Wonderful place, love it. Especially the noodle bowl and spring rolls. If I can eat here everyday I would but unfortunately can't afford it. Lol

Love this place so much. Come here all the time for lunch, such friendly people, great service, delicious food, love it!

We ordered fried rice as one of our choices and it seems that the rice used tasted going to be spoiled already. We have eaten fried rice from different Vietnamese restaurants and were tasted excellent but the one we ordered here tasted so bad.not going to be in this restaurant again.

Spring rolls were terrible with little filling and paper wrap was odd. The worst part was how chewy they were, Spring Rolls should never be chewy. Very disappointing and do NOT recommend going here if you need a good Spring Roll fix.

H3- Chicken balls were all different sizes. Some had cooked batter and hard, others were not fried crispy.

S9- Vietnamese Spring Rolls were all small, bitting into rice paper that has little filling felt like a thick roll of chewy rice roll. There were only 2 out of the 6 that were done okay. These were a big disappointment

N3- Fried Thick noodle (chow mein) with beef has a paste like texture. I think the noodles were overcooked and cause the whole dish to be gummy. I do not suggest this dish.
N10- Special Fried Egg Noodle with beef was great. Noodles and flavors were on point. Love the beef!

For the cost per dish, the portion/quantity size needs to be a little bit more. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth.

Sorry, but after new takeover, the food is much different! Prep and cooking need work! I don't think that I will be returning.perhaps I will order a noodle dish to eat in.see if prep, cooking & favors improve in a month or two.

Just visited the restaurant with my friend today. The food is tasty and came in big portion. The price is cheap comparing to the quality. Good atmosphere, friendly owner who always try to satisfy your needs and listen to your story. Must try outtt

Best value place in the neighbourhood for lunch and supper. The food is always good, the service friendly, and the portions big enough to fill you up. Nothing fancy, but if you're hungry and don't want to break the bank, this is 100% the place to go. They also have coffee shop options like fancy coffees and milk teas, which I should probably try out some time.

This has been one of our favourite lunch destinations for years! However since new ownership we are less than impressed. One other table besides us and it took 27 minutes to get our wonton soup and rice/chicken dish. Soup was bland, rice was bland, chicken was rubbery, the vegetables were delicious! Sad to say we won’t be going back, just not the same. Update: myself and my wife both got sick from the food, not impressed!

New owner. Not as good as previous. Was told my pickup order would be 20 minutes. Took 45 minutes. Stood there waiting for 25 minutes while my clients waited for me. Won't be ordering there again.

Ordered stir fry vegetables with fish and black bean sauce, nothing like the original dish, very salty, different veggies, very little fish, no black bean sauce. Used to be my favourite dish! Miss the previous owner, Very DISAPPOINTED wont be going back.

Always the best spring rolls and coconut curry soup. The place is clean, nice atmosphere and quick to the table.

I’m throughly disappointed. The coconut curry soup especially is not anywhere near how good it use to be. Soup doesn’t even include the 2 spring rolls anymore and you have to ask for it to be made with chicken and you will be charged a extra. No coconut flavour what’s so ever and way too many potatoes. I miss the old owners. I won’t be returning.

Fast friendly service. Food was delicious and great portions at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended
