W Bridals

My experience at W Bridals was unlike any other bridal store. I would highly recommend booking an appointment here to find your dress! My stylist Anna was incredible to work with. She found exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable and confident in the dresses and my decisions.

W Bridals was the first store I went to when looking for wedding dress, and it was an AMAZING way to start my journey as a bride. I dislike shopping, but Anna listened to exactly what I was looking for and did a great job at making sure the dresses she brought were in line with my vision and within my budget to have an easy going, efficient shopping experience. If I could take Anna with me to every store, I would! Thank you again for your help:)

I had a VERY good experience at this bridal store. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars, and this is personal preference, is because I feel like at a store where you’re spending thousands of dollars on a wedding dress, the staff should be dressed more professionally. Jeans and very casual clothes were worn by the staff each time I went. Other shops I went to, staff were in dress clothes, and I know it’s 2023 and people can do what they want. But if the staff here wore dress clothes, it would match the rest of the shops high-end feel. Other than that I had an excellent experience and absolutely loved my gown!

I had a great experience with Kelsie as my consultant. She was amazing with finding exactly what I wanted as well as pushing me out of my comfort zone to try on other styles I normally wouldn’t have considered! I didn’t walk away with a dress but I wasn’t made to feel bad or like I was being pushed into buying something. The overall atmosphere was very calming and I enjoyed the provided drink, snack and fan in the changing room!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! A few other places seemed to not want to give me the time of day because I had a smaller budget but W Bridals was wonderful. Jorden pointed me to a rack of dresses all within my budget and I found around ten to try on and after seeing the style I was going for she pulled some other beautiful ones in my budget! Jorden was professional, kind, and made shopping fun for someone who typically does not like shopping! I definitely recommend making this your first stop when shopping for a wedding dress. You won’t need to go anywhere else after!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at W Bridals. As a women of shorter stature and a curvy body, I was not looking forward to dress shopping as I imagined it to be a very challenging process. I started my day of bridal shopping at W Bridals and from the moment I walked in, I felt extremely welcomed, Jorden was my consultant and she was a breath of fresh air, knowledgeable, transparent, my hype girl and just so down to earth. I left the store with a strong love for a dress but knew I wanted to continue on looking around just in case and went to two other appointments in the city. As the day ended I was feeling defeated, tired and very pressured from the last store I went to as my experience there was nothing like my experience at W Bridals. I took the night to sleep on it and in the morning I knew my heart was with the dress at W Bridals. The dress was off the rack so I knew at any moment, someone else could fall it love with it too and I would be back to the drawing board. When I woke up the next day, I called W Bridals and asked if I could do another fitting with the dress knowing that I might not get a chance because it’s Saturday and I know those are busy days. Kimberley fit me right in and I was greeted with a great big smile, the dress waiting for me and no pressure as far as time or making a decision. She was knowledgeable about my alterations, took the time to learn about me and truly made me feel so welcome. I am not one to write reviews but I knew in my heart this needed to be shared so the next person can have the same experience I did. Thank you W Bridals and I cannot wait to wear the gown on my special day!

I had a wonderful experience with W Bridal with both shopping for my dress and the cleaning process. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The cleaning was quick, it only took 17 days! I did the standard clean and I was surprised at how clean my dress looked afterwards. Highly recommend W Bridal for any of your dress needs!

I had the absolute best experiencing working with W Bridals. After looking at purchasing a new dress only 4 months before my wedding they were so helpful with finding dresses that would arrive on time and just being able to purchase off the rack eased my stress. They made me feel confident in every dress I tried on and were very helpful in every aspect of the process. I recently had an appointment with Raff at W Bridals. This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and I was extremely nervous for my appointment. I was worried I wouldn't find anything that fit me or anything in my price range. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide range of dresses they have and in various price ranges and sizes. Raff made me feel so comfortable, and I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She was very respectful of my budget and brought me so many options to try, I ended up finding the most beautiful dress and veil and I had such a fun time! Thank you so much!

I booked a day of gown shopping with my bridesmaids and had such a fun time! My consultant was so fun and had some great dresses she brought out for suggestions. She absolutely listened to all of ideas and helped pick the perfect dresses in exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend this store I bought a dress that day and the owner was so helpful with suggestions for a seamstress. The prices were so reasonable for what is on the market! Loved it!

