Absolutely disgusting and despicable company to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Fence wasn’t installed until 4 months after initial projection. I get production delays but the communication by this company is horrendous. At to top it off, the cost came in $1200 over the proposal. If I could give zero stars I would.

My grandma can't stop talking about her new fence. She's happy with the product and the team that was sent over. Thank you!

Ryan and Skylar were great to work with, very personable and professional. Skylar worked hard to get the job done and when asked to rework sections he did so with an excellent attitude. He really understands the product and the job at hand.

May 23,2023: Our composite deck was pulling away from the house, sinking in one area, and very unstable. Initial install by another company was poorly done. Ryan and his crew were prompt, installed new beam, blocks and levellers to stabilize and level deck. Deck has never seemed so stable and secure. We are 100% pleased with the service and the work done. Ryan communicated what the problems were and the solution. Would recommend Vinyl Guys to everyone! Maureen and Cliff

Ryan returned my call right away and was up front about a time line. They arrived when he said they would be there to do the work. I highly recommend them for your vinyl fencing job.

Ryan helped me to trouble shoot my vinyl gate (even though they did not install it) within half a day of me calling him. He took the time to understand my issue and helped me work though potential fixes that I can do on my own. His knowledge and expertise was apparent and his customer-first approach was great. When i called them, i was treated very rudely on the phone and asked how many other companys i had phone for quotes?
I guest they dont need the business.or maybe its because i was a woman.
Anyway i was told they only do phone consults so i guess they dont need to measure anything.

Ryan and his crew installed our fence a couple years ago after a storm took down our wood fence. They did an amazing job. A couple days ago we noticed damage to the gate as the appliance meant to hold it in place was partially torn off (possibly due to the crazy winds and possibly due to kids not opening the gate correctly). Ryan said he was on his way to a job but left the replacement piece for the side of the gate for us to pick up free of charge! We fixed it yesterday and we were so happy with his responsiveness and providing us the extra part even 2 years later. Definitely recommend them and have to our neighbours.

I appreciated having direct contact with the owner, Ryan, during our fence building process. He consistently displayed strong character and work ethic. His attention to timely, quality work ensured an excellent outcome. Even after the project was completed, he quickly responded to a request for repair. The fence was fixed within an hour of our e-mail request!

We had Vinyl Guys supply and install a vinyl fence last week. On budget, on time, great installation by two hard workers, beautiful fence! Thankyou Ryan for being such a great person to work with.

Earlier this spring we had Vinyl Guys install a new fence along with several other homeowners in our neighborhood. We are extremely happy with the look and value of our new fence. Later in July during one of our summer storms, a tree limb broke and fell on top of the fence. The fence withstood the limb's pressure on it but during removal of the limb, I accidentally nicked the top rail with a chainsaw. Since the mark was on our neighbor's side, I offered to get it replaced. I spoke with Ryan and within a day, he had replaced the top rail at no charge even though I had offered to pay. I was very impressed with the service and we plan to contact Ryan again when we replace our deck.

We are very happy with our new fence. The product is solid and sturdy, sure to stand up to the weather we have here in Saskatoon. The installation was extremely professional. Very impressed with Ryan’s passion and when they talk about their value proposition they live it. Would highly recommend.
