I was greeted within minutes of entering the store. Staff extremely knowledgeable on my interests. Jordan was very knowledgeable in the product I was looking for. As with a previous purchase many years ago, I am extremely pleased with what occurred today.

! Don't waste your money! Their Return and Exchange Policy is A BIG LIE. I bought a laptop and the salesperson told me laptops are fully refundable within 15 days after the purchase date but they did not do that for me. They asked 15% of the price to refund for the laptop. The manager told me "WE DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO CUSTOMERS". They do not provide accurate information and do every thing to refuse refunding. It is NOT LEGAL for a company to charge an additional fee when THE COMPANY OFFER A FULL REFUND POLICY, especially if it was not disclosed in advance. The store guarantee plan is just waste of money. Do your purchase from somewhere else but not at "VISIONS ELECTRONICS". I am making a complaint against them.

I purchased a big tv and an awesome sound bar. The manager helped me pick the best tv. He gave me an awesome deal. With such good customer service I returned to buy a sound bar. I will return if I’m buying anymore electronics

Save your money and don’t buy warranty for you still
Have to deal With manufacture. Long story short tv warranty is a scam. Example our tv 2 months old crapped out and vision won’t replace it with a new one.

Bought a proteck tablet from the east regina store some time ago, tryed to get it to update but it wouldn t took it back to the store for some help was laughed at and told it was outdated so walked out never to return.i understand it is only a 68.00 dollar tablet but it is all i can afford.great after purchase service

Been dealing with visions off and on For probably close to 20 years now. Today bought a better TV and sound bar than I originally planed for. A little more money but twice the quality. Explained everything about the differences between what I was looking at to what I got. There in house warranty is really good deal.especially on TVs. Never done me wrong all these year's dealing with vision.

I wanted to write to share three recent experiences I've had with the Regina East location.

COVID-19 hit, I'm suddenly working from home with a router not up to the task of handling the load of my work and students virtually learning. Chase hooked me up with a router quickly and supplied me with what I needed to get on track with ease.

Then a couple weeks later was a panic call. I had dropped my cell phone and wasn't quite finished my current plan commitment. Chase quickly found my information, checked current inventory and had me set up with a new phone and accessories very quickly.

The third and most recent experience was again with my go to guy, Chase. It was time for a new TV. I gave him my space and budget requirements, he checked his inventory and I picked up my new TV the next day after reviewing the choices he had given me.

This location has given me great service and I've been extremely happy with the products and services I've obtained from them. I will be going back. Thanks to Chase and the Visions team.

We were struggling on which TV would fit our needs until their expertise and guidance lead us to purchase the perfect TV for us. 10/10 would recommend going in to see them! Purchased AirPods, no functionality and not worth the money (not their issue), however on the invoice it says 15 days return policy, yet it does not say that this item is an exception and the package must be unopened. Not possible with how Apple packages their items, should say final sale, or have the exception listed on the invoice. Stuck with a $300 pair of ear buds.

We are new to the area, and needed a tv for our new place. Jordan went above and beyond helping us choose the right one for us. He was happy to go through options, pricing, and questions during our multiple visits and calls. He had overall great advice on what was, and was not, worth spending money on. He came out to help install the new tv with Jay, and the two of them did a great job! We had some specific challenges for where it was to be mounted, and they made it look easy (when it really wasn’t)! We also purchased an earlier tv from Joel, and can’t say enough good about the way everything was handled. We were impressed with everyone that helped us, and will definitely be back.

Due to pandemic situation I wasn't able to claim my extended warranty and when I email, phoned & went in person to request rebate I was declined without any consideration towards the situation. One doesn't buy electronic items during these kind of situations. As life is slowly crawling back I thought I can buy something this time and noticed that I have expired the claim period by 2-3 months. I don't suppose this is too long for the company to decline the rebate. If I was claiming it after years then one can understand. Request anyone and everyone planning to buy from Visions to reconsider their respective decision before giving your precious business to them.

Ordered a laptop, was told it would take a month to come in and at the one month mark they told me they could no longer get the product. Their solution originally was for me to pay more money for a laptop with older features or pay more money to get a smaller one. Really seemed like a bait and switch.

Don't waste your time.

My TV was 1 Penny cheaper on Costco's site and Visions beat the price by 15%.
Now add my discount for in-store pickup and the same extended warranty that Costco offers and they can't be beat.

Better than Best Buy because they actually have items IN STOCK. It may seem unusual these days to have a store with actual items in stock but Visions is one of the few left.

Friendly staff too.

Yesterday, I bought my first brand new phone! Jay helped me pick the perfect phone and plan for the perfect price. Jay talked me through the process and even helped set up my phone and some apps. I spent awhile in the store and was fortunate enough to meet a lot of the awesome staff! Dale, Kirstie, Joel, Chase, Shelby, Jordan, and Noah are just a few of the great people that work there. I fully recommend this Visions for anybody, even the people who are unsure about technology like myself. Thank you guys again for the amazing service and the phone. I am loving my Samsung S21 Ultra!

Visions is only a good place to buy something if you know more or less what you are looking for and can recognize a good deal from a sales pitch. Many of their staff members are helpful and friendly. Some of them really seem to push expensive products and sales dollars. The "regular" prices for a lot of the items are also heavily marked up, but the continually recurring deals and flyer prices make things generally pretty reasonable. They have a large in store selection to see and hear things in person without needing to rely on purchasing online.

