In one word I would say Mobile Klinik Professional is an awesome tech service provider I have ever experienced. Thanks for giving me excellent service.

Got my cracked screen fixed about 2 months ago, $600! Ok. I will swallow that but it was returned to me “ all works well” but it doesn’t. Part of my camera doesn’t work (normal setting) and my light doesn’t work. Went back to get them to finish it properly only to be told it would cost extra to fix those problems. Which were not problems before I took it in in the first place. Crooks! If you get your phone fixed by these crooks, check everything before you leave, or pay! Never go back to them again! Lesson learned

They absolutely botched a simple phone screen replacement on my Google 6 pro. They called themselves a Google authorized repair center so I was under the assumption that getting a simple screen replacement with them would be fine. However, after receiving my phone back from them, I noticed the screen was lifted on the left side of the phone and I had asked them to fix that because there was a gap allowing dust and anything else to get in past my screen into my phone and they tried to gaslight me and tell me that it was like that because my phone frame was bent which was not the case. After the bend of my screen (caused by their lack of care and attention to detail) eventually caused cracking and debris to pass into my phone. I did a disassembly and noticed that they installed a bracket upside down on top of the connector at the end of the ribbon cable for the display. On the bottom of this metal bracket, there is a foam pad which normally sits on top of the connector but since they had installed it upside down it was instead pushing up on the screen. It was a very simple mistake that caused a huge headache and hundreds of dollars in further repairs that they refused to cover. They seem to be more worried about getting customers in and out as quickly as possible instead of being worried about the quality of said repairs

I took my nephew's iPhone in with a severely cracked screen. They had the part I needed in stock and it was done same day. My nephew was quite happy to have it back and in like-new condition.

Fast forward to now, same issue, same outcome! I didn't get back to work before I got the notification that it was done!

Nice front desk. Patient in answering queries. Prompt service and response. Got fresh OS installed after a reset, and fix a minor hardware issue. They were nice enough to fix the later issue free of cost. Would definitely reach out again in. You're in good hands! Thanks guys.

Went in expecting my phone to be unfixable, but they got it working again. Charging port/battery was repaired in less than 2 hours!

Extremely fast, efficient and cost effective. Genuinely impressed. Went to drop off my IPhone that had a completely destroyed screen that didn’t work for both a screen repair and battery replacement, and exactly 30 MINUTES since I first entered the store I got a call back saying that everything has been completed. My phone is as good as new in an extremely fast time, and the prices for the repair were cheaper than prices I’ve seen on the internet. The employee Weg G.also did a great job assisting me.

Went in for speaker replacement, they did a very good job and just cleaned it. Working just fine.

I took a Nintendo Wii in that wouldn't read disks anymore. They fixed it even though Nintendo stopped supporting repairs officially. I was amazed to find a place that would fix retro consoles! Good experience and reasonable pricing!

I got the green loading screen error on my Xbox one. My hard drive was bad after seven years. They swapped it out for a better hard drive, reloaded and operating system and in one day, I was back at smashing gears of war 5.5 stars!

This is an amazing shop ive gotten all my phones fixed here and ive bought all my phones from this place they can make deals and get you want you need

0 stars if I could.brought my laptop in twice, problem wasn't fixed either time and the second time my mousepad will not work.when I picked my laptop up the second time, my computer was on and the staff had been watching inappropriate YouTube videos on my laptop and left it running.super unprofessional!

Great service, staff was very nice. Gave me a call ahead of time for unforeseen changes and prices before actually doing anything. This was my first time here, I am pleased with the results.

Took in my PS5 for a repair, took them only 24hrs and had my console back fast and UNDER the budget they quoted me! Highly recommend

Awful experience. Brought my PlayStation 5 here to get the Ethernet port replaced. They took around ten days and charged an absurd amount. The fix lasted not even two months and it was broken again. I sent the console to PlayStation and they told me the port was not fixed properly last time and that it was significantly wrecked. Burned the inside of the port while fixing it as well, as well of doing a terrible job of putting it back together. Will never return to this business
