Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Prince Albert by Jack Nathan Health

Generally I have to wait an hour or so before I am seen, when my doctor generally is in; in which he provides great service, though the other doctors (unfortunately too personal to share) make the natives wait longer because of the free Healthcare from the treaties we signed, so I implore the other natives to search elsewhere, because we make a good majority of funds for the business.

I've been looking for Prenatal doctors and most places weren't answering and the receptionist recommended a Dr.at Hope centre. Very much appropriated.

Can never get someone to answer the phone or return messages. Had a prescription sent incorrectly had to go back in (because no one answers the phone) to have it fixed. Still wasn't fixed and I need to go back tomorrow. The door sensor doesn't work so you can't get in unless someone let's you in and the debit machine is down. The front desk staff clearly hate being there and whi could blame them? It is crowded, slow and full of angry people that are waiting forever. I've never seen a clinic ran so poorly.

It's impossible to get through on the phone to see which clinic Dr maya is at on a particular day. No returned calls.

This clinic service is very unprofessional. I personally go in to see Dr A snd the service is exceptional. However you have to go through the fire of unprofessional and rude receptionists. You can’t seem to get through the phone to speak to a human.not sure why two different clinics with two different addresses will share one phone number and you cant Get transferred to the right clinic to book an appointment.
The services of this clinic and the managing doctor needs to be checked. In this phase of Drs being short and rushed appointments. Its worse being in the wrong hands.
Dr A is a great doctor. Just happens to be in the wrong place.

Don't bother trying to call the clinic because no one ever answers. I've been trying to call there for over two weeks and left voicemails for a call back as well. Not a single call back. Ridiculous.

Receptionist has a very bad attitude with everyone and keeps putting people in front of me even tho I’ve called in 45 mins before walk in before hand

Dr. Maya is always so kind and takes the time to answer all of my questions! I've been seeing her since I was a pre-teen (probably 10+ years now) Love her!

Very bad service & one lady on the front counter say she buy this country nobody says to him anything else because this is her county & she purchase the county

Very poor customer service. I only asked why they weren't taking any more patients half hour before closing and the receptionist rolled her eyes and didn't give me any explanation why. Definitely won't be going back there again!

Worst clinic to go to or even to make appointments.called like 10 times and left phone message got no phone call back.

The worst place, dont waste your time, waited in the room for almost and hour after getting their call, no Dr?

My sister-In law and I were there to see Dr. Samy Ghobreyal today. He was very rude and unprofessional. Once he entered into the room without any greeting or even introduce his name, so I said to him: my sister is first time at this clinic, and so on, but he still kept silent. After few minutes, he asked how many weeks of pregnancy and some questions about my sister. It would be easer if he spoke clearly and slowly so I did not have to ask him to repeat and explain again his questions. He was likely yelling and got mad at us once asking about my sister's family doctor. I said to him, She just came to Canada few weeks ago, and did not go to see any Dr.yet, and we already know she needs to follow up with one Dr.until the due day. While he was visiting us, he got a phone call from his personal cellphone, and he left us to seat there to talk with someone by his own language about 10 minutes. We were so surprise and felt disrespectful.
After he told us He will give my sister some vitamins, he said thanks and walked away, but I had to stop him because I still had some questions. However, he just quickly and angrily answer the question but did not go straight to my questions therefore we left with confusions. So he just helped nothing for today.
We DO NOT recommend DR. SAMY GHOBREYAL to any patient.

My husband and I have been here several times (mostly for me lol) and have always been treated with kindness and respect by the receptionists and doctors.

Dr. Egbyemi has been my family doctor for 19 yrs and has always made me feel like I was in good hands, handled my last pregnancy, ended up in c section and he stay with me the whole time, am having my second, I know my babies are getting the best care with him!

I phoned *7 times* and had no answer. So I drove there, and they were open. I told the receptionist I called 7 times and I asked if their phone was down. She said it wasn't and she asked if I had the right number, which I did. She didn't say anything else. No apology or anything.
Then she proceeded to be rude to one of the other people who came in after me.

The doc was incredibly rude. Dr. Gho. I'm not how the rest is spelled.first and last time I go there.receptionist was very kind and helpful.the doctor looked at me like i was a junkie wanting a prescription.but just needed my ears flushed out.he ignored my small talk about the weather and I finally got mad and raised my voice that's when he mellowed out a little towards the end of the visit. I shouldn't have to be catering to his emotions.walked out feeling more awful from when I walked in.

All they care is about money. They waste people's time and after that you have to come for many appointments just to get money our of you. The one star is for the girls working there they are humble and helpful. There was a young Dr. Ivan who left to Regina, he was a good guy. That's it.

Waited an hour and a half while the doctor seen other patiants. When ivan finally arrived i asked him "why he took so long" he laughingly said "he forgot about me". Which made me felt bad and wondering who in the world would practice this way. Perhaps Africa's a much more suitlble place for such ignorance.

Dr was amazingly patient and kind. After two visits prior to other clinics without much success the Dr listened to my sons problems with care and patience. Checked him over, plus an oxygen saturation sensor that the other two clinics didn't have. He determined he was in dire need to be sent to emergency. He phoned ahead. Gave him a nebulizer to be safe for transportation, which I asked another clinic to do prior and they said no, I had no idea he wasn't safe for transportation. Anyway amazing place. Will go there from now on!

Horrible time management. Said there would be a half hour wait when I've been waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes to see a doctor for a renewal of one prescription. Nobody said anything to me while waiting in the private room for over an hour. I won't ever come back. There are many better walk-in clinics in Prince Albert.

Wish I could give 0 stars on this. I booked an appointment for 2 so i could be done by 2: 30 come now it's nearly 3 o clock and all i need is a shot. Super stupid that just cause i have a simple problem doesnt mean I should have to wait this long. I should be able to be in and out but the doctors here dont care to let you get on your merry way when its something that only take 5 minutes of your time. The ladies at the front are crude and often give me harsh looks when i come in for my depo shot. Sincerly think they need to completely change their policies and actually let people get the simple things they need done, i understand someone may be worse off than me at the moment but im tired of booking appointments for small things and never actually leaving until nearly an hour later. It's distasteful and unprofessional, i can see the day that they close down this place.
