Pier Luc Doyon has been my go to person for many years and he is always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all of my questions.
I am very happy and satisfied with my dealings with him.

Fantastic service from Pier and the crew, always prepared to dig deep to answer our questions. We operate a trucking company so the super fast service we get when needing certificates is second to none! We highly reccommend!

Extremely upset with the way I was treated by this business. I originally inquired over a policy/mistake that affected my insurance, and in turn I received rude, condescending service over the phone prior to arriving in person. Once there, I was treated poorly yet again to the point where I was uncomfortable, so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained the insurance situation to her for context, and then told her I am disregarding the disagreement about the insurance, and would like to address how I was extremely concerned and uncomfortable with how I was being treated by the staff member. The manager told me she didn’t believe I was being treated poorly, and then was also rude and condescending in the way she treated me, choosing to argue the disagreement about my insurance instead of address how I was being treated. I ended up cancelling the insurance I had from them, which they were eager to do even after I’d been a customer there for quite some time. This upsets me because I have had positive interactions with other staff in the past, but after my interaction with these two women today, I left feeling bullied and ridiculed. No professional disagreement over a policy should leave a person (let alone a paying customer) feeling this upset. To disagree about an inquiry I made and receive bad service is fine, but to be treated poorly as a person is something else entirely. It is extremely upsetting. I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.
