I've been buy my vehicles at Valley ford for several years now each time I let the competition give a price on there vehicles and valley is always very competitive very easy to deal with.

Kevin Russell sold me a car ten years ago and I loved the car and had no problems. When I knew I wanted a new car, the first person I called was Kevin. Worst experience ever at service dept. The old lady with boy cut hair at reception seriously need to adjust her attitude.
DO NOT take your vehicle for inspection to them otherwise you will be tortured mentally and financially.

If you want the wheels on your 2016 focus rs to get scratched with 17k kms go here! There awesome at messing up your expensive wheels and calling you a liar to your face.the receptionists are awesome here, but Pat the service manager needs a serious attitude adjustment. Henry Ford would be ashamed of that guy.

I took my Ford Explorer in for repair on March 31/23.
I was told to bring it in at 8 am and the service to it would be complete at noon. So I decided to wait thinking it is not so bad waiting until 12: 00 noon. Unfortunately, I waited all day and finally at 4: 30 it was done. If only they gave me the correct time frame for repair, I could have made other arrangements and avoided this fiasco.
The problems get even worse. The invoice they gave me was incomplete. I noticed It was missing labor cost, taxes and some part costs were missing. I had to go back to speak with the manager Todd Heck. He assured me the correct invoice would be emailed. He did email the invoice on Monday, April 3. It was still partial. I had to call back on Monday and I spoke with Kara Rosen service advisor. She sent the complete invoice. The invoice was hard to understand. So I had to get her to explain the breakdown of it.
They also could not install a part because it was not in stock (sensor). Because of that, my ABS and Traction light is on. They did not call me back as promised to book me in. I had to call them. When I did call them, Kara did not know what I was talking about. It seemed I had to remind her of the part.
Kara and I talked and I wanted to be booked in for this part. Kara did book me in for an appointment for April 14. Finally I got something going. Something the manager couldn’t do.
The shop technicians did a suspension and steering service. They replaced rear knuckles, rear control arms and a wheel bearing. The shop technicians did a great job. It was only the customer service and admin that sucked. They could communicate better to customers. They should take the time to explain why the part is important for the vehicle to safely function. They did not do that. Maybe they are not knowledgeable enough to explain part functions. Maybe they feel it is not important. Bad experience for me. Hope this ordeal does not repeat itself to other customers.
