I bought a set of 18 inch tires. None will pop back on rim to set and seal. So u can't balance them either

Interesting variety of stock - offers different choices of products found in other stores. Some good prices too. I don't regret going there.

I purchased a grow tent which luckily is ok. However I am not a fan of companies who now want to charge their customers to use their visa which they now do, also they do not accept cash (what store doesn't accept cash?) Anyway another reason for my rating is I was not told the item could not be returned, I had to figure that out by looking at the receipt. By that time it's too late, the product is already paid for. Also noticed that if their is an issue with an item you purchase, you have to send an email in for further help. Weird.

Has a really nice guy there always helping people out. Bought a lot of stuff from them. Never had a complaint about there products

Was looking for a diesel auto heater. Went to store in late September and a sales person put me on the waiting list.seen an advertisement that those heaters would be arriving the week of October 15,2022. Went in and asked and they put me on the waiting list.its now the end of October and still no heater.

Awesome products at an affordable price. The product serve for that they paid for. Their staff members Cody and Jerome were very supportive and humble. They politely answered all our queries. Had a great experience with the store.

Bought a patio bench. Love it. The service was excellent. CODY went above and beyond to help us. Never let him go. We need more people with customer relation skills like him.

I love Uncle Weiners! I purchased a 3-tier fountain and after two months the pump quit. I spoke with Cody in the Regina store and got TOP-NOTCH service! He is the friendliest and most helpful young man I've encountered in a customer service setting. He is holding another fountain for me while I await feedback from the claims office. I have purchased many items from Uncle Weiners with great satisfaction.

I strolled in right before closing. Cody was quick to help me locate options for a dog crate and even had the item moved to the front for me. I really enjoyed my first time experience here. Staff, Cody especially, were great and friendly help.

Has some great deals! Also, the workers are very helpful, especially Cody who worked really hard on finding the items we needed.

I wouldn't recommend spending a single dollar at this place. If you must, check the box before you pay, and pay by credit card. When you find out there are missing pieces they tell you to email a claims address, they never reply. It's been well over a month, and I give up now. If you MUST buy from this place, use a credit card so you can charge back. WORST RETAIL OUTLET I'VE EVER SEEN!

I bought a greenhouse from them, when assembling, I noticed 5 pieces were missing plus the clear plastic cover was ripped from top to bottom, I emailed as directed and 3 days later still no response. If you want value for your dollar do not shop this store.legally just ripping people off, I will never shop for anything in this place again.

Put deposit on bunk beds april 16/22 got text message on thursday may 12/22 that beds arrived went to pick up but buried in back so told them i would come back may 13/22.picked up at 5: 30 friday may 13/22 took home to assemble.only 2 upright posts in box no slats to hold mattresses and all items scratched terribly.loaded up sat may 14/22 to return to store i was told no refund and handed a card for the stores claim dept.what a joke i paid for a new complete set on bunk beds that are incomplete and unusable and its up to me to go through their claims dept? What a joke dont recommend anybody leaving their money at this store this is how they treat customers!

Bought a ride on car from here since end of April came home and there is no battery in it I went back to the store was told I have to email claims it's the middle of May and no resolution as yet. I would not advise people to buy here. There customer service is very bad. Talked to a guy over the phone and he told me don't call their store again.

Most stuff didn't have prices labeled. Having to wait at the cashier to ask for prices was very annoying. The tools I was looking for wasn't any cheaper than any other big box store. The place is also very messy and disorganized.

My son got a gaming chair for his birthday from this place and there weren't all the parts in the box to assemble it. When I contacted their cs, never got a response from them and it has been over a month now! The worst place to buy anything! Just be aware. It might be cheaper to buy but at the end you will pay double the price! So, so disappointing!

Not sure what the hype about this place is because its all cheap garbage that looks like its all made in China. Worse than Wish.

Everyone has different experiences but mine was fantastic. Saw a product advertised on Facebook but when I got there they were out of stock. They recommended ordering. Gave me the sale price and ordered from another location said about 2 weeks for it to get here well it arrived supper quick and the young guy even loaded it into my car. Good staff great experience.

Cheaply priced because cheaply made. Your products will break and the claims department will not answer your emails. Good luck.

When to buy 8 foot fatboy tool box for $1695. (listed on line and in store) was told there was a 5% charge because the item was shipped out of edmonton.

My mom bought me a snes from their auction, she picked up her order (multiple items) and it wasn’t in the bag. They won’t do anything to correct the situation. I was really looking forward to it be careful.

Hot no air conditioning some prices were ridiculous was disappointed heard great things about it messy zero protocol on cleaning with covid

Watch out they only give you store credit.
Must not be open keep your Imported junk!
Do a inspection have them open the box before leaving the store.

So the prices were a lot more then they advertised online. It was a lot to look at tho. Asked the person working for a bit of direction didnt receive any. And they were playing g absolutely disgusting music. Like just a tip.its not the type of music to be playing in any retail store.come on guys. Blasting music about bjs isnt the best choice.

The Regina store is going downhill. They have a lot of furniture advertised on Kijiji but when you go to the store, they have none of it in stock. They don't even offer to order something in for you unless you pay a portion of it first. Well who is going to put money down on something before even seeing it? They will never get my business again.

Had them tell me they were holding a tire machine for me so i shut my business down and drive an hour to get it just for them to tell me they sold it before I got there. Horrible customer service and a collosal waste of time and money. Will not recommend to anyone.

If I could give you a zero I would have. No pricing or incorrect. Nowhere in your store did I see 95% off of anything like your sign idincates. See picture. Near the worst store I've ever been in.

Hidden Gem

When I saw ad on FB I thought it might be one of those online stores that just ships stuffs. Then I
saw the address and went check out the product and saw this awesome store that I never checked out in Regina.

Saw many deals and product even a freaking Samurai Sword for sale!

Bought a bunk bed, had to bring truck back store to get loaded. Bed was superior quality and easy to assemble. (Pic)

The young lad who works there was really patient and helpful and also the woman I guess the manager was nice to deal with. Also the loading person

Sold a product that broke in hours for an absurd markup. Refuses not just refunds, but even the phonecalls about it.
Edit: We were calling another number and were contacted about an exchange. That was.probably more pleasant than the frustration itself. It was a rather expensive purchase.

Had very bad experience, bought item and did not work as its described went to get my money back and they said thay don't give money back only store credit. After this experience I will never buy anything from this store. Not recommend to buy any thing from this store.
