Very don’t want to write this review, deal couple times with western, very good experience, but not this time, order a part since February been 8 months still have no idea when the part will be here, all I give back from the customer service is we don’t know when the part will get here. The manufacturer not had any timeframe for us yet, i understand due to the shortage and supply chain change, I work at the furniture store as well understand have to take time to give stuff in, but 8 months? Come on! And still don’t know when will come?
