop a few blocks away and the other shop had it fixed within 5 mins. If i could give uBreakiFix a 0 star review i would they need to find competent technicians not fools not even willing to do their job.

Issue: I would rate zero star if there was an option to do so, I brought my phone in to install a screen protector at the Albert North branch. A technician installed the protector and I brought the phone back and found out that my microphone has stopped working. I took the phone to another ubreakifix location in the city and met a different technician who said that the previous technician may have damaged the phone while using the installation gel that they use to install the protector and they said I would have to take my phone to previous technician who installed the protector so they can open it. I brought phone back and met the initial technician at North location and he put my phone in dehydrator and then opened the screen and showed me that its not damaged by the chemical (I don't understand, if you put the phone in dehydrator, it will dry out the device) and then opened the phone to show me that its not damaged and told me its not there fault my microphone is not working and that I am left with two options, 1. Replace motherboard which costs approx $700 or 2.take it to a technician who can repair a specific part on the phone. I am totally unhappy with this store as they failed to take responsibility of there work, my device was functioning just fine before I took it and now its not. I would really appreciate to have chat with the store management and discussing in detail.

Dropped by to see if they could fix a broken camera on my phone. Indicated they did not have the parts. Said they could get them in 2 days. Told them to order parts.showed up 2 days later and they forgot to order the parts.
At this point they said they would order the parts and give me a call when they arrived. After receiving the call I went in and dropped my phone off first thing in the morning and they said I could pick it up at the end of the day 4: 30.
Showed up at 4: 30.after being in the back for 5 or so minutes he comes out and tells me he forgot about it! He will do it tomorrow. Now at this point I have been to this store 4 times. I ask for my phone and leave.really unbelievable poor service.

Update: I was contacted by both the owner and a member of the staff and they made the situation right and ensured I was a happy customer.

The guy I met attended to me very well. Even though I didn't get to fix what I wanted to fix on the phone I took there. However, the guy attended to me very well, taking his time to explain the nitty gritty of how to repair it. His customer service was great.

Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Worst experience. I brought in my Samsung S9 because it was stuck on a "boot loop". Was told that they would "see what they could do" I dropped my phone off Oct 7,2022. Originally I was told I could pick my phone up that afternoon. That afternoon their Samsung computer supposedly crashed so they could not do what they needed to do. I left my phone there and called back the following week for an update. The person who answered the phone appeared to not know where my phone was and told me someone would call me back. No one called back. I called back approximately 4 more time in the course of the next three week - with the same response that someone would call me back. A month later I was tired of it all so I went to pick up my phone. When I handed my pick up slip the guy again couldn't find my phone - asked me what kind of phone it was and what my serial number is (like everyone should know that!). He then tried to give me a pink metallic phone - which was not mine. He again went to the back and brought back another phone that was missing a part of the back around the camera - when I asked him where the rest of my phone was - he said he would have to talk to the manager and call me back. He actually did call back and said he found the part and I could come back and get my phone. I went back to pick up my phone and talked to another person about picking my phone up. He was very confused and asked if there was a reason I didn't want them to fix my phone. I proceeded to tell him my story so far and that my phone had been there for over a month. He said if I left it there for another couple days he would retrieve my data from the phone. I agreed.because well why not at this point! He went to the back with my phone and proceeded to drop it on the floor. A few days later I called for an update and was transferred to the manager. He said that my phone was now giving an error message and he would need to keep it for another couple days to figure it out and he would call me back. Sure.why not! Soooo today. Nov 16 I finally decided these guys didn't have a clue what they were doing - so i went to pick up my phone. My phone screen was all scratched up by this point (which apparently doesn't matter anymore) because now my mother board is fried. Do NOT bring your phone here. Honestly if you can't fix it just tell me that - why give me the run around and then fry it.thanks for my paper weight back!
