Victoria Square Dental

I was in yesterday for a check up and cleaning. Very happy with the hygienist and the check up.

There is a senior lady working at the reception who is very rude, and arrogant and her behaviour is out of courtesy, although my first impression was different. She looked at me from top to down and it was my worst reception experience ever. Please be careful about her as it seems she is nice at the beginning. As soon as I asked a serious question, she lost her temper and showed me her other side. Shame to keep this staff when she does not have the personality to work at the front. At least bring a new energetic person who really loves the job! The dentist and the assistant were nice and professional. Avoid this senior lady at the front!

This clinic was able to get my hubby in right away, and have his bad tooth dealt with. Very happy with Rochelle at Reception and Dr Gupta. Would give them 10 stars if we could

Dr. Gupta has a kind and gentle chair side manner. Keeps me calm while have work done. Such an amazing dentist!

Still my dentist after 20 years. I always get excellent care. My first time seeing Dr. Amit Gupta. Great dentist. I would whole heartedly recommend either Dr. Kevin Soltys or Dr. Gupta. A phone call a few days after my visit to check to see how I was doing made me feel like more than just another patient.

The staff are very polite and cheery. The appointment went smooth and they definitely know what they are doing/

I have been a patient for many years and have always been able to get regular appointments at 6-7 month intervals. This past 12-18 months that is no longer true and appointments are being booked closer to a year or more out. Staffing issues maybe and taking on too many new patients.
Having to refill the patient information sheet each visit another pain point. Why they can’t print it out and just have it reviewed.
Hygienist I see is great and no complaints about her work.

Love this dental office! From the receptionist, to the dental assistants to the dentists all the people you encounter at Victoria Square Dental are professional, kind, caring individuals. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. They have been in business for over thirty years and know how to do things right!

I've gone to Victoria Square Dental for a number of years and have always been so happy with the service and care of the staff, hygienists, and dentists. Recently I took my two year old for his first dentist appointment and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful with him!

Victoria Dental is a very outstanding dental clinic. The front staff are always very polite and professional. My dentist Kevin is top shelf! A salute goes out to my favorite dental hygienist, Bev whom I have seen for over 20 years. Amazing lady as she always is upbeat and provides first class service! Thank you all!

I have been going to Victoria square dental all my life and have never had a bad experience. This last time my freezing wasn’t working as well as it should have, to no mistake of the staff and they worked patiently with me to get me through the process. I have now switched my dentist to Dr. Ahmed (spelled incorrectly) and couldn’t be happier with him. He is kind, patient, funny, and very understanding. I feel completely comfortable with him after only meeting once. I couldn’t be more appreciative for him and the rest of the wonderful staff. Thank you for making my trips to the dentist cool, calm, and relaxed!

Every time you come in you have to fill out their questionnaires.
On this visit there was only one very overworked dentist.

Dr Amit Gupta and his team were able to save my lower right tooth which was supporting a four tooth bridge in my lower jaw. Which I was told had to be pulled when I visited Capital Corner dental two weeks earlier. So many thanks to Dr Amit Gupta and his team for a job will done
