This was a great experience all the way around! I just took my car in for an oil change (which Keenan was able to book on a day that worked for me!) And they did a full inspection letting me know anything that was blatantly wrong, breaking out fields into urgent safety concerns and things that they we're just going to watch for. After it was all said and done, they washed my car, too! How cool is that!? Overall, the experience didn't take much longer than say, a trip to Mr. Lube, and even if it had, they run a shuttle with a pleasant driver who is more than happy to take you home.

Overall, I'm incredibly impressed with Wheat Country Motors and use them for everything I can. Just a good lot of kind, honest people.

P. S.you think service like that is expensive, right? WRONG! I've found that Wheat Country's prices are very fair and it's never cost me much more than a trip to a lesser establishment might.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Edge from this business and it was a super great experience! I have had very negative experiences with car salesman in Moose Jaw, Saskatoon, and Regina. These salespeople were all the same. They can't tell the truth, they play mind games, and really put the pressure on. I found the ad for the 2018 Ford Edge and messages the business, asking if this car was still available. A salesperson, Jimi, texted me back and said it was still available. I asked him what the lowest price that he was willing to go, and he told me. I told him it was out of my price range and he simply said "OK". I began to look elsewhere for a vehicle and was treated pretty badly at a dealership in Saskatoon. I decided to see if the Edge was still available at Wheat Country Motors, and lucky for me, it was! I am from Moose Jaw and my son had to drive me in to look at the car because I didn't have a vehicle. I told Jimi (salesman) that my son started work in Moose Jaw at noon, so we didn't have much time. We arranged to go look at the car the following day. WHEN WE got there, the car Was running and ready to go! Everyone at Wheat Country Motors, was so friendly and genuine. No fake smiles and plastic faces, if you know what I mean! I took that car for a test drive with the salesman riding in the back seat, and there was no pressure tactics used. The atmosphere in the car was relaxed. I sent my son home and stayed in Regina to purchase the car! It was honestly the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car! I really enjoyed it! I was chatting with the sales manager, Jeff, and I complimented him on the easy going atmosphere in there and he told me that nobody was working for commission. The employees were all paid salary. So this is why it's such a relaxed atmosphere! In the future, I will always go to Wheat Country Motors. I feel very well taken care of there! I had to take my car back there because the weatherstripping was coming off, so they took a look at it and wanted to fix it right away,
I had to get back to Moose Jaw, so they loaned me a vehicle to take home over night, while they kept mine to fix! The customer service there is wonderful and it's certainly got a very caring atmosphere there! Something that is rare these days! Thank you Jimi and Jeff! You guys rock!

The staff at Wheat Country are always great to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. My issue turned out to be a simple fix and they had me back on the road within minutes. Highly recommend this crew!

Thermostat.
Changed cabin air filter. Changed it in June/July of 2022. Think it was a money grab. Never again will I consent to change anything but oil and oil filter.

Took my Volvo here for an oil change, and Keenan was happy to help. The technician as well, who I'm not familiar with even cleared a service light thats been a pain since I've had the car. Great thanks and I'll be back!

We’ve rented transit vans for a couple work trips for clients. The vehicles were always clean and well maintained. Service was always quick and the prices were very reasonable!

In the interest of full disclosure, I want to state that I worked for this business in the past (for a little over a year, approx. 7 years ago).

While working there, I developed a strong impression of the integrity of the ownership and their desire to do well by providing superior customer service.

Since leaving, I have continued to patronize the business for repairs and maintenance and am very happy with the service, including the shuttle service.

I have been fortunate to have mostly only needed routine maintenance such as oil changes, etc and some quite minor repairs (replace a leaking hose, etc) but would not hesitate to have Wheat Country do more extensive work. Prices have been very competitive when I have compared.

Additionally, I have bought a couple of sets of tires and they were very competitive with all the tire shops.

I have not had occasion to buy a used vehicle since I left but if I were in the market, they would be the first place I would look, based on my prior experience.

Bought my car here and oil change and service done! Always friendly and great service wont take it anywhere else. Winter tires done and winter service fast friendly and super reliable.

Bought a truck for $30,000 immediately started having issues, but they took care of me and solved all the problems I had. They even paid for the warranty deductible for a steering rack problem.

Played us around took almost a week to get papers exchanged for purchasing a new trailer that we'd agreed on price. They'd tell you they've sent them but once we contacted our leasing company they failed to do so until the last minute when the deal was off. Theses guys aren't very eager to sell you anything and will keep you on the line just because they can. Took us one day to clear with another company and got exactly what we wanted. Don't waste your time, these guys gotta wake up.

Great customer service, they accommodated my needs generously when my car was in repair, provided me with a nice SUV in a mint condition! Excellent service, very accommodating, strongly recommended and they have guaranteed a lifetime customer!
