Great experience no waiting cleaned up a shaggy head of hair I will be back

My regular hair stylist canceled last minute and I was only in town for a few days so I called into Ultracuts at Grosvenor Park. I had my son with me and we both got haircuts. We were both very impressed with the service, quality, and value. Thank you Kirsten and colleague (don't know their name) for your outstanding work and kind and friendly customer service.

Would give no stars if I could, I came in on a friend's reccomendation. Never again. The hair stylist Courtney looked annoyed as soon as we walked in and was rude. She cut my sons hair, didn't even spray his hair with water. The cut was so choppy and looked terrible. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Took him to Holllywood Barbar down the street and they fixed the cut AND they were very patient with my son. 10/10 would reccomend price was cheaper and quicker service

My regular hairdresser was busy and I needed a haircut before leaving on a trip. I had a 6-minute haircut. The hairdresser complained the whole time about Justin Trudeau and the fake COVID shutdown. No wash, no asking me how it looked, just sending me on my way and then charging me $25 + tax. I will not go back. The only reason for a 2-star review, instead of just a 1-star, is my haircut was reasonably good. Just the experience overall wasn’t and I felt like it was about $10 bucks too much for what it was.

Likely won't ever visit this location again. I live a hour away, we always call ahead to see what wait times are. Always told "first come first served " I showed up yesterday 4: 45 2 staff, zero customers. Told I had to wait until 5: 15 because they both had customers booked for 5: 00. What? My hair is short, never has my haircut taken more than 15 minutes. Drove to 22nd, they had my hair cut, and even washed after because the lady knew I as going for supper and she didn't want little hair's falling on my food. That was thoughtful of her. Done in 11 minutes in and out. Went to 8th 10+ years but nah not anymore.