I was in the other day and Chase was such a huge help with everything i could have asked for and more. He is so knowledgable of all the products and helped recommend the best product i was looking for. He showed me afew different tv's, sound systens, and some really awesome headphones for watching tv or playing games at while the wife is asleep. Looming forward to my next visit and getting to see chase again. Best experience ive had yet! Wont be going anywhere else for my electronic needs

Terrible Service. I also have had to repost this because Visions had agreed to replace the TV so I took down my review. But it has been 5 days since and I have heard anything. I have asked for confirmation and an ETA and no response. So, I am reposting this with even more disappointment and a true loss of trust.
Original issue.
I ordered an 83' tv from Visions and I was away when it arrived. My staff checked the box and it was perfect until we took the TV out and the screen was broken.
The box looked perfect, except when we had a chance to look at the bottom. Being so large we never thought to flip it upside down when the box itself was in good shape. All of the strapping and tape was perfect as well. We also review our deliveries well. There are 2 punctures on the bottom that are very likely from forks of a forklift or a pallet jack. So we totally missed this as it was delivered in the upright position. We also helped unload the truck when it arrived. When we removed all of the packaging it looked ok but the foam was covering the damage. When we placed the stands on it and were about to place install it, we then noticed the damage of the broke screen at the very bottom of the TV. We both took extreme care. After we looked at bottom of the box and the foam, there is a soft and damaged area in the form exactly where the damage is and where the force of the fork, or pallet jack has placed pressure though the packing material. This also matches the hole in the bottom of the box. I was very sad, but I also know and relieved that it definitely was not us that damaged it. I then began my claim with Visions on Saturday Aug 28th but did not get a reply until Tuesday Aug 31. I sent pictures and the information about the damage. They claimed that I have missed the 48 hours to make the claim. Ironically it took them 72 hours to get back to me.

Chase was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely helpful from the point of purchase of my TV all the way to its delivery. He was was accommodating to any hurdles that was faced for delivery. He checked to make sure everything was in working condition before leaving. I had a great experience working with Chase.

We are older people that no very little about TV's but went in to the store with a budget in mind. We were helped by a great young man, Kolton. He took time with us showing and explaining different options. We told him our budget and he never once made us feel or pressured us to go beyond. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a TV and want to be treated respectfully, go to Visions East Regina.

I received excellent quality of service from Blair. He was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision on which Sub woofer to buy. I love the Yamaha sub he recommended. A couple of days later I also received fantastic customer service from Mike and Joel when I went in for some follow up information.

Well it started out good.
Salesman was knowledgeable & not pushing to try & make a sale.
Now when it came to the installation of my purchase it started going down hill.
Yes the installer set the TV & power bar up & of course this is where human nature takes over.
Picture is great but the sound was not as the salesman had me believing.
Not only has the sound fallen kinda flat but I'm also not really impressed with having to use 3 remotes to watch & listen to a program.
The TV has many Apps but not any good to me as the installer didn't set this up.
Now I paid for installation and yet I have to use 3 remotes not happy.
Called the store to speak with the salesman (Chase) who by the way is a assistant manager and he said he would look into it. I thought he was going to look into it like he said but after a few days I call back only to be blown off.
Its been awhile now since I last called to speak to Chase and haven't heard from him or the installer.
If I could return the unit I would & only because of the non professional service of Chase and the installer.

The only thing I would change is to show the quantity in stock on the website before driving over to the store.

Dealt at the east Regina store for the purchase of a TV. All of the staff there were great but Elvis, Batman and Joel stand out. They handled a warranty rebate request and applied it to the purchase very efficiently, answered all our questions and are the reason we keep going back. Thanks guys!

Customer service at the east location is non existent. Every time I walk into the store no one even says ‘hi’ or ‘be right with you’. I couldn’t find what I needed so I went to London drugs and found what I wanted. I would give this place no stars if I could and they aren’t getting my business anymore.

Further to my review below. I can not find anyplace to leave a review for Visions on-line ordering, so I am going to leave this here hoping someone reads it and contacts me from the on-line service site.

I ordered a very expensive tv THREE weeks ago.the only reason I ordered from Visions on line is said it was in stock. Three weeks later, my order still says "processing". When I call customer service there is just a message saying they are too busy to answer the phone.no option to stay on hold. So I create a job ticket as told in the message. I sent that message two weeks ago and have sent approximately 10 messages since asking for an update.as of today I have received zero response from Visions.

Joel from the Vic East location sent in an email for me and they answered him and he relayed that the tv had just gotten to BC and was to be shipped out Jan 21 or Jan 22.

I still have not received a shipment confirmation email and when I check the Loomis tracking number they say they haven't received this parcel yet.

This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. At least if they would answered any of my enquiries and be honest and give me a time line of when I can expect delivery, it would be helpful. I have contractors than can not continue with their work until this tv arrives.

I don't care how busy you are, it is completely unacceptable to ignore customer's enquiries.

SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME!

Joel at the Vic East location went above and beyond helping me with an on-line order that I was having issues with. I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me regarding my on-line order and even though it had nothing to do with his location he took the time to get answers for me!

I would like to compliment the staff on their great service and especially Chas as he is a very good sales-person. He doesn’t talk over your head about things you really don’t know about. He doesn’t make you feel like a dummy and he treats you with courtesy and respect. I walked in there thinking I am just going to price shop and walked out having purchased a new T. V. Would have given 5 stars but I rarely give anyone 5 stars as there is always room for improvement and unfortunately they were very low on stock and could not give a firm Delivery date. Not Chas’s fault I rate him 5 star. And I was a sales manager for many years!
