Western Pizza

I called in a delivery order.
Had some difficulty hearing the women on the phone and asked her to repeat herself a couple times and she seemed annoyed and hung up on me at the end when I asked her to say the total price again.

Pizza was good. Lots of toppings, cooked well on top, although soggy on the bottom.

Great place to go for meal or just a cocktail. Karoke was Saturday evening. Fun atmosphere. Outside patio.

Very thick, meaty, delicious pizza! It's one of the best slices of pie you'll ever have!

This is our regular go to restaurant. The food is great.we have never had a bad meal there in all the years we go. Service never fails and they all know us.

Food is good, but they serve drinks in plastic glasses and a simple order of chicken wings took far too long.

It was excellent. Only 4 stars because I was looking for pasta sauce without meat. But I'm still a fan. ️

Easily the best Western Pizza location in Regina. The product is always consistent and very heavily topped compared to other locations that skimp out on the toppings and the pizza is never burnt but cooked to perfection every time. Highly recommended

Ordered this evening and honestly everything arrived completely cold. I called them and they really blamed me. I said to bring hot food and they said it would be at least an additional hour and If I could pick it up. The customer shouldn't have to argue with the company. They also wanted all the food given to them. Last time I will ever order from this location. Sad you as a customer has to do this.

What was wrong? The tables left empty for social distancing had over turned chairs on them! With legs sticking up. Not attractive at all!

Please just print off a sign Do Not Use and place that on the tables not in use.

You need to pay attention to the ambiance in your restaurant as well as food and service.

Please remove those awful overturned chairs on top of the tables

Western Pizza All Dressed pizza is amazing. Also, back when I was still going to eat in restaurants, breakfast options were cheap, tasty, and filling.

Always delicious, great prices, hearty meals with something for everyone.truly! And THEE BEST baked spaghetti in Regina bar none! Well and of course the pizza! Best all dressed ANYWHERE! Fantastic! Our #1 choice is Western Pizza Gardiner Park

2 meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs. Pasta all over cooked and mush. Quite possibly the worst pasta I've ever had. Always end up having to order from here because of friends and family and its always the same. Just terrible. But today was insane how bad it was. I wouldn't feed that to the raccoon in the alley.

Always great pizza. I live in Alberta now and the western pizza in Calgary isn’t quite as good. Always nice to come home.

Sit in or take out, its worth it

We picked up.place was busy.food was 10 mins late. Staff was obviously frazzled and a little curt. Food was delicious.

Worst customer service experience ever!

I ordered a regular 15” pizza with 5 toppings. One of those toppings was half olives on the pizza. When the pizza arrived, it had 2 toppings missing and the wrong cheese. I called them and was told by Kianna, who took my order initially, that they were going to send me tomatoes and mushrooms with their driver so that I can put them on my pizza. Have you ever hear of such a thing? I told her that was unacceptable and asked to speak to the manager. The manager, after much frustration trying to understand her because she couldn’t speak and understand English very well at all, asked how much pizza was left. I said we ate 4 pieces but didn’t finish them because we realized it may be the wrong pizza. She reluctantly, said she was going to send another pizza but I had to tell her about 10 times what the toppings were till she finally understood what I wanted. Definitely a language barrier here. When it finally arrived, the driver had to call the manager to verify only 4 pieces were missing. The driver said, yes there’s more than half a pizza left and I corrected him saying there was more than 3/4 left. Now I don’t know if he was going to chow down on the pizza afterwards, but it kinda seemed that way. So I inspected the new pizza and discovered one of the toppings (onions) was missing. The driver got on the phone with the manager again and passed the phone to me, then she asked the cook if he put onions on the pizza and he said yes. I said there weren’t any so the manager asked the driver to inspect the pizza to verify that there were no onions. This to me was not only unacceptable but gross that some random guy was sticking his nose in my pizza, but our supper was getting cold. He verified there were no onions on it. She proceeded to tell the driver to give us $5 back. He only had a $20 bill but luckily we had change. He left feeling very uncomfortable. So when I finally got to eat my half cold pizza, there was hardly any sauce and way less toppings on it. I am not impressed! This used to be the best place to order pizza with excellent customer service. They made me feel like a common criminal like I was trying to scam them! And the pizza was cold and tasteless.

So disappointed in the manager and the cook, and I gave a 15% tip! Pull up your socks man, you have definitely lost my business!

Absolutely love the all-dressed pizza here, there’s really nothing quite like it anywhere else in Canada. I moved from SK to BC two years ago and haven’t found anything even close over there. I came back to visit for the first time this week, and decided to come into WP for lunch today. Everything was exactly the way I remembered it. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Their pizza sauce tastes great and I love that they layer the mushrooms underneath the meat so they soak up all the juices. We also got the lasagna today, and for only 9.95 I’d say it was a steal! Thanks for making my trip back to my hometown memorable. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Regina again.

Picked up our order, drove home only to find out it was someone else order.called to see if they could deliver our order they said not right away as delivery person was busy. We took the wrong order back only to be offered $15.00 and told we didn't live that far (so basically no big deal?) And we had to request that! Asked to speak with the manager and nobody came out to speak with us, were told $15.00 was best they could do. We should have been refunded for the entire order or equivalent gift certificate. Brutal customer service in my opinion. Not happy! If I could give no stars I would.

Pizza tasted good, order came and the delivery person said “we were too busy to make your salad so it’s not here” then we realized they didn’t include the garlic bread either. Called back and they had to send a delivery person back with the best of our order.

Good pizza, just not happy with the delivery process.
