Went right when they opened and they helped me right away. Never disappointed with their haircuts.

The manager was very professional. Despite my Afro being matted and full of knots she gave me the best haircut and shave I ever had period— and in 20 minutes no less.

As an aside— I am confused by the reviews which mention pricing, this increase in cost is a global trend given the pandemic so why is it being described as a grievance that is particular to this business?

I called in yesterday to book my 1.5 year old an appointment. From the beginning it was like I was burden for even asking to book an appointment. We went for the appointment today and she cut his hair for maybe 2 min, she wouldn’t let me sit with him even though I knew this would calm him… and told me “we are done” because he was crying.that is toddler behaviour! They charged me full price for not even a partial hair cut. I told them we wouldn’t be back and they said “that’s fine”. I regret paying for such awful service (if you can call it that). Absolutely horrible experience.

The manager gives you very unpleasant response looks like the customer is burden on her. She did a very poor hair cut in minuts and felt like she just want to get away quikly. I have experience with other stylist at the same location and never had any problem.

I have extremely crazy uncontrollable natural curly hair. I have only had one haircut that turned out my whole life till now. A lady named Cat was my stylist today and OMG she knows what she is doing. I am completely impressed. She even out did that one haircut I got a long time ago. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIR. Thank you so much Cat. You are wonderful. I high recommend Cat, especially if you have curly hair. It's very hard to find a stylist that knows how to work with curly hair. Again thank you. I just can't thank you enough. I will be back.

The place is good if you go to certain hair dressers!
Not all of them are skilled. They will do provide you good base cut, but some lack finishing skills!

Overall is good. Just be careful not to have the chubby young girl with a ponytail as your hairstylist. I already told her what I wanted, and tried to stop her but she still kept going on what she thought is good. Worse to the worse, I got charged doubled than what I usually pay as I have short hair and I only need quick shave. I would go back, but not for her.

Very happy with the service and cut. Everyone working seemed to be having fun which to me means management is doing something right. I love seeing people having fun at work and when you are good at your job and still having fun the customers can see that and will totally come back! Keep you the good work ladies!

Made me wait 40mins, the one hair dresser was done than for some reason did a very thorough cleaning job, wiping down every piece of equipment (blow dryers, straighteners, chair the whole chair the stainless steel pieces everything, swept, mopped, wasting time, very poor service, lack of professionalism.

Wouldnt recommend this place. One of the staff was very rude and she couldnt stop talking about she wanting to be done!
