I've trusted this clinic for more than 20 years. The front staff recognize me and my pets too LOL. The entire staff treat us with the greatest level of compassion. I regularly get follow-up calls for both surgical and nonsurgical treatment implementations. I know we are in good hands!

This clinic has wonderful staff that care! Had to bring my kitty in. He ate something and needed assistance with passing it. The techs had him looked after in minutes and they didn't charge for it. They were quick confident and reassuring that my boy would be ok! He has since fully recovered.

Very friendly and helpful, nice when your dealing with a dog that has a broken leg, once financing was confirmed thru lendcare as I did not have enough for the down payment.it was then hurried thru the process to getting surgerie asap, very positive experience with the vet here.would recommend

After being let down by Erindale Animal Hospital Dr. Lanigan and Krystle were a blessing to us. Our beloved Shinki went to sleep peacefully at home thanks to them. They came to us very quickly and provided so much compassion during a very terrible time. I will always remember your kindness In helping Shinki in his last moments. Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts.

Was referred to this hospital after my cat injured his leg. They were so kind and helpful and you could tell that they love animals and they really care about their work. They were also very understanding about costs and I'm incredibly appreciative about that as well. We ended up having to amputate his leg but they tried as hard as they could and now my cat is happy and healthy and back to his normal self.

I can not describe how absolutely incredible the staff are here! My dog swallowed a sock, and they wasted no time getting him in, assisted, and the sock removed! They kept me updated and calm the entire time! ️️ my best friend is alive because of you guys! I can't thank you enough

This is the place to bring your pet. My little 5 pound dog needed surgery on both front legs to correct deformities and I was so impressed with the care she received. Every vet and staff I've encountered have been so caring. Thank you so much!

Very happy with the experience. Our dog went into surgery to remove a lump on his hip. He’s not an easy case because of his age and previous seizure history. Dr Brian and tech Courtney were very professional and loving, they are willing to listen to our concerns, explained things in detail, we were allowed to watch the surgery from the window and that gave us a peace of mind, and I think our dog was less nervous because he could see us basically all the way. The surgery went well, stitches are nice and clean, our dog was back to his normal self after only a day. Very grateful for what they did, thank you guys!

My cat unexpectedly developed acute end stage renal failure, we decided we wanted to have a vet come to us to do at home euthanasia. Our regular vet didn't offer this service and several other vets we called required the pet to be a prior patient of the clinic. The staff at the vca were so kind and caring, and helped us make the best of an awful situation. We're beyond greatful for the vca central staff.

They have been great with getting the correct diagnosis the first time when we bring our dogs in. Very friendly and helpful staff and veterinarians. Really take the time to help you understand whats going on.

We had to bring our dog here after she passed, and the team was very compassionate and respectful. They did their best to accommodate our requests and comfort us while remaining professional

We only purchase pet food here, but the staff here is awesome, super friendly, they usually have our pet food in stock. I highly recommend them!

This place is butcher shop. Not caring, not compassionate and terrible terrible assistants. Would never EVER recommend taking your pet for surgery here! They put our dogs collar on tight around his neck, he ended up with a huge infection around his throat and they disregarded that they did they. Very disappointed with their service

My experience here was absolutely wonderful. I felt safe, considering the ongoing pandemic, and my dog had a great time. Dr. Ian Niu took care of us; we did a routine check up with vaccinations and considered dewormers as a preventative measure for the spring at the dog park. He treated my dog so kindly, was fun and caring, professional and courteous. Nova got many tasty treats and was definitely happy and not an ounce of fear. Ian walked me through many options, explaining clearly and succinctly what benefits there were to each, and ultimately helped me decide on the timeline and products that would work best for me and Nova. An amazing experience! Guaranteed would recommend booking in with him if you're looking for a vet.

That is where we have taken all of the cats and dogs to, Dr Gibbs is well knowledgeable about animals and same with his staff.

I have mixed feelings about this veterinary hospital. We ended up taking our dog here in November because our normal vet was so booked up and he needed to be seen soon. The vet, Ian, was very good and we considered switching to them for because of him, better location and availability. He diagnosed our poor dog with bone cancer that was very painful (our dog couldn't walk anymore on his leg). So when we decided to not let him suffer we booked him in on a Saturday, late in the day so we had the day to be with him first. That day, I received a call from the clinic asking us to bump up the time to bring him in by several hours. Needless to say, I panicked and became very agitated. My thoughts were, "No I do not want to bring my dog in to die earlier than expected. " I felt it was a a bit inconsiderate and heartless. We ended up cancelling the appointment and going to the vet college where you can walk in 24hours a day at no extra cost. We are currently staying with our normal vet due to this encounter.

Had a great experience at this animal clinic, because of our dogs problems we had to put him to sleep. The vet Ian we dealt with was top class and very professional highly recommend this animal doctor.

Best vets I've ever been to and won't go anywhere else now that I found them and there on opposite side of city but worth the drive
