Western Pizza

Ordered two medium pizzas on Thursday, January 18th. All dressed and a mushroom with extra sauce. When I ordered, I specifically asked for extra sauce.lady on phone repeated, extra mushrooms, I said no.mushroom pizza with extra sauce.lol, well.they put NO sauce at all on my pizza. I had to take out my own sauce.what part of extra sauce means none at all. I am getting frustated with this business, it seems its either fantastic or terrible. For the cost, I would expect it to be top notch.and made as the customer requests. I love their pizza sauce, its the best so imagine my disappointment when there was not one spoon of it on my pizza. I give up on this place.
As a side note, I would like to say, the staff is awesome, very friendly.

Ordered wings with extra sauce. Wings were super dry. Wife called in to let them know. Argued with her about it, then blamed the dryness on us. NEVER again

They have a back room for big groups which is great and all but when you’ve been waiting 15 minutes and still haven’t seen wait staff to even get a drink order it’s kind of ridiculous not to mention 90% of the time the place is dead. The pizza is mostly crust and greasy is an understatement. For the amount of money a big group of at least 20 gives you in a night that booked 2 weeks prior you would think they would dedicate a few staff just to that table to get the best service possible. I could deal with the food if the wait staff was better.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at western pizza and there has ALWAYS been great service! They've always made sure everything is good and if it’s not they’ve fixed it. I love going there especially for family events as they accommodate to us and are super patient when we take forever to order and honestly over service us which doesn’t happen anywhere these day

Excellent service, Friendly owner, staff, very clean and organize place, the food is so great anf fresh, we enjoyed our visit with my 3 kids.

What happened to the best pizza in town? ! Its so pricey but was worth it. This last purchase of pizza was awful. Very little toppings and they forgot to put sauce on. I ordered a mushroom pizza, maybe a handful of mushrooms, before it was loaded with them. My husband got the all dressed, extra onions, was charged 4.00 for extra onions.are you kidding me.thats more than a whole bag of onions and there was barely any on it, so disappointed. Do I have to find a new pizza place. Anyone have suggestions for a better pizza place?

Kudos! Price is a bit high, buy I get more than I expected, incomparable toppings and cheese. Friendly Staff!

Good food. (we order baked lasagna, hawaiian pizza & chicken wings (2 ways, 1/2 buffalo & 1/2 lemon pepper. Softdrinks are refillable!
Clean & Good ambiance. Excellent service!
