Leanne gave me a haircut and she was absolutely amazing. She was courteous kind gentle and made conversation! Would definitely recommend this place and especially her.

Service was pleasant and fast. The only issue i had was the language barrier. She dudnt always know what I was referring to when I was explaining what I wanted. My hair turned out OK a little short but still OK.

I made an appt and got in right away. The lady who cut my hair was very nice and did it exactly the way I described. Very good price and fast service, I will definitely go back.

They charged us for a service we did not know we were getting, then when we tried to complain about it they started yelling at us and threatened to call the police even though we had already paid. This was our first time with ultra-cuts. Terrible costumer service. They were very rude, yelled and did not act professionally.

Got my kids' haircut here at this location. Online booking was super convenient, location was great and so was availability of parking.

Stylists were friendly, haircuts were done well. Only complaints was one of my kids' hair was styled and the other's hair was left looking like a bed head. Not a big deal but it would be nice to get a little one minute style at the end. Overall would return to get my kids' hair cut here again.