Kimberley at W Bridals was an absolutely dream to deal with! I was so nervous when I started the process of finding "the dress" but her expertise and amazing attitude helped me find a dress that I feel absolutely radiant in! Absolutely the worst experience dress shopping. The “owner” of 18 years made me feel like garbage. I tried on a dress and she (the “owner”), told me that I didn’t have the body for the dresses that were at her store.
I’m happy to say that I bought a dress, double the price, at a boutique in Edmonton. I wanted to support local, but I don’t support rude.

My experience at W Bridal was GREAT! They had such an amazing selection of dresses, exactly the styles I was looking for and so many in my size which was awesome. Darlene helped me out and she was fantastic at selecting dresses and making me feel beautiful. Will definitely be going back here!

W bridals is the second bridal store I have gone to for dresses. I had such a wonderful experience! We were spaced out far enough from the other brides trying dresses which was great. There were TONS of options to try on that I was actually able to fit into unlike a lot of other stores. Schenina my consultant was AMAZING, she actually ended up finding my dream dress before I did. And found me the most perfect one of a kind veil to go with my dress.

W Bridal went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a good one. I am a very picky person and was anxious about trying on dresses but they were great. They pulled everything I asked for and when it turned out I had no idea what I wanted they did everything in their power to find a style I was comfortable in. My fiancé and I got engaged in August 2020. I went dress shopping to an unnamed store in December 2020 and had a very discouraging experience full of stress and pressure. At this time, I decided to hold off on dress shopping until it was necessary. Fast forward to July 2021 – after many nights of research and reading reviews, I decided to book my appointment with W Bridals. From the moment I walked into the store, I knew it was going to be a great experience! I was greeted by my consultant, Schenina, and taken to my area of the store. Once settled, Schenina introduced herself, made the effort to learn who each member of my family was, and thoroughly listen to my likes and dislikes. As the appointment progressed Schenina ensured to ask how I was doing and if I were getting overwhelmed – it is like she could read my mind, as she knew when it was time to stop pulling dresses and just focus on what we had. When I finally said, “yes to the dress”, Schenina was just as excited as I was! Throughout the whole process of “saying yes to the dress” it is extremely important to mention that not once did I feel stressed, pressured to buy, or rushed. Schenina genuinely wanted me to have a great experience and confidently pick a dress that made me feel like a bride. After I said yes, Kimberely then took my measurements – she gave honest recommendations on which size to order my dress in (this was SO appreciated). When all was said and done, Schenina even took photos of my family and I to document such a special day. I left W Bridals on cloud 9 – I can promise you that I have not smiled that big since our engagement last year. W Bridals is the full package dress shopping experience! 10/10 Recommend to all my friends and family! I cannot wait to go back in January to pick up my dress!

Being a plus size bride who hates clothing shopping normally, I had a blast with my friends trying on both bridesmaids dresses and wedding dresses, there was lots of variety and our consultant was amazing at bringing us dresses and changing them out to our likes and dislikes so we were easily able to find styles we loved! The atmosphere is nothing but love for all body types and nothing but support and love to make your experience unique and special. Would recommend W bridal to anyone looking for 'the dress'

W Bridals was an amazing dress shopping experience! All of the staff were very welcoming and added in their thoughts throughout the appointment! Darlene was my bridal consultant, she truly made me feel like a bride, and she continuously helped me to narrow down dresses by listening to what I loved and/or didn't about the dresses I was trying on. I fell in love with the second dress that I tried, but felt like I couldn't be sure until I went to my second appointment later that morning. The ladies were perfectly fine with this and let me know that I could call the store later if I decided on the dress.
When I phoned in the early afternoon and asked if I could return to the shop to try on the dress again, they were very accommodating and were able to get me in for 3: 30 on a busy afternoon! As soon as I put the dress on again I knew it was the one I would be wearing.

My 2 appointments were extremely fun. W Bridals is the only place where I didn't feel judged for being plus sized. I will rave about the place for years to come. I love how a profile is set up before your appointment and you can pick and choose different dress styles on your Wbridal profile so your stylist has an idea of what you like prior to the appointment. I think this is innovative and helps Wbridal stand out compared to other bridal stores in the city.

