If you're having a medical issue.don't bother calling here.the receptionists would rather hang-up on you and not help you. They won't get you in touch with your doctor, they won't book an appointment.nope they just hang up when it's clear your are suffering.and tell you that your yelling at them when really your just upset and tired of being ignored.

This is the best medical clinic that I have been a patient at! It is always consistent with organization, cleanliness, friendly staff and prompt! I rarely have to sit and wait in the waiting room to see my doctor.
The lab upstairs is also very convenient for patients and we should all realize how lucky we are to have this service rather than having to go the other overcrowded labs filled with sick people!
Anyone fortunate enough to have a doctor at this clinic should never take this for granted!

Called and sat on phone for 10+ minutes with the phone telling me I'm first in line when they answered they said hold please immediately and then out me back on hold. Would not recommend this place at all

No where is it posted that they charge $80 non refundable to anyone out of province before you even see a doctor.didn't know we didn't have free Healthcare anymore.

Receptionists are very unprofessional. Called about fax being sent over, which was lost, or they just couldn’t be bothered to look, then the lady, Megan, proceeded to blame the situation on myself, absolutely no help, will be switching doctors solely due the the reception here.

The front desk people were extremely rude …their service are unprofessional. Onces my doctors left this clinic has been a disaster.: they tell you call in for walk in at4: 30 then there phone don’t even go through! It’s like they don’t want to have patients at this clinic…: …changing doctors right away!

One time I came here and I had this big lump on my neck and it was about to blow up. I didn’t know what it was it had been there forever and it just kept growing. It had begun to hurt so I thought I better do something good for myself and I took the time to come in and get it checked out. I had my two small babies with me my four-year-old and my five-year-old and the doctor and the staff here were top-notch they let my kids sit out in the waiting room while they took me back and did a little surgery cut that thing out and it’s never come back. Five stars for this clinic I think they handled it great. Thank you.
