They might be slower but the reason is because they listen and give you proper diagnosis. They aren’t trying to rush you out. This is the clinic I always go to and my doctor is the best.

Went in to see the walk in doctor on December 22. He wouldn't listen to what was wrong and I was basically told that I was fine and that it was in my head. I ended up in emergency on Christmas day to find out that I have a serious hip injury. This was the first and only time I will ever set foot in this clinic.

Dr Golubovic was very understanding and the best doctor i have seen here in Regina.he goes above and beyond to help his patients. He gave the best treatment and answered all my questions. Highly recommended. Thankyou.

Saw Dr Hope Anigboro, refused to assist me with my concern and told me to find a family physician. As if it’s an easy time to find a family doctor and when I said I phoned 20 offices and no one is accepting new patients he said ‘that’s between you and the health ministry’

I contacted someone through your online form, it turned out to be head office, they said they would forward my email to you. I await your reply.

Cant help but be unbelievably displeased with the services I have received.regrettably, i will be finding somewhere else to go from now on, again.

This is NOT a walk-in Clinic. Rude staff with very bad language, bad attitude. It's very bad to have good physicians working with very incompetent people at Front desk.

Please stay out of this clinic! Because you can die before seeing a doctor due to the bad behavior of a welcoming staff.

Can't even book an appointment. Don't answer their phones and if they do they put you on hold for 20 minutes to hang up on you. Literally turned their phones off on me? How can you call yourself a doctor's office? My daughter needed an appt with her FAMILY doctor. Shame on you. People wonder why we go to emergency when it's not an emergency. This is why.

When we went to purchase a mask for 1$ each, which isn't advertised at their clinic, so I guess it's an under the table deal that someone pockets. The receptionist said "You were here yesterday don't you know the mandatory mask rule" to which my wife politely replied, I did walk in with one but my 2 year old just ripped it apart. The audacity this person has to talk in such a tone and the choice of her stupid words make her a rude person. You see a child don't you know how children behave. And yes, they had to be told by us and multiple other people to wear the face mask right above the nose as well.

Very unprofessional, unorganized and poor management. Booked my appointment and confrimed everything over the phone. Upon arrival they say your appointment is by mistake booked for tomorrow not for today and asked to wait for an hour.

Google should consider letting us giving zero stars on the reviews. I was on my way to Toronto from BC, and in the middle of my trip, I started to cough and have a fever. I did the covid testing four times, but the results were all negative. So, I went to this clinic on the first day here, but the doctor only told me to take Tylenol and Advil. Then, I went back to my hotel and I followed exactly what he told me to do, but the next day, I had stronger pain in my throat and could not even speak. The next day, when I had to leave town, I went in again to ask for other medications or something else that can cure my cold asap. But, he was not even trying to listen to me but saying things like I knew nothing about medicine. So the only new advice from him was to get a box of pills for allergies. So I went to the pharmacy next to the clinic to get the pills, and the pharmacist there was much more nicer and more professional in explaining the medicine. I wonder if they are even trained and certified doctors because the only thing that he did in the room was typing on the computer about my symptoms and being stubborn with his non-sense opinion. Thank you so much for ruining my trip in Saskatchewan, I will forever have a bad memory of this place.

What kind of doctor tells you to go see another doctor because they don’t have have their time for you? Well, this was my 2nd one in a row from this clinic. Waste of time. I guess I’m going to the ER. I suppose a family doctor’s time is more important than those working at an emergency room at the hospital. I’m glad the doctor could make some money off of me today. Thanks for nothing.

My son went into the clinic this morning because he has had foot pain for a number of days. He told the doctor about the pain and the doctor replied "what do you want me to do about it? " I am appalled.

The doctor was ok, and did his job, however the supper staff needs to not try and call me about my “supposedly” expired health card and ask for money to pay the doctors after it was their error of not recording it correctly. I told them I would update it and send them the information, they continued to press me for money, I stood firm and said I am updating it and the government will pay you, on top of that it’s your clerical error to which he said they were training staff…after the call I went, “wait a minute” and checked my card and it didn’t expire for another 1.5 years. Called back to update them on their mistake, the guy who I talked with asked me to confirm the HC number and 3 times for expire date on the 3rd he passed me to some lady for help on recording a date I clearly said 3 times. Clearly he was the one in training.

Just unacceptable. Called and was told I could be seen if I show up before 430. Get there at 4 (30 mins after I called) and I'm rejected. Drove across town and left work. Don't make promises you can't keep.

Dr. Surtie is very nice and gentle. He listens to your problem and takes his time to check it up. The receiptionists are also nice and helpful. The waiting time is just a bit long but if you have an appointment, it'll probably take you 30 mins.

I have been there since it began. It has always been professional. The wait times are expected, I got to see my Dr. Every time.
