Drive thru staff are ignorant, staff inside are the slowest I've ever seen, staff sitting around inside eating and the place is disgusting, maybe when you're done eating maybe clean some tables and give the place a mop

Food tastes good but tonight I witnessed the person who made my burgers touch her headset and hair with the same gloves she made my burgers with then continue to make my burgers. Please review safe food handling practices in your establishment.

Wendy's is always good food, and reasonably priced.

Love the coke freestyle machines, they make me feel like a kid in a candy store.

I also have to note their packaging. It is highly functional and practical.
Everything save for the burger wraps are fully recyclable - and the foil burger wrapping is well worth it to have a burger that actually stays hot. The foil/paper wrap will degrade in landfill easily anyway.

Other fast food retailers NEED to switch to all plastic cups like Wendy's, then at least we can recycle them. The plastic cups actually keep the lids on well and don't spill! Laminated paper cups are so over.

If you're gonna order use the app so your order is rung up right. Asked for a bacon deluxe 3/4lb triple and got a single BBQ bacon cheese burger

$32 in food and every single item I asked for was wrong,
double hamburger with no cheese - came with cheese
Dave's double with cheese- came without cheese
Gave me the wrong drinks
Horrifically bad service.
Oh yea and they just flat our forgot to charge or give me the 12 nuggets I asked for.

Fries were at least ten to twenty minutes old when served. So they were cold. Mediocre attitude from the counter. Burger was mid compared to other locations.

Awesome staff, embarrassed myself by spilling my drink leaving the counter. Super helpful, speedy and comforted me.

Let me start by saying: the teenager who was awake at 6 am for drivers ed was fabulous. She managed to get everyones order, no mistakes, she took care of the drive through, and she managed the crowd well. I gave her a dollar and a mint, and i hope she sees this, she has 5 stars from me.

The manager however needs to schedule more people. They were obviously short staffed, the door was locked when the dining room closed, but customers couldn’t leave. Customers were yelling at a 15/16 year old staff member because a DOOR WAS LOCKED? !? Having a single “extra” staff member couldve stood at the door to let people out as they need, or at least let people trying to enter know the dining room was closed. Its a friday, people are going to be out. There was a baseball team eating! 2 front staff members is not enough for this type of rush. They did fantastic, and truly I admire how well they managed - I personally would have been flustered and frustrated, as well as PETRIFIED when the customer began yelling - but those star staff members will eventually burn out.

TLDR; they are short staffed, patience is a virtue. The staff and the food is well worth it. Refill your drink while you wait, take a chill pill, and maybe dont scream at teenagers. None of this is their fault.

We have been going to Wendys for years, but this is our first time to try their breakfast and we just love it!

We love this location. And the service is always great, the place is always clean, and the food is so good.

First time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised of the experience. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Staff provided great customer service. Restaurant was nice and clean.

Dirty, neglected. Sign doesn't work, tables dirty, counters dirty, bathroom dirty, toilet seats broken, long food wait.
I only came here because I was given a gift card, I'll never go to wendys again.

Does not have supplies stocked, ordered a baked potato had to substitute French fries which were greasy. Noticed staff had dropped a pile of lids on the dirty floor and she picked them up and put them back to be used. That is very wrong. Staff should take a food safety course. I will never go back.

Review for a friend: This was found in a spicy chicken sandwich meal they ordered through skipthedishes on the 22 of October from this establishment. It's actually very gross and now a bit skeptical to try food here. Please be mindful of what's in thw food you serve.

I love being able to get lettuce wrapped burgers. But they almost always forget the mayo and ketchup for the baconator, and thats important!

Was one of the tastiest fast food burgers and fries I've had in ages. Bit pricey but was fresh and hot.

Great service at the in-store counter.

8.21.8 Dirty tables and floor. Quite at the time of visit. Wanted 2 large frosties but they were out so got a different size. Also they were out of spoons, so had to use a fork. This branch seems to be getting worse for cleanliness. Hate to think what it looks like were we can't see behind the counter. Service was nice.

To me Wendy's the franchise has gone down hill. They need to bring back the Big Classic it was their best burger, also my fries with my order were so small I thought some fell in the bag. But no. They were just small, I realize the whole fast food service seems to be in trouble these days because of staffing, but someone has to step up first and take it back. Maybe that could be Wendy's.

Good food and Svc but idiotic marketing with no identification on the entrance door which is easily confused with other tenants

Cant give a review on the food as ive never been able to get in on 4 seperate visits.every visit ive gone to this location drive through and walking in the staff is so incredibly slow i walk away as i cant wait longer than 20-30 minutess just for some ‘fast food’

one time there was 5 take out the dishes guys and they wouldnt serve me until they dealt with all that.waited 30 mins then left.parking is restricted, the restaurant is greasy and dirty.

Great food - can select for healthier choices! Had baked potato and salad! Pretty good! The only thing i did not enjoy was the very sweet lemonade special! Was soo sweet, i couldnt drink it! They need to cut back on the sweetner!

