I ordered taco salad and was given dry salad with a bowl of chili and saltine crackers what is wrong with you people

The lady in the drive through is the rudest lady ever, rolled her eyes when I passed cash after she shoved the machine in my face and has the worst attitude, this is the second time I’ve had this experience with this worker. I understand having a bad day, I work customer service too. But don’t take it out on the customer when I did nothing to make her act that way: (

The drive thru worker this evening at 10: 36pm Saturday January 7th was absolutely despicable the behaviour of this worker was baffling i orderd a sandwich and at the end of the order asked for it in the spicy version and they said “oh I’ll just erase the whole thing then” and then they proceded to ask me not once but twice to ask ahead of time the second time saying you heard me say you need to ask ahead of time this experience ruined my night it was such a travesty to be treated this way after I consider myself to be a valued customer

Their breakfast is much better than any of the competition. The servers in drive through are always friendly. I have never had an issue with mistakes being made with my order or with the food preparation.

Order wrong AGAIN.nobody answers the phone when calling to get it fixed. No supper tonight!

Staff not very interested in customers. One drink machine leaking. Water all over floor and when brought to their attention they totally ignored it. Very disappointed

Not only did they get my order wrong, they got the two people ahead of me and one person that came inside from drive thrus orders all wrong as well. I didn't customize anything on my order and yet I got the wrong drink, wrong size fries and my baconator only came with one patty instead of two.
I strongly recommend that if anybody is going to visit this location check your meals after receiving them cause it's most likely wrong
