They installed a door for us and the installers were amazing and very friendly. They were very meticulous about their work and very professional. The door looks great!

Very good service. Knowledgeable professional staff and very kind. Would give 5 stars if waiting time is lower! Waiting 3 weeks to install screen protector is way too long (literally 10 minutes work).

We recently had 5 new basement windows installed to replace old aluminum ones. They guys arrived when they said they would, laid down drop clothes from the front door right down the steps and to each window being replaced. We are so very pleased with the results-they look amazing. When they were done the guys cleaned everything up-brought their own shop vac and left the house and the outside nice and neat. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Highly recommend this company!

They promised to help with the Greener Homes Loan and caused me to get disqualified (i have proof from CRA, but weather pro makes excuses), as per my conversation with the federal representatives/CRA. They breached the contract and began the Snap loan before the work was complete, then argued with me about it. That is purely ILLEGAL.
They were late showing up to do measurements 3 times. They scheduled the install for 2 days, they worked 1 day and refused to finish the next day. They installed damaged, unfinished moldings around my brand new patio door, then when I convinced them to come back they just painted it and it still looks bad. Now they're fighting me about that. They send me forms and then forget I already filled out the forms. I sent pics of the damaged moldings, then they asked what's wrong with them. The pictures are clear. Can even see one molding is cracked.
Dealing with this company is like banging your head on the wall.
Terrible company, incredibly unorganized, liars, they make excuses and take no pride in their work.

They installed our windows in the basement. There workers are excellent, clean, tidy and respectful. The product they supplied are of good quality.

Very disappointed in Weather Pro. I emailed at the beginning of the week to get an estimate on all new doors and windows. They called me to set up an appointment for today. He offered a 3-5pm slot and I told him the earliest I could possibly get home would be 4: 30, so he told me he’d tell the guy to come then. I cancelled an appointment at work, which resulted in a loss of income, to meet this guy at my house. It is now 7pm and the guy has not shown, nor has anyone called me to inform me they wouldn’t be coming. I’ll be giving my 10k+ to another company who actually shows up when they say they will.

The entire experience was greatly appreciated. The installers were fast and friendly and knew their jobs. The windows came in a few weeks later then expected however these days everything that is ordered usually is a bit late. The quality of the product and workmanship was fantastic and bonus the price was the lowest of all the estimates we got. Thank you for a job well done.

The whole team from sales, support and installation was great! They are a stand up company that will take care of any problem.professionals. I had a small problem with some shipping damage and the company took care of me. The installers did a great job and took extra time to make sure things were done well and looked good. The installation crew was careful, considerate and clean. They used drop sheets everywhere and cleaned up as they worked and made sure floors, windows, and trim were all clean!

We had 2 windows, a sliding door and front door replaced. The product was excellent. I have to admit that the person that measured everything could of done a better job but all in all after it was all done it looks pretty good. Our front door was installed by Bogdan and Vitaliiy and to be honest these 2 people are excellent and very professional. The door was installed and looks greats. I wish these 2 did the windows and sliding doors for us because they take great care in their work. On the sliding doors the ones that installed it left the work not completely done (see pictures). The trim around the door should of covered what was there in the first place and this did not. If I was installing the door I personally would not like to see it finished like they did in the pictures. You get a door replaced and they take a measurement you would think that it should be finished the way it was before. Over all the job was done not 100% but done and looks good. I will have to try to fix the sliding door trim so it looks better then what it was left.

Awesome guys! They came out twice to get everything perfect before building my windows, and then delivered and installed them in a couple of hours. And they didn't leave a spec of dust or dirt behind, so no clean up for me! The windows are really nice. I'm very happy with them.

Come for an estimate no problem, come to install windows no problem, come for service big problem. Huge run around asking customer to do work for them, send out someone to take a look! I am not your employee I do not work for you, I paid for service and installation backed with a warranty that you should be taking care of. This will be the first of what's to come.

I have to agree with Kendra. We had windows done on our upper floor over a year ago and are now going to do the lower level. Absolutely will not go with Weather Pro. Was told it would be a few days work, was over a year! Did not show up when scheduled, difficult to communicate with, we still have one part of our door frame that cracked when installed and was supposed to be replaced but after a couple missed appointments just never came. Not a dependable business.

Very good experience with this company. From the salesman to the installing team, all were very professional and did not pressure to do work that was not needed.
Unlike a current dealership I just dealt with starting with S…. Ending in P! They were jerks. I would recommend WeatherPro to my friends and family!
