Showed up around 5pm on March 11,2023. Store had nice selection of items, found a few items we liked and noticed the fitting room was blocked off. Just before 5: 30pm we asked if the fitting rooms were closed and were told they were as they were shutting down for the night. They closed at 6pm. Other costumers were also upset by this. Around 5: 45pm, one of the employees was yelling to “Shut the music off” to try to push the rest of the customers to leave. When we checked out at 5: 45pm, the employees were too busy gossiping about their boyfriends to provide pleasant customer service. Store was nice but unfortunately employees were extremely unprofessional. Won’t be back.

Got to the change rooms at 5: 30. They were blocked off so we stood there for a few mins before asking to be let in. The girl we asked said the change rooms were closed because they were getting ready to close. It was 530 and they closed at 6. Change rooms should be open until close. Won't be back

You get what you pay for.simple as that. Cheap prices for cheap merchandise. You do not get your money back, so HUGE downfall! Make sure you want it, cuz you're stuck with it OR having to swap for something equal to the original purchase price.which is super annoying!

They had one of those 50% off deal. Browsed arround and purchase a few items. They had some cool ladies items but limited men items that I was looking for compared to what's posted on the site. I did end buy some clothing items and two pop-it key chains for my boys. I should have check everything was in the bag before I left while in the store but I trusted the cashier. When I got home and checked the bag, the clothes and receipts were in the bag minus the Keychain. On the receipt there was the charge for the keychains. A lil disappointed as she handed me the bag and asked to put the receipt in the bag.

Terrible customer service and 4 people were all standing around talking while 1 person was running a busy till. We won't be back.

I was in your store at confed today wanting to buy a few items. Not one of your workers said hi or were willing to help me, I wasn't even treated as a person totally ignored. Not going back, it maybe my age. Too old to be in there.

Yesterday July 8,2021 around 6: 40 I went to shop some pj sets, when I was ready to pay the two ladies at the cashier noticed that one of my set had a different size the bottom was Large and the top was Medium so she ran to get me the same size shirt as the bottom. They were getting ready to close the store as they close at 7 pm and the two ladies were in a rush. When I get home I noticed the top that the ladies change was a different style as the bottom so they didn’t match. I came back today July 9,2021 around 5: 47 pm to do a change I wanted the shirt that matched the bottom I talked with the two managers there and both of them told me they could not do anything for me. I explained to them the situation and how it happened and the only thing they could tell me was, “I was not here yesterday so I don’t know what happened, I cannot do anything for you”.

I wasn’t asking for money or something difficult I only wanted my top to match my bottom and that was it.
