Shop here with caution for your safety and personal belongings. Extremely unprofessional and apparently delusional loss prevention employees who can’t even follow the 4 simple rules required before they can/should stop someone from leaving store. 1) see a person pick up an item 2) keep person in visibility at ALL times 3) watch person conceal item & 4) watch person leave past the last paying point…

Upon leaving the door was blocked by a tall male who used his body to keep me from leaving, being in a rush to get my kids from swim lessons when he accused me of stealing my purse I told him it was mine and got past him, he proceeded to grab my purse strap and yank it so hard it ripped the straps and left me with a sore shoulder/neck for 3 days as well as visible discolouration of my neck/collar bone. He kept yanking at my purse repeating it wasn’t mine and that the camera man seen me grab it and act like it was mine, I showed him inside my purse that it had my items and the inside lining was dirty from my make up. He just kept yanking at it while repeating I had an item/ a purse in my possession that was not mine, thus went in for about 5 minutes. Finally the camera man radios down to him saying “oh never mind the purse is still on the shelf” and the guy radios back “it’s on the shelf? ” And camera guy says yes and this piece of work lets go of my purse and walks away WITHOUT A WORD. No apology for physically hurting me, involuntarily confining me, or wrecking my personal item nor offer to compensate for the purse he wrecked.
I have called Walmart several times before finally getting through to an assistant manager despite asking for general manager which they claim they don’t have. I was told he would look into it with the other assistant managers and get back to me the next day, this was 4 days ago now and I haven’t heard a thing. They declined providing me with his name when I asked for it as well as his license number which I wanted for my statement with the police I write to charge him with assault.
Employees are simply corrupt and a disgrace and Walmart should be ashamed to have such poor employees who make Walmart as a whole look very bad.

A generally good store but staff are constantly pushing you to get their dog water credit card. It gets very annoying after being asked 50 times.

I've been shopping here for decades and it never matters what day of the week you come or what time of day, you will never find a basket. You don't even see other people walking around with baskets. It's like they hide them all on purpose. Even back before they started making you pay for carts, they never had any baskets. You can attempt to ask someone to help you get one but they do very little to assist. It's infuriating how little they care about you as a customer but at the same time not surprising at all.

I don't think the self checkout scanners have even been properly cleaned as the image attached shows how disgusting they are.

I walk inside and headed straight for the customer service. I stared, horror struck as the first person brings his item to the Customer Service Person. He said he wants to return it, the Customer Service Person said it costs a few cents. I think it would at least be a few dollars. At that time, I felt so much grief for all the people that went to the customer service. R. I. P. How do they educate people those days? Soon, I found out the Customer Service Person does not speak English well. I walk away to McDonalds. We wanted to buy chicken nuggets, we were forced to buy the sauce. We have to pay $0.50 for one sauce. I don’t even want the sauce, but they force us to buy it. I think Walmart should close down. Enter at your own risk. It your choice, I recommend not going, or you will have nightmares for months.

Tons of multi deals always, and always has plenty of what you’re looking for. However, staff tend to be quite unhelpful, been given 3 different answers as to where to get items from 3 associates. As much as the prices are good, sometimes I don’t find it worth my experience.

I made an order through the Walmart Canada app. Everything was going great, they even price matched some substitution they made.

However, by the time the delivery person arrived nearby my location I noticed something suspicious. On the tracking app his location wasn't changing. After like half an hour (meanwhile I was around my neighborhood trying to see if I find his car) I checked with the chatbot what was happening to my order, since I wasn't receiving any more news about it. Apparently they were returning the items to the store.
The point is that they didn't contacted me at all. Not even to tell me that the order was cancelled. After talking with a customer service representative they gave me a refund that's apparently a couple dollars short for some reason.

Don’t bother buying their produce - it doesn’t last.

Finding the employees are becoming more pushy and rude - the other day I was waiting for a group of employees let me by and ANOTHER Walmart employee told me to MOVE - when he seen it was another group of his team members he didn’t even apologize.

Double check your receipts too we had a lady at the self check outs just help us and yeah double charged for a few things. Yay.

Strongly rethink giving this a chance.

Was actually told to go do my own price check while I was at self check out. Tried calling the store to ask for a manager but couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. Zero service equals zero business from me. Im done shopping there.

This location! Worst customer service! Assistant manager seems to be zero service at all and associates just doesn’t care about what they are doing. Every corner encouraging to download the apps to scan the price but when you up to the till price are way more different.

