Village Green Thrift Shop

Store is always empty. Furniture guy is really rude. I was told no negotiating on prices yet the customer in front of me negotiated a lower price.
The appliance I bought didn't even works. No returns? What's the deal village green?
This place sucks.

They came to grab my donated furniture, but acting like they were the boss especially the Asian guy. I would rather donate to Kijiji next time.

A thrift store with actual thrift store prices. Large selection in the new location. Furniture selection is particularly good.

Love the new location! Very large wide open clean space with free parking. The very sweet lady that helped me said she was new, she was a delight! The platter and pickle dish I found at a steal of a deal! So excited about my purchases! Now that it is closer to where I work, I will definitely be a more frequent shopper.

I have shopped at the 20th Village Green locations for years. And I was delighted today when I shopped at the new location. Incredible vintage finds at such affordable prices. Will always be my #1 thrift & vintage store to shop at

Turns out inflation has hit the thrift stores! Well this one definitely has: (Disapointed that donated toys are ridiculously priced, 20 bucks for a single toy that was missing parts, 30 bucks for a broken toy truck and seen a small Lego set for $50.00! These were definitely not vintage nor were they brand new. Come on Village green, do better!

Love love love this place! When we went in the kind lady let us know everything was 50% off! We bought a giant dinner set, a sweater, two pillows and a whole bunch of Decor and the total was only $27! The staff was so nice and the place looked great!

This is my absolute favorite thrift store ever! I love everything about this shop, the staff, the music, the fair prices, even the security guy at the front is an awesome human. While I am sad they are moving out of Riversdale as its been a pillar in that community for longer than I can remember, I will still find ways to make it in to support this shop and its mission. These people are incredibly kind, I love that you can see the care for humanity shine through this shop. Kind, generous and caring! Please keep up being the BEST thrift shop ever, this store isn't greedy like other second hand stores, each purchase you make is a gift to the WORLD not some cooperation or a for profit:)
