Staff were very kind and caring. Everything was explained very well and they took my comfort and feelings seriously

I'm very anxious about dentists and they are so so patient with me and explain everything. They are also really respectful about costs and give back to the community big time.

From the time I walk in until the time I leave I am welcomed and treated with much kindness. I always feel that my concerns and comfort come first. Dr. Grey and her staff are amazing

They still followed the Covid-19 protocols where we waited in our car until our rooms were ready. If you book in advance like we did, all three of us were able to get in at 08: 00. The ladies at the reception counter were very friendly and knowledgeable, along with being helpful. My hygienist was very careful and thorough. She was sure to be gentle around the gums, which were some of the sensitive areas. She frequently checked in to make sure that I was comfortable. They often give us the opportunity to book for our next appointment (6 months from now).

First visit with this hygienist, and I was impressed with how gentle and professional she was.

Staff are friendly, and knowledgable, meaning they know their job and do it well. Went in for what turned out to be a couple fillings. Appointment was on time, smooth, and relaxing. This is my regular dentist office, and they work hard.

Started on time and treated very professionally. As good as any trip to a dentist can be with freezing and drilling involved.

I have been here twice, once for myself and once for my 4 year old son, and will definitely continue coming here. The receptionists are so pleasant to talk to, and the hygienists and dentists have been wonderful as well. Everyone in the office was so patient, kind and compassionate, which is something I greatly appreciate after having a bad experience at another dental clinic in Warman last year that made me very nervous to see a dentist again. I'm so glad I found this clinic - love it!