Kim and her staff are absolute gems! The store is welcoming, bright and airy. The amount of stock they carry is amazing and being a curvy bride, I never once felt uncomfortable being in the store for fear of not being able to fit into any of the dresses on the rack I wanted to try on. The bridal assistant I had was wonderful - and she took care to make every dress I tried on feel just right on while I walked out to show my family who came along with me that day. I found the runner up dress on the floor, but found THE dress on the sale rack for an incredible price. My bridal party and I will definitely be back for bridesmaid dresses when the time comes.

I would give Kim and her store and staff 10 stars if I could!

I have to say that W Bridals provided the most amazing customer service ever! I was shopping for my wedding dress mid-May in the early re-opening stages of the pandemic. They went above and beyond to do a virtual dress appointment to figure out what kind of dress style I liked before the store re-opened, and then set up an appointment for me to try on a few the first week that retail restrictions were lifted. I am so happy that I was able to have a dream gown in time for my mid-June wedding, and would highly recommend the W Bridals boutique for any bride-to-be!

This store is amazing! Drove over 4 hours to go as had heard very good things. Amanda was our sales lady.she listened well and has exquisite taste and ideas. She made it so fun and still very safe during Covid-19. I am so impressed by the professionalism and no pressure sales. My daughter needs time to think about things and they are amazing. We will be getting her dress here for sure. I know she is well taken care of and W Bridals will be a part of making her dreams come true!

W Bridals has been AMAZING though the process of dress shopping for me! Covid has made things a little different, and they are doing spectacularly! I messaged the day after my engagement, and had an immediate response. They were in constant contact with me through the process of looking for my black wedding (bridesmaid) dress. I was in and out in 45 minutes with the dress of my dreams in my hands. Thank you to Kim and Darlene for being so amazing!

Wish I could give 0 stars. As a bridal shop they should be asking every bride where they are getting married and the date and letting other brides know if someone from the same city already has the dress. A friend of mine (who didn’t know) purchased the same dress as me. We’re both from Prince Albert, which isn’t a very big city and only I got asked where I was from and when my wedding date was. I’m sure if the other bride would have known she wouldn’t have continued with the purchase. Her wedding is unfortunately before mine and I’m left broken hearted with a wedding dress my fiancé will already have seen once they get married. My mom called about this and when she questioned them they told her a sale is a sale. Very frustrating and upsetting as we ordered my dress plus 7 bridesmaids dresses here and nothing has been offered to help us with this situation in any way. I wish I would have supported another business to help complete my wedding day.

Personally, I dont like how this business is run. I've been to better bridal stores in Saskatoon. First of all, it took 4+ months for bridesmaids dresses to come in, when I've been to other bridal stores and it took 2 months. Second, they want all bridesmaids to order at the same time in order for them to send out the order to whatever company makes them. Third, they don't contact the bridesmaid about the dress they ordered and paid for when it's in. Why can't this business contact you directly when you're the purchaser?

W Bridals is wonderful. I walked in on a Saturday about 45 minutes before they were closing, when they were super busy, and I didn’t have an appointment. I proceeded to book an appointment for the following weekend but they graciously allowed my little crew and I to take a quick boo at their gown selection and said if I wanted to try one or two on, they could accommodate that. I found a couple I was interested in and Eddie assisted me with trying them on. She was SO lovely and patient and ended up helping me try on about 5-6 gowns. I fell in love with one of them and ended up purchasing it! I felt bad showing up without an appointment at such a busy time but they were so helpful and patient and we all won in the end.:)

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location has lots of space and very many samples to try on.

I had the best experience here. We walked in at 9: 00am and walked out with my dress ordered at 10: 00am. The lady that helped me with my dresses was incredible (I believe her name was Darlene?). But she was super patient and even though the second dress I tried on was the one I wanted she had no problem helping me try a few more. While I was doing that she also checked with the seamstress to make sure that we could add straps to my dress, as it was an off the shoulder strap, and I wanted normal straps. Absolutely incredible dress shopping experience. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Thanks W Bridals!