Shockingly the breakfast was good. Got the Baconator breakfast sandwich and wow. Coffee soso. But wedges were actually good. THEY INCLUDED KETCHUP WITHOUT ME ASKING! Well done.

Run don’t walk away from this Wendys. They can never get your order correct and on my last order they forgot my wife’s order completely. When I called the store they said they would redo the order but I would have to pick it up. I paid for delivery and you made a mistake and I now have to get it. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was. When I asked for his name he said he doesn’t give out names. What? Bottom line this is the third time they have got are order wrong. Don’t ever order from this store.

Went for the new breakfast it was delicious BUT they forgot the bacon on my egg and bacon sandwich. But i didn't have the receipt to check if i ordered wrong. Will try again.

Solidly the worst Wendy's i have ever been in. Service was acceptable, but tables were dirty, the food was greasier than it should have been, the men's bathroom was dirty, and the women's was clean but had no working paper towel dispenser or hand dryer.

I'm giving them 1 star because they got the order right.

Food had to be packaged cold. Had to ditch the fries, couldn't do it. Hard enough to force that cold disgusting burger down but I had to eat.

I went through the take-out window and ordered a sandwich and a baked potato with sour cream and chives. When I opened the bag, there was a small fries. Not even any ketchup. (The sandwich was as ordered.) I just don’t understand how it’s possible to confuse ‘baked potato’ with fries. And of course it was too late to do anything about by the time I found out. So disappointing.

Great service. Follow covid protocol. Friendly staff. No paper towels in washroom and no sanitizer by tills after you order.

I was a simple order nothing easier than only drink in order, without ice, oh no.cup was full off ice.when asked to change she (Nancy) was passed off, took order back and wanted to fight over a straw, now their boss told them not give straw.

I always like changing up the menu every now and then I get tired of the same old fast food places Wendy's always seems to give a good balance the big potato is so good the burgers are so medium there's are so meat and fresh the fries with the sea salt so yummy Fast Friendly service,

Pretty big fan of Wendy's. Not much to say here, never a long line and the service is pretty quick.

The burgers tasted freezer burnt n fries were cold. I only give it 2stars cuz the pop was cold. Im being generous with 2stars

Came here to eat at a non busy time with 2 other customers who already had their food had to wait a very long time to get one burger. Went to sit down and all the available tables were clearly Not sanitized, the whole time I was there no staff come out to sanitize the tables. With a global pandemic going on I Highly do NOT recommend this location for your own and family safety.

Average at best.
Definitely not worth what you pay.
If you're gonna pay this much for a burger you might as well go to 5 guys or an actual restaurant to get your moneys worth

Everytime I go there we bet if the fries are gonna be unsalted or microwave tasting, now we can add if they can even do our burgers right. Monkeys work here I swear

Apparently when you order the Dave's single combo no cheese and extra ketchup and mustard it means they remove lettuce tomatoes pickles and onions. So I paid $10 for something i could have had at McDonalds for $5. Never again

Their app messed up and they accused me of trying to cheat them out of free food. Maybe take accountability for an app that doesn't work when you clearly see I have it and I am able to say exactly what the offer is.

A friend of mine and I used to come a few times making fun of the guy at the vindow on Vednesdays. Burgers are sure tasty.

Food was good but that was about it. Long wait time as in I was the only one in line and no one wanted to take my order. Didn't say hi or anything.

Drive thru person needs some customer service skills and has to slow the hell down. What’s the rush?

I had gotten a 3-piece homestyle chicken strips combo with a vanilla frosty, a spicey chicken sandwich combo with cecar salad and a chocolate frosty. What I got was 2 chocolate frostys and a tossed salad with Caesar dressing

We really like Wendy's! There baked potatoes with sour cream, chives and butter ordered with chicken fingers with sweet and sour dipping sauce is so good, take your family there and try it.

The food is good but unfortunately they have renovated it. Now they have those bar tables and chairs and a tv. If I wanted to watch tv I would stay home. And those chairs are to darn high for someone who is under five feet. Don't know if I will be going back.

Service took long.and had a very bad wobbly table on west side by the window and was busy so could have no option to relocate. So sorry.

I felt staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I realize the app that doesn't work is a pain. However the least they can do is live up to Wendy's offers when their product is broken. I'm not one to go out of my way to write these, but lately I've been enjoying leaving negative reviews for condescending experiences.

Went there through the drive through today and as soon as I got there the lady working just seemed annoyed right off the bat, even when I asked a question she just rolled her eyes and proceeded to punch things through and hardly even spoke a word. I downloaded the app beforehand, one of the coupons was for a free 12oz frosty and all she gave me was a junior itty bitty cup. Also did not give me my receipt, if there was a survey to fill out I would have done so. Was not impressed. The food was great tho, probably will not go back anyhow.

Website says their open till 3 a.m. On Saturday Nights, but at 2: 30 the workers avoided looking at us for 5 minutes then acknowledged us only with a hand sign that they were only open till 2. They didn't even have the courtesy to say it to us, couldn't even put the effort in to talk. Effortless, poor service.
