Over the past 3 plus years the new owners of Western Pizza Emerald Park have done a phenomenal job! Our food is always perfect, fast and their staff are sooo friendly and kind. We eat their once a week and honestly we have never had a bad meal every meal has exceeded our expectations. When we order delivery we find our food to be delivered quickly, always hot and always Sooo good! Trust me this is the Best Restaurant in Emerald Park and we are so lucky their are sharing their passion &

One of the best places for us to order pizza from. Been ordering several times a year for the last few years and it's always good.

Why is there a delivery charge of 5 dollars when I clearly clicked the I will pick up button. I will cancel the order!

Unfortunately had a poor experience here. Several of the items on their menu we were unable to order, like the gluten free pasta, for example. We came here because they advertised gluten free food. Overall, service and food was adequate.

Prices on menu didn't match what I was actually charged. Waited an hour for my pick up order. Real cold in the lounge. Food was lukewarm. Just not an overall good dining experience.

This has to be my favorite western pizza in Saskatchewan. The food seems better and the staff are always friendly.

Very slow service! 30 min for drinks. Ordered food 45 min ago and haven’t gotten it yet! What a joke

We were greeted at the door by a very friendly waitress. Food was delicious but the service really stood out. She came back to the table 3 times during our meal. I highly recommend

Our second timing visiting. The service was good and the food delicious. I especially appreciated the food being served piping hot. Emma, our server took extra care to provide our son coloring pages and his meal quickly to keep him happy. We will happily visit again.

Not only is the food delicious, but the staff are all super friendly and helpful. And if you are fortunate enough to sit in Ashley’s section, you will also receive outstanding service, great recommendations, some interesting trivia and I even got an amazing drink recipe. You can really tell when someone is working because they genuinely enjoy it, or if they’re just working for a pay check. Ashley loves what she does and it shows! I hope we have the opportunity to visit there again!

We ordered lasagna and pizza. We sat in for a nice meal. Food was good and service was quick. If you want a quiet place to go for supper this is it. It wasn't busy and I like that. Price was fair also.

Food quality was terrible, hair in pizza, watered-down gravy. Spent almost 90 bucks on this meal and couldn't tell if we were eating pizza or a cardboard box. Tried to call and nothing was done.

I'd never eat here. We had a large group of kids and parents from our sports team. They served a buffet meal using a mobile food cart. These carts are equipped with heating lights and internal burners to keep the food hot. They told us this cart wasn't working. As a result our food was cold. Why would they choose to serve food to customers when they know this food cart was broken down. Buffet food is required to be kept at 140 degrees for safety. I was very worried that the kids and parents would become sick. The food inspectors would have never allowed this to happen. We also ran out of food. Refilling the cart started to be done after the meal was all but over. The tossed salad had no dressing. We asked for dressing but none ever showed up. We ended up leaving hungry. To add further insult, they automatically added a gratuity to the bill. Total rip off. We went to the nearby Boston Pizza the next night and had a wonderful experience.

Nothing wrong with my meal pizza was filling and wings were good im from moncton nb and that was a good deal good job guys

Tried to order for delivery from my workplace, was told we're 'out of their delivery area' and we're. 5 km away from Pilot Butte

Food was excellent. Went in for supper with my kids we had Shayna for a server and she made the experience so much better. She made sure we had everything we needed and that my kids were satisfied 100 percent. Thank you.

Went back on August 21 for supper it wont let me post another review but again I had Shayna as a server and again I was impressed she makes me want to come back to eat here again. Thank you again.

Food is not as good as it once was. Soups are very salty and most items the flavored and food prep changed. Its OK but not like it once was.

So bad, other people had there orders before we got ours waited over an hour just to get our salad, and our waitress who I felt sorry for. Never again eating there.

What a gem of a place for best food and great service. Have been going there for years and it is not about to change anytime soon. Their specialty pizzas are to die for.

I ordered online delivery. Got the Email confirming my order. And my meal never arrived. Thanks alot Western pizza. I would give you zero stars if I could.

Horrible. The cutlets were burnt on one side cold on the other. Vegetables were nothing more than frozen veggies. The fries were cold and soggy. The gravy was the gelatos in a jar type of gravy. Completely inedible. Save your time and take $30 and throw it directly in a garbage can. Will not return here ever again.

The pizza was overcooked and there was hardly any meat sauce in the lasagna. The Caesar salad and chicken wings, however, were very good.

We order from this location regularly since their opening. It has recently changed hands and the quality of the food has dropped dramatically. We waited for an hour to pick up order due to two similar sounding names and a language barrier. Pizza was overcooked and crust was dry like cardboard. When I pay 85$ for 2 pizzas and 20 wings I expect a good pizza. When I called back to make them aware of my dissatisfaction I was told that I was wrong and being disrespectful. Congrats new owner just lost a longtime regular customer because he has ZERO customer service.

They have a great selection of toppings, allow you to choose from favorite combos or create a pizza of your own. My personal favorite is All dressed. Best place to eat pizzas in the city.
Staff is so nice and polite.

I have been ordering from here for years. Today they decided to not include my sons french fries and the soup I ordered was about 3/4 full. When I called the suggestion was to drive back for the fries but I live 15KM from there so not an option. No credit was offered. Very disappointed. I am trying to support local but if local is sub par it's time to move on

Oh my god, a friend suggested that we order from this location and this literally was the best pizza I have ever had. We ordered chicken bacon ranch and the house special, they were both to die for. My favorite place from now on.

We ordered a 3 topping pizza and we BARELY got any toppings. We love western pizza because you get a nice thick slice of pizza and ours was only one slice of meat thick. The manager called and replaced it, the second time around it was really good.

Really Disappointed with the Food we had for almost a year now, an example the Pizza used to be Awesome, not no more! Very Very little toppings with thick crust. We go elsewhere now.

Great food at a great price! Love the Steak I ordered it was fresh and so tender as well as the Caesar salad. Love this place and will be back for more:)

Under new management, best wing special ever, done just right very tasty. All food at the table looked really good.

Honestly. Great pizza! As always. The restaurant needs some serious cleaning and updating. The carpet is oily and gross, worn out and black. And the dishes (glasses) we received literally had grease on them to the point when I showed the waitress you could actually rub it around and see it between your fingers. Some dishes were the same way. Hopefully the new owners are able to sink some money into it and clean it up.

Your average run of the mill pizza place, good food, nice place and delicious food, what more do you need?

Food is decent service was good but 2 large pizzas and 1 pound of wings for $99, are you kidding me! That will be the last time I order from there!

Overpriced 36 dollars for a large, crust had a horrible burnt taste and the sauce was extremely sweet. Don't waste your time. One of the worst pizzas I ever had

I wish more Western pizzas in the city served chicken fingers.regardless I would highly recommend this place if you want to show someone from out-of-province a different kind of pizza that they've never had before.

Great food, decent portions cold beer, good prices.
Maybe its not a 5 but its better then a 4
