Wednesday’s Smokey BBQ

Wednesday's has my favourite pulled pork poutine. It's perfect! The cheese aren't curds and are pretty melty, but it's not super stringy; it is a good consistency imo.

For the first time trying it out, it was heaven on a plate! The Texas Style Brisket was so tender that it melted in my mouth. The fries were well salted and delicious! It was so delicious so we ended up ordering the 1/2 lb Pork Shoulder. It was like the angels were singing to me!

This might be hands down the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had, and I have had a lot.

Food was amazing and service was great. I had the pork belly sandwich. Lots of meat and toppings were fresh. The horseradish sauce was amazing. I could have had a bowl of that stuff. Counter staff were friendly and helpful.

BBQ as great as I've had anywhere. Don't let the food court location detract from the food they serve. Really hoping these folks can make it back to a stand alone dine-in restaurant.

We paid 44.00 dollars for two ribs and a burger such a disappointment I would never recommend this place to anyone such a rip off.

I came today about 15: 30pm and no one in the front they are all at the back i waited for 8 mins in the front which they serve me around 15: 38pm.my food is cold i order smoke beef nacho's and ribeye combo.all beef are cold and the nacho's are less toppings, too expensive the nacho's for the price.the fries is small quantities no salt or other seasoning they just put it on the sandwich bag instead of putting it on bigger containers with the ribeye burger. The ribeye burger doesn't have a "smokey" flavor.buns are dry, The cashier name is eric.

I've been here before and decided to come back with another friend. Our waitress was attentive, answered every question we had and was very helpful:)
We ordered and it was done quickly. But my food was a little cold.my friend got a lamb shank and potatoes. Said he was happy with his meal but was a bit dry.
Overall It was a good visit but I just don't think I'd come back bc of the small menu and lack of veges/side choices for a lot of the meals:/

I went for lunch today and found the decor, service and good excellent. Had a beef sandwich and have to admit it's the best sandwich in Saskatoon. Cant wait to try their beef shanks and rib.

Had high hopes for this place. Ordered the beef brisket but they didn't have any. Ordered the burnt ends and they didn't have any of that either. We ordered the spare ribs and they didnt have that. So we left. This was Friday at 6pm.

Went in with my parents and boyfriend to eat, server was wonderful and attentive. We ordered our food my dad ordered a rib eye and got a sirloin I ordered my sirloin medium rare and it came out raw, server took it back and we waited 15 min for the steak to come back at least, soup came out ice cold, Manager was sitting at a table who kept looking over to our table laughing at us as our patronage was a joke to her, and would not help our server or our table. I will never return to this establishment and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to eat at this so called restaurant. Was laughed out the door by the manger and staff. Absolutely worst experience I’ve had.

Had the pork belly sandwich and beef soup about a week ago, was awesome. Had the lamb sandwich and coleslaw today, also awesome. Both were under $10. Delicious food and employees always smiling. See you again soon.

Went for lunch. They were out of pulled pork and pork belly, so it was a bad start. I ordered the beef ribs with mashed potatoes. The ribs had pretty good taste, and I enjoyed the broccoli which had been grilled. The mashed potatoes were unusual - possibly made from flakes (?) - and were not hot. The ribs were only warmish, and the gravy was thick as though it had not been heated through. My friend had the beef nachos. The beef was dry (almost dried, I would say), and the cheese had not melted. Perhaps the chef was in a rush to get things out to the table. The service was good, though there were only two other people in the restaurant so that’s not saying a lot. When my lunch partner expressed disappointment with his meal, they offered to make something else. He declined, but they ended up giving him a sandwich to go. Perhaps they are so new that they are still working out the kinks, but I have no plans to return at this point.

Overall the smell is good. But its mediocre at best. I am someone who doesnt want my steak cut for me.but thats how they deliver the steak was salty as all hell. No flavour just salt.

The veggies were nice. But again just salt
. The baked potato was dry. Only sour cream and bacon and green onion. No salt or pepper.kinda off.service was good
Overall I was disappointed.

Buddy got the salmon same thing just salt. Hard to eat. Very dry. Small portions
Bbq is known for full flavour and serving size.

From the first bite of the pickle the meal was, "Yum"! My friend said, "This is the best sandwich I ever ate! " The dry ribs were huge, 5", meaty and you could hear the crunch of the crust from across the table! Excellent service and great decor. They should open the blinds so potential customers can see in to how nice it looks, very inviting. The smell when you come in is mouth watering. Maybe add a fan to blow the smokey meat smell outside? Lol. Well done!

Steak is amazing! Delicious Smokey BBQ smell as soon as you walk through the door. Friendly attentative staff. Can’t wait to try the ribs next time!
