I promised to leave a review: AGI was a family owned company; it had been bought out by Westland Insurance. Although the insurance company is no longer privately owned, it still feels like you just stepped into a good friend's kitchen. Despite the office furniture, there is a welcoming and homey feel to it. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to work with you. I always appreciated this about AGI and it seems this, above and beyond, serviced has transfered over to Westland. They listen and answer any concerns you may have regarding your auto or house insurance. Plus help you find the best deal and the right fit to your insurance needs. No question is too small or stupid; I always leave feeling reassured that my husband and made a good choice in AGI now Westland Inssurance on Kensington Blvd.

Gary Downes at Westland Insurance is the best insurance person I’ve ever dealt with. When everyone else just ticks boxes in a computer program and says “no”, Gary finds solutions. In a world with so much lacklustre customer service, it’s just so nice when you come across someone, like Gary, who will actually help you, instead of just shrugging their shoulders.
