Tech guy on tonight very helpful. Went beyond. They need to move these good workers up to management.
North West and South Walmarts need better tech workers.

An interesting shopping place when coming to Regina, you can buy food, household items, cosmetics, medicine. Regarding clothes, I don't rate it very highly.

I ordered online for pickup delivery but no one bother to show up. I have waited an hours or so on call the CR they on saying i have send someone there but no one was there to help me at pickup spot. I missed my appointment due to the bad service of Walmart. Very inconvenient such a shame. I must say if you can't keep up with all this don't make such facilities which u can't fulfill.

So not inpress with this store, last night took the cake, the hole time I was at the self checkout I had a very rude female Clark, She kept saying I didn't pay for things when I did and have proof, thanks too a other worker telling her off. So not doing selfcheck out at this store, so didn't like how she treated me.

They now make you pay for your makeup products at the makeup section due to theft and I completely understand that but when it’s time to go check out your other items the employees then have to check your receipt and items and then the buzzer at the door always always goes off even though I have paid for it they need a better system and it shouldn’t go off if I have paid and the security tag has been removed very annoying I don’t need my items looked over twice should not even have to even once.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Go to literally any other Walmart in Reginia. Context I asked if they had a BBQ I was going to buy in stock and I just got laughed at and ignored while they sat at the counter talking to their co-worker, that's it. That's the whole interaction. I'm only one person but I'll never go back there.

Store was clean, that's the only reason I gave it one star.
People working at the till were rude. I always try to use a real employee at check out (at all stores) and the few times I have been there this past 6 months I have had an employer raise their voice at me (because I was paying with my phone app, which worked, but apparently Samsung ruins their systems). On my second visit of one my items was "passed" so hard it fell off the counter and was damaged. I refused to pay.
All in all, they are not kind and I'm not sure if it comes from management and how they treat their employees or their working environment.

They really need to keep it well maintained and should stow more materials. This place is barely stocked up as compared to all the other locations. Their vegetables and fruits are never fresh no matter what day you go.

This place is a disaster lately. My most recent stop here I had to wait a half hour for someone to come and open the stupid display case for a breast pump. I even had someone page the person responsible for the department over 4x.the organization in this store has also drastically changed for the worst.

Do not waste your money on delivery from them. Even if you place an order a day in advance you will not get your groceries then. They will give you a two hour time window and not even see let alone prepare or deliver it by then. Even if you try to contact them the online "help" does nothing and when you finally get in contact with a person they just shrug their shoulders and say they can't do anything about it. Just a waste of time and a nightmare to deal with.

They say lowest price guaranteed but don't price match. I can't understand this. Because if someone is asking for price match it's mean your price for same product is not lowest. Customer service was very poor.

They have all essential needs and more. The perfect place for anything you may need in one place. Superstore has less.

THEY TRY TO STOP YOU FROM COMING IN WITHOUT A MASK AND DONT PROVIDE ANY. THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY $6 MINIMUM TO BUY ONE! Great example from a discount grocery store that knowingly serves lower income families. Terrible fruit and vegetable selection. Have found strawberries, raspberries and blueberries all moulding in their containers in the past. Electronics/cell phone department is clueless and unorganized. Shop elsewhere. Superstore is nearby and a much viable option.

Great prices on electronics items. Bought several phone cases! I wish they sell PS5 in the store.

Even though they have signs on their doors, on their site, and greeters who are supposed to make sure all customers are wearing masks, I’m shocked by the amount of people walking around without masks. If this is their policy, why aren’t the staff enforcing it?

Always stand behind their products. The order online, pick up at store is wonderful, especially for us out of town people who don't have an actual street address.

Can't find anything in this store and none of the employees wanna help you. They will look at you, smile but when you need help not one can be found. Maybe they need to hire ppl. Is there a shortage?

