We hired Waxy’s to clear out our backyard so we could we start over, after purchasing our home. Sean exceeded our expectations! He understood what we needed and was quick and precise! We have a holding bed of perennials in part of the yard and he cleared right up to the edge! In fact I am pretty sure he nipped a few weeds that I had missed! Yay! After clearing the area, fixing grade, clay by our foundation, and 10 yards of crusher dust to get us ready to create our design? We are set. Once we get ready for the second stage we will request Sean to come back! The office was easy to deal with from beginning to end. They confirmed our appointment the day before and explained costs etc.at the time of booking. We will have them back to help finish this project, plus the front! Thanks!

Just had the streets swept and saw you at the neighbors yesterday. Now our street has crusher dust and hydraulic fluid all over the street beside my house. We never subscribed to your server but you did leave a mess on the side of my house. We would never hire you.

I unfortunately have had the worst time dealing with Waxy’s.
The individual answering the phone at the front desk was an absolute gem.
I had them out to grade my yard and and was left with both giant ruts and my other landscaping destroyed as well as my sprinkler lines cut (I was told not to have them marked as they were not digging deep enough.)
Dealing with Donna was so disheartening. She was aggressive, rude, and after promising me to come and fix my yard after it was trashed, refused to do so because “I should have known better. ” She cut me off in conversation, yelled over top of me, and belittled me at every point possible.
The worker that came to my house has mentioned that he was unhappy with how Donna books the work as it is too early in the season and frequently destroys yards. He also mentioned that the work done has to be rushed as they are over booked and over committed so they often have to leave things in the ruined state they are in or else he cannot get to his next job.
I would high recommend using a smaller, local business who puts love and care into their work.
