Wheaton GMC Buick

Got a call from the manager today wanting to make things right with me. I'm glad he reached out because it take a good person to do that after what I went through.

Our 2021 Cadillac got a flat tire and was towed to this dealership. Please be aware that apparently new vehicles don’t have spares! We asked if they could put tires on but they didn’t have a complete set or the correct size. We then asked if they could take the tire off so we can get it fixed. They refused. We bagged since we were from out of town and had our 2 year old with us. Again refuses rudely! This would have taken 10min but apparently they have no compassion for people in need of help. I hope the rude person we spoke with at Wheaton one day has to face the same situation and there is no one willing to help them!

I waited far too long 3hours to get my air conditioning system checked I was not very happy Terry in service was kind to me I will think twice about going back for any service

Natasha was very helpful, answered my many questions- very resourceful and quick to reply. She was great at understanding my needs. Personally introduced me to the team and gave me some great parting gifts… most of all new Buick!

Derek was fantastic! He provided excellent customer service and helped me find the perfect GMC truck. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My five star review is ONLY for Mark Palmer in sales- he was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, there was no pressure just to purchase anything, he really wanted to make sure what we were looking for he could help us find. Reviewing this dealership, and the finance person who was helping me at the time - 0 stars. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service that was given to me. I know I am not the first person to need a co-signer, in the end I was told there was no way they could help us as GM Canada requires the co signer in person if they have not met them before. When I asked more questions to the finance guy, he was very rude and sarcastic. I was asked that my cosigner fly from Toronto just to put in an application. He took days to get back to me about finding different ways to get papers to a GM dealer in the city where my cosigner lives. I ended up going to SMP down the road, everyone from sales to finance was great and was told it was no problem to workout the issue of not having a cosigner in person. I found this especially funny as SMP is also GM Canada - So Wheaton GMC, my experience here just came across as being unwilling and unconcerned to make a sale. I will travel out of city avoid having to deal with this dealership again in the future if I want to purchase from a GMC Dealer. We had friends come here looking a few months later and seemed to have a very similar experience. Do not recommend this place. * I will add, I had a spouses company vehicle discount - So maybe they didn't care to make a sale if they were not making full mark up on the vehicle.

I dealt with Derek, he was awesome to work with! I’m from out of town and he was able to chat with me through text and make sure what I was looking for was met and set me up with a time for a test drive before I even got to Saskatoon. After the test drive he made sure I was taken care of with all of my Financials with Lilly, she rocked it as well! With being from out of town I was put in a bit of a time crunch to get my trade in vehicle into town and the rest of the paperwork taken care of so I could take my new truck home, they took on the challenge and succeeded no problem! I didn’t feel rushed by them at all! Derek took the time to go over all the details of how to set up the inside of my truck and make sure everything was up and running even after the store was closed! Lilly was amazing with doing up my financials and taking the time to still talk me through everything making sure I understood/agreed to everything!

I definitely recommend going to Wheaton GMC in Saskatoon, they have great staff and don’t rush you out the door, they took care of me and made sure I got what I was looking for. I know they will do the same for anyone else!

I dealt with Mark Palmer concerning trading in my 2018 Sierra for a 2023 Canyon.
Mark arranged for the appraisal and came up with a good number for me. We went through the ordering process on the new Canyon and did an on line build together. Mark was very informative and knowledgeable of the process and also of the features and options on the new truck. We discussed the financing, the order process and time line of the delivery.
