Get some staff at CUSTOMER SERVICE who can SPEAK DECENT ENGLISH! It's become a joke to try to collect WESTERN UNION FUNDS THAT ARE PROMISED AS MONEY IN MINUTES. THESE STAFF ARE PLAYING GAMES ON THEIR PHONES, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON SPEAKS PROPER ENGLISH AND CUSTMERS SUFFER IN LINE UPS BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE CANT SPEAK.

Walmart doesn't even deserve one star. I went to their store today on Betts Ave and it was busy as expected cuz it's the weekend but what I saw was embarrassing. Only 3 cashier lanes open, all had long lines. One side of self check outs closed while the other side were half open with a huge lineup. Like seriously? On a weekend?

Not to mention shelves are half empty most of the time. Good staff you guys have, Walmart. Store manager is to cheap and lazy I guess.

Doesn’t make sense that every time I’m in here 90% of the self check-outs are not working. And then only 2 of the manned check-outs are being utilized, forcing line queues way longer than they need to be. Who’s managing this place?

No option apart from giving 1 star even. 25 years of experience employee is not even able to find the location of the product after giving the UPC number. And new employees leave it. The grocery side still variety of products makes it good a bit.

To the lady working the self-checkout at 9 a.m. On July 13th. Worst service I've ever had, sarcastic and rude. Never felt so disrespected. I think your front Staff need some customer service training.

Went to Walmart on March 23rd to meet a friend, had a clothing item and candles and other items in my cart. Headed over to the cosmetics section looked at nail polish etc.didn’t buy anything.as I left the area this female employee followed me with a young gentleman and looked through my basket.didn’t question me but snooped through my stuff. Made me super uncomfortable she gave me a dirty look. Called the manager later that night to complain, gave a description of both employees and what had happened and he made excuses for this employee snooping through my stuff and sounded like he wanted to laugh.he apologized profusely. I was told he would find both employees and talk to them and make sure it never happens again. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m native and had braids in my hair that day. But feel uncomfortable going back there myself.

I know it's Wal-Mart so I shouldn't expect much when it comes to getting any kind of assistance but this is next level bad.

1 cashier on Saturday completely unacceptable. Typically avoid Walmart for this reason alone. New story layout is clunky, confusing and inefficient. Tired of corporate greed coming before service and humanity. 1000% thumbs down.

Over a month to try and get a return and still I just get told to call back. Don't use the photo centre here, absolute garbage.

I am disgusted at the way Walmart treats their employees. I absolutely hate shopping at Walmart. The employees are not trained in their departments, so asking for help is futile.

I've always preferred wallmart over other stores for best rates and easy accessibility for everything. It's one stop shop!

Almost impossible to find staff in electronic department, showed them what I wanted they still asked what I wanted. Then had to walk to the far end of the store to leave because they still have the fences up inside at the entrance/ exit. Electronic staff didn't even deactivate the magnetic strip on the box.

Good selection in the BBQ areas however the accessories weren't very well laid out and it was hard to locate BBQ covers

NEW HIDEN POLICY BUYER BEWARE you now can not return in multiples of 4 or more. Bought a set of 4 tablecloth mats as I have a family of 4. Lady at desk said New policy they can not be returned as it is a bulk buy, then she said I will return it this time as a favour WOW.

I went there this morning and found one tell was open only and you have to wait for 15 to 30 minutes to go through. They changed most of the tells to self-check out to push people to use them even they do not like it.imagine if One worker can manage 10 stations of those, the company will save a lot of money and their excuses covid-19. I think greed is the main motive is not caring about people's health. We should boycott the self-checkout to have more jobs for Saskatchewan people especially for the young worker and summer students. I learned from my neighbor who used to work at Wal-Mart that the management do not care at all about their employees at the store, he told me last week that 17 employees quit plus he and his wife from their in the same day.

Charges PST on selected gift cards, not sure about the all of them though!
Update: We went to buy my kids a gift card for online and sure enough trying to charge PST again. Last time 4 years ago the manager apologized and reimbursed us for theyre mistake, so now obviously intentionally scamming out customers for personal gain! Corporation will not appreciate this and I hope strict punishment will follow! Will be following up on consumer affairs and filing with the province! Can you imagine the 1000's of dollars a day from just this one store scamming people?

I have walked around this location numerous times looking for help, you either can't find anyone or if they page that department no one ever shows up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Retracted last 5 star review. Nobody answers phone. I have to call the electronics dept. To get a hold of anyone. Been on hold for the third time 22 mins this time around. Are you all on vacation? A break? Deaf? Ridiculous.

They have no regard for the mandatory masks at the Betts Ave location I was shopping and at least 20 people had no masks on. I even complained to them and they shrugged me off

Most of the workers were quite nice mind you though they couldn't help specifically look for what I needed, and I needed help from a worker that was around the clothing area 2 different times I asked and she ignored me, I though that maybe she didn't hear but I came back again and she was talking to another costumer and I went to her again and asked but she pretended she didn't hear and left fast.felt quite bad for myself after: (

There's always alot more room for improvement, specifically when products either do not exist, and or the attendant is not well informed, and or once again, not able to pull down off the wall a product, that no more exists, and or not up too selling the one off the wall, and replacing the sold unit with something more advanced, newer model if you will, or generally just too clean the area for something else all together. Not impressed with this store. I had called in and was very specific about the product I was looking for. I repeated again exactly what I was in search of and the person I spoke to said she had three of the products I was looking for. She had said they were hard to find but she found them. I drove in from the town of Black Strap to pick these up. I arrived at the store and the product was completely wrong. Good job Walmart, thanks for wasting my time and money on gas.

Wal-Mart on Betts Avenue in Saskatoon has removed the tills that server 10 items or less. In its place are self serve terminals. Many people around me were very dissatisfied with this change.

There is a disharmony in that store that particular store especially at the door when you are leaving you've obviously got your receipt in your hand and you're just walking to stop at at to the bathroom or I'd Walmart at the Tim Hortons or whatever but they stare at you like they're the Gestapo and their and there and there is change is coming it should be a friendly place to meet people

This will be my last visit. First the carts, they are all junk, and you shouldn't get a shoulder strain pushing them. The store is dirty, they replaced most of the cashier's with self checkouts making the lineups for the cashier's lines 4 deep at 7 at night. Now I'm not saying the security, leaving the store, is racial profiling, but the racial profiling security is doing, needs to stop. Like I said this is my last visit to this Walmart. Good day sir, I said good day!
