I tried to purchase some plumbing fittings for my trailer here but they didn’t have a caliper for me to check the outside diameter of the pipe I needed to fit to (I had the piece with me at the desk). I asked at service and none of the techs including apparently the foreman were willing to lend me a caliper for 2 seconds or to check the outside diameter of my pipe for me so I could buy parts. Frustrating and a waste of time for me to stop in.

Excellent experience with the gang at Village RV. Everyone from the salesman (Reis) to the admin, parts and service was great to deal with. They answered all of our question and took the time to explain the operation of the unit. They never made us feel rushed during the walk through and final set up even though we added a couple of “extras” at the last minute. I have called back since with questions that were answered right away. The whole Team at Village shows that they appreciate being chosen by us to purchase our RV from. We will definitely be including them in any future purchases.

A huge thank you to Village RV for being so awesome. Thanks to them we were able to make our BC trip even more awesome. We decided to look for a last minute trade for a smaller 'BC friendly' camper. We found the type of trailer we had been looking for. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. They explained everything well during the whole process of viewing and purchasing of our RV. They kindly stored the vehicle over winter for us and before turning it over to us this spring, they ensured everything was in good working condition.