We are fed up with this store and its dismal service. We have ordered groceries a couple times and each time has been a hassle. But tonight was the last straw.
They delivered $300 worth of groceries 2 hours before the scheduled drop off time and notified us after it had been dropped on our front step. 2 hours sitting in +26 degree temps. We had meat, milk, frozen goods and other perishable items.all wasted now. And they are fighting about a refund.
Avoid this store, in fact avoid Walmart all together.

Nothing in the right place, prices are wrong, stock quantities online are inaccurate, show up here for items that are listed to be in stock- they arent. Giving up on this location.

I stopped by Walmart today to purchase a hose. On my way in I noticed the person who stands near the entrance and checks receipts was helping people find what they were looking for. On my way out she checked my receipt and was one of the nicest people I have ever interacted with at a store. I believe her name is Hellen. Please give this woman a raise, she is amazing. I also noticed her interacting with a few other costumers and they all left with a smile on their face.

Attempted theft by their associates:
We ordered a TV online, it failed to arrive, charge us or show up in their system (we called several times for a status update and were told as such. Due to the facts presented we purchased another tv and canceled the order on the online portal we used to track the status of the order. Days later the tv we purchased arrived and a charge was processed, we called and canceled the order, they confirmed it was not properly canceled before and said they canceled the order, that the purchase would be refunded within 10-15 business days. Today we went in to cancel the order in person, the staff member indicated it would be done, and a cancellation email would be received at 8: 00pm. When we got home, we got a notification that the order had been picked up. We went back to the store and confronted the staff. They let us know they were placing the cancelation in 15 minutes. When we informed them, that we were aware they would be unable to place the cancelation as they had already marked the order as picked up, they got really nervous and immediately carried the tv into our car and went back inside.

To summarize: we canceled the order 3 times. The staff marked the order as completed, with the intention of taking it home after their shift was done (8: 00pm). When we informed them we were aware of the process the staff got nervous and immediately gave us the tv, despite claiming they had processed the cancellation.

I normally quite like Walmart. It's where I do most of my shopping. Lately, though, the employees have been way too pushy with their "Walmart Mastercard". If I say I'm not interested, I wish they'd just respect that. Last week, an employee named Kinjal literally would NOT leave me alone. I was in a hurry and she wouldn't take no for an answer. She pestered me until I caved just to get her off my case, because she wouldn't let me pay for my groceries until I did. I wasn't impressed. The employees shouldn't be allowed to do that. If I don't want a freaking Mastercard, I don't have to have one. Good gosh.

I quit going to walmart over year ago. 1 till open otherwise only self checkout. Hardly anyone working there speaks english so getting help is near impossible. Yesterday i did online pickup order. Horrible. The girl who brought bins out to car lifted flour bags by top flap then laid opened bags on side in grocery bag so flour was spilling out. I tried telling her after 1st bag not to lift by top flap she just smiled and did it anyway. Then laughed because flour was spilled. Tried putting a frozen turkey on my eggs. The produce was gross. Carrots had sprouts growing. Celery was limp and brown tipped and green onions looked like when i clean crisper and toss the bad ones. Then they were out of stock on items. Got billed original order amount. 27 hrs later still no adjustments to my bank account. The refund they were issuing for the spilled flour still not done yet either. Called customer service and told no worries in 5 to 7 business days you will get your money back. Never again walmart. Not in store or online.

One of the worst Walmart's I've ever been to. It has happened numerous times that the price on the shelf doesn't match when they scan it at the till. This has honestly happened to me at least 10 times in the last 6 months and every time it does I show them where I found them and even though there's tons of other ones on the shelf at that price, they never honor it. I was even there a couple weeks ago and the guy helping me kept leaving to talk to his friends at another till, it was the most unprofessional thing I had ever seen. I even had one guy tell me that they couldn't honor the price on the shelf because there were only 4 of the same item on the shelf, he said if there was 5 or more they could honor the price. They should always honor the price on the shelf, it's not the customers fault if the staff is to incompetent to do the job right. Stay away from this Walmart, I would give zero stars if I could.

Lazy employees. I did my entire $200 grocery shop here. At the till, I had a package of sippy cups where the code was partially ripped off. So the employee had me walk all the way to the back of the store to grab another package instead of having someone do this for me or just looking it up, all while 3 of them just stood there.

Horrible produce, last maybe 2 days then it starts going bad well I guess potatoes are the exception. Even Walmart can’t screw up something that simple
