It has the worst management in Saskatoon. We cleaned the apartment all day before we left. They sent our security deposit after two months because they didn’t have money here. They said: your deposit is coming from Seattle United States. I gave them $750 deposit. I got back only $185 they put all small details in that bill. Which was all lies, the building manager he forgot to put his coffee money in the bill. It is the worst building in Saskatoon.if I knew the management That’s bad I will never rent an apartment in the building.

Living here was great! But after your lease’s done. They make it soo hard to get your deposit back! Absolute horrendous management!