Prices are not competitive concerning the items i was looking for
. Also, just learned today that the phone app doesn't represent whats available at the store
so save your money and shop online elsewhere

I used to do most of my shopping there, until I had to start wearing a mask, I will not comply with the lies, so I have to hide my face in order to shop there? Not happening

My favorite store
Can almost always find what you came for, and if not then usually leave with other items for a good price.
Always end up spending more than I set out to, but worth it for the amount I leave with, makes shopping fun!

Free parking, staff were helpful, shelves were full. Watch for the roll back and score some better deals.

The staff are lazy and abrasive. But in truth they have stock and stock and stock. What a cash grab. Don't go with to much molla or you'll be devastated Royaly.

It is just another Walmart. It is HUGE and hard for an old codger like me to shop there. Why I remember when.

They really have to so something about their advertising i was in their for 45 mins looking for a no existent gold tested but when you type in gold tested Walmart says they have it well people they don't

Dont even ask to speak to a.member of management because nothing gets done or management never come and talks about what was going on

Decent prices and everything I went for was in stock. Tills were well staffed so line ups were minimal.

Worst customer service. The grocery aisle are barely big enough to get two passing carts by. And had a cashier raise her voice with me over having an item that wouldn't scan through as if it was my fault. Only nice person was the greater at the front door.

If i could give customer service a - rating i would trying to call a certain deparment 4 times and rude and dont know how to transfer properly BRUTAL.

This is probably the most unorganized Walmart I have ever seen. There is mess everywhere, shelf’s are empty, stuff is all over the place. People who are working there have no clue about Where is certain products located. Do something. Hire people who are willing to work

I shop at this location because it's close to home. However, it's always SO dirty. I understand Walmart is a busy place but they need to get the staff zoning the shelves because it's not pretty:

The front had a lot of cigarettes on the ground.were u get your cart from look like it has not been clean in a few months but surprising no line up at the till.

Staff was amazing scanners not so much however the young lady called a manger and he fixed the problem quicker enough I figure!

Its a great place to shop compared to other stores, only one problem. I was followed around in there by one of those snakecharmers, even though I'm on welfare, I'm not going to steal. I don't want trouble from anyone. I gotta be a good Shark today.lol

Walmart, east end is one of the best places to shop for all that you need. I have only positive compliments to give to the east end Walmart store and the conscientious, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff employed there. When I go shopping at Walmart it’s usually for specific items, but I have learned over time to prepare myself with a cart, not a basket and lots of bags because I know when I leave the store I’ll be smiling with pride and satisfaction at all the bargains Walmart had that day and I was fortunate to find. Then I glance at my receipt my eyes go to the line showing my savings and iI’n pleasantly surprised at the amount, and grateful to Walmart for their conscientious effort to make shopping at their store a pleasant and rewarding experience.

You can find EVERYTHING here! I’m always surprised by how big this place is and how I can find everything I need, all in one place. Usually they have good deals although there are also a lot of overpriced items. All and all I’m happy with this store, and starting to understand that I should probably go there first and save my self a great deal of running around town going in&out of a million different stores.

Worker in a yellow vest in the makeup department was very rude and seemed very crabby when I asked for help finding a price and treated me like an idiot. She also accused me of using products I was looking at, so I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

It is a busy place. Nobody knows how to put carts away in this city, so if you have a nice car, it's terrifying to park. The Saskatchewan wind picks up, and bam!
Easy enough to find what ya need, like most Walmart's.

My mother and I went to pick up a few things, she slipped in the ladies room and injured herself enough to require emergency room care (possible fracture/couldn't use/lift/hold up her arm without support) with severe pain, management did not even offer to do anything about it until she insisted on an incident report being taken and even though in severe pain, management also did not offer medical assistance, simply a follow-up call to "see how she was".

I dislike how they hardly have any tills left and its mostly self check out. Super inconvenient. You waste so much more time doing self check out there because you regularly have issues scanning items, and issues like that. They had a really nice plant selection though.
