I could not be more thankful for the staff at this clinic. They made.one of the hardest days of my life as good as they possibly could. They worked with my girls anxiety and some unusual requests and gave me the time and grace we needed to move through each step of the process.after having a very traumatic experience with my previous vet this place will be my go too for the rest of my animals and that involves a commute for them which will be more than worth it if all their service is to that standard of care!

Super friendly staff. You can get in pretty quickly and they always call a couple days after to see how your pet is doing. Good pricing and their report card of the visit is super helpful.

Would highly recommend, we had a prescription called in from our vet in Ontario as we were travelling from out of town and they were able to fill it for us at their pharmacy. Very thankful for their services for our pup!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had such a great experience with Dr. Patzwald that I just need to! She was so gentle with my dog and was extremely helpful with her explanations. I am very happy with our appointment.

I also use the cat boarding upstairs here for my cat. She loves it!

I cant say enough good things about this clinic. I am very pleased with all of my experiences and feel confident coming back in the future!

I want to thank Doctor Murphey and her staff from the bottom of my heart. They assisted me and my beloved whiskers today in his finally minutes. They have been our go to for both our kitties. I highly recommend victoria vet clinic to the public they have compassion, care, and grace for there pets and people!

Nice vet, honest and thorough. Price is reasonable for the location and have not experienced up selling.

This is our vet for our two kitties. I would not go anywhere else. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Patzwald and Erin our tech.

We were blessed to have Dr. Murphy take care of our little dog Sully. She is so kind and compassionate. We will continue to always use their services should we have any more little fur babies in our lives. Thank you Dr. Murphy for being there for Sully in his time of need.

We've had great experiences over the past 2.5 years for both our two cats and more recently our dog with a variety of different vets. Good experience for their routine care, spay/neuter, and anything else that has come up more urgently. I especially appreciate their follow-up by emails and their effort to answer questions by email/over the phone if they were not able to fit us in more urgently. Great experiences so far and we'll continue to take our pets here!

I can see that you deleted my last review, been months and I still haven't received my promised paw prints. I will warn everyone I know of you! Thank you for taking away my potential to memorialize them, I could've done them myself had I known I'd go through this

It is a phenomenal clinic! All staff members seem to love what they do and are all very compassionate and caring. All doctors that my cats have seen there have been incredible. Yesterday we took our cat to see Dr. Denita Shtuka for a yearly check up and vaccine and she went above and beyond for our little boy. She gave us many helpful tips, included a demo on cutting his nails, and even let us listen to his heartbeat. I will always recommend Victoria Vet Clinic!

Their service is just top of the line. They are very helpful and professional, your pets will be well taken care of.

What a fantastic group of people. They were so compassionate today when we called as our Pet was dying and we needed to bring her in. They got us a spot very quickly but she passed away at home before we could get here there. They made sure we were ok and offered support if we needed it. They take care of all our pets and they treat them all as if they are their own. Thanks for the great service to our fur babies and their families.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable and they charge fairly for my cats shots, check up and pedi I'm happy I'm back Dr Murphy is very kind and gentle

I could hear the front desk staff and other employees hanging around the front desk laughing and having a good old time while my dog was going through the euthanization process the next room over.

Extremely callous, insensitive, rude, and ignorant behavior from people that should know better.

I went to leave before the process was over because I couldn't handle it, and the vet assistant saw me and literally chased me down and stopped me while I was completely distraught and said 'who's paying? You or her (my wife who was still with my dog) ?

She then went into the room to collect payment from my wife while she was completely distraught and the process was not yet even completed, as opposed to collecting payment before or after the process was over. Disgusting, unprofessional behavior!

I have gone with all my roommates here to get our kittens vaccinated. Staff is really nice and wait time is good. Can't wait to see the renovations when they're finished.

Went there to just take my dog for her parvo shot since she needed a booster. First time we went was fine, second time they gave her a vaccination without our permission!
We went there actually specifically to just get parvo shots and we explained to them that we don’t want RABIES, and 2nd time they gave her a rabies shot when we told them how many times “no! ”, we didn’t want that!
They also lied to me and confused me, telling me that distemperment and parvo were separate when I don’t know how shots work for dogs, my boyfriend is the one that knows that stuff and conveniently they seemed to have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and I’m very unhappy with how they played me!
I would not recommend if you don’t know what you are dealing with!

Worst day of every pet owners life. Had to put my cat of 20 years down. Dr. Murphy was amazing! From the honesty of where she was at, to the day of, reassuring us it was the best decision for the cat. They made the situation as comfortable as it can be. Thank you!

Been going here for 16 years. Best Vet in the city. Dr. Shtuka is one of the best. Dr. Rhymes is amazing with my pitty that is super timid and shy. I highly recommend either Doctor for your fur baby or babies!

Friendly staff. I love how they work with my dog that has behavioral issues. He's very anxious and they always do what they can to make him feel more comfortable.

The vets and vet techs are always so kind and so great with our cats. I appreciate how safe they've kept appointment processes with COVID. Love the appointment reminders and pet report cards. Would definitely recommend!

I recently rescued a stray and they were amazing with making sure she was healthy and were extremely interested in calming my worries. They have been incredible with both my cats now and taking multiple precautions to make sure my furbabies will be healthy. Thank you for taking care of Kiwi and Pineapple!

Very friendly staff, they love helping to answer any questions you may have regarding your fur friend, they are also so very well trained in what they do and how they do it, very well nicely clean clinic. They’re also very understanding when it comes to whatever you may need or want when it comes down to your pets needs. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Love this vet clinic. Their certified in stress free care for pets. Which means my high anxiety dog isn’t losing her mind when she goes for a check up haha

Top quality care for your pet. I had my first cat (Kiki) get her first shots there and de wormed her or whatever.took good care of her.shaved belly for a bit but it was soft and cute.no biggie (spaying)

Victoria Veterinary Clinic has been the clinic for my dog for the past 12 years; I’m happy to say they are professional and always handled my dog with care and treated me with respect.

Kenneled my cat. Great caring staff. Very reasonable price. My cat was very well cared for and appreciated the care she receieved.

Was not the friendliest experience. Prices weren't the greatest either but they know what they're doing

Dr Murphy is a phenomenal veterinarian, and the support staff is great. We are so thankful for the care our kitty receives at Victoria Veterinary Clinic.

Dropped my cat off to get his nails clipped. Because of covid you just drop pet off at door and they handle the rest. Pay while your in vehicle just before they hand your pet back to you at front door. Quick and easy. Courteous staff.

I just took my dog into the Victoria veterinarian clinic. He had been bitten on the neck from another dog.they asked me to wait outside the door while another person was paying.they made me wait outside for 5 minutes while my dog bled on the sidewalk.they proceeded to tell me "were all booked up"! From my understanding this is an emergency clinic!? I absolutely couldn't believe what I just heard and really proved their care and attention for animals.my girlfriend and I were so scared. Luckily we drove to the 24.hr animal care center and they instantly took us in with open arms. I suggest not going here for an emergency.

With all my dogs health issues and intense separation anxiety the vet has always been a very anxiety ridden situation, but the victoria vet clinic I find very understanding when I ask for estimates and always inform be about what's happening with my dog and what all the options are. The techs are great, and each vetranarian I've met has been lovely. Honestly just fantastic

I wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of the hound dog. You guys were always so professional and never pressured us into a bunch of test unless it was required. Thank you for the card and the hounds paw print that you sent in the mail it was thoughtful and kind. One of the best vets going right here hands down
