We had them come and do an assessment of our attic and walls to see what might need doing. Wade spent between an hour and an hour and a half inspecting the walls, ceilings, attic, and walking me though all the issues and possible causes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and when/if we end up needing the actual work done we'll be in touch with them again.

We had problems with our attic; moisture and condensation. We called one insulation company who never called back and never showed up when they said they were going to.
Ultimate Insulation was recommended by people in on FB. They came out when they said they would; did an assessment and their knowledge and expertise were very extensive. They recommended other work to be done, besides insulation to deal with moisture. Gave us a quote and did the job under budget. They showed up on time with a crew and were done sooner than predicted. They did a superb job. We would highly recommend them to anyone that requires this type of work done.
They were honest and take it from someone that’s been ripped off by contractors before, I wish they were all like these guys. They are a family-owned local business!

The team doing the work found a couple of items from the estimate that they did not need to do so I actually came in under the estimate. Left everything neat and tidy. Beware, they only will come quote IF you use their inspector first of which is a separate charge.

We were overly impressed not only with the workmanship, but the huge amount of knowledge they shared with us as far as the issues we were facing with our attic, use of our air exchanger, and air quality in our home. They left us feeling confident in what was going on up in our attic (which is always a bit of an unknown), and walked us through some helpful tips that we didn’t know about our air exchange system and ventilation within our home. I would highly recommend their services if you have any sort of attic or roof issues.

We had Ultimate Insulation give us their professional opinion on our attic venting. We live in a 110 year old home and it's a bit of a tricky situation. We had to wait a month or so for the consult but it was well worth the wait. Wade took the time to answer all of our question, gave us great recommendations and provided a report for us to give to our roofing contractor with recommendations on venting to prevent future problems.

Wade was very helpful and professional. He came out and provided me with lots of information regarding the work that needed to be done in my attic. He was quick and efficient with the estimate. With the wind damage from the other week my attic had a lot of snow blown in. They were very urgent in taking care of the matter. Wade came over and was so helpful explaining everything to me. Talking to anyone about troubled roof’s in Regina, I constantly was asked “have you talked to Wade”?
When roof experts are recommending him, there is no question he’s the right man/company for the job.
This team of experts went above and beyond the job requested and required (and the cost was substantially under budget).
Wade gathered the right crew for an extensive roof replacement.
Roof removed, insulation applied throughout, and re-covered in 2 days flat.
We made a plan a month in advance, and the crew was ready to go on the exact start date (the weather cooperated).
A crew of 15 worked like a well versed ballet group.
All members respected the neighbours, cleaned up job site, and worked hard throughout the job.
I am very hesitant to hire jobs of this magnitude out, due to shallow pockets, the tendency to do it myself, and am leery about trades crews. I have never been more happy with the decision to get Wade + crew here.

Pretty much the rockstars of contractors. Super friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. There's a reason they have so many 5 star reviews on here, they earn it. You can also trust them to back up their work. Over a year after they did work for us, extreme winds caused one of the roof vents they installed to slightly dislodge. They came over immediately and repaired it. They also repaired some of our shingles that had ripped off from the wind for free as well, which was really appreciated.

I needed a quick inspection and Wade came through. The information that he shared was professionally laid out and all questions were answered.

He advised me to leave well enough alone with my attic, saving me unnecessary insulation expenses. Furthermore, Wade took 45 minutes out of his day to educate me on the history of insulation methods, which is fascinating by the way. As a former city councillor, Wade was knowledgeable about my neighbourhood and took the time to chat with me about it. We just had the pleasure of dealing with Ultimate Insulation on insulating our garage. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and product we received. The communication was quick and easy and never anything less than friendly (and I called a lot!), they were flexible with the schedule, honest about which product was right and didn't try to sell us stuff we don't need. They also left their work area clean, something I rarely saw during other construction projects. Definitely would recommend these people!

These guys were great! Wade came out to do the estimate and was very knowledgeable, friendly and up front. He provided a free estimate/assessment of our attic and presented us with our options, pros and cons etc. The day of the job, the crew was on time, courteous and clean. Joel was very friendly and communicated with us (and our 4 year old) really well. I was referred to this company from my friend who was so impressed from the initial phone call to ask questions about his attic concerns to the follow-up service call he received from this company. I contacted them with concerns about having adequate insulation in our attic as in our 2 storey home it's noticeably cooler on the 2nd storey. Wade came to our house and I was also very impressed by his attention to detail and professional service and advice. In the end he gave me piece of mind that nothing was in immediate need of being upgraded or replaced and pointed out one minor thing that I could do myself that was an easy fix on my own to help with the condensation from moisture escaping into the attic as well as a future consideration down the road when my shingles need replacing (adding two more roof vents). I highly recommend them to anyone who wants top of the line professional service.
