Susan Rosa surpassed my expectations from a finance representative by going above and beyond during a frustrating situation after a total loss on my car and working with getting me back money from my extended warranty. Her candor, responses, and work towards resolving made a huge difference in my not getting as frustrated as I’m sure I could have. I can certainly say her approach goes a long way in having a positive impact in a challenging situation. I know financial aspects can be the more stressful side of vehicle purchase so having a Susan helping you through can go a long way!

Too bad i have to even give it one star. I rate this dealer 0 stars, I would turn your heads away from this dealership. Or as i’d like to call it a “stealership” DO NOT DO OVERNIGHT DROP BOX AT THIS DEALERSHIP! My mom put her keys in the overnight drop box night prior to a service. Following day she didn’t hear anything back from them so she called to her an update, they asked my mom if she even dropped her car off and she said yes they said they couldn’t see it anywhere.upon further investigation someone stole the keys out of the drop box and stole my moms car off of their lot. All they had to offer was the regina police phone number and that’s it, never offered a loaner car or a very good opportunity to keep my mom a satisfied customer with a new sale of a vehicle from them. They left her stranded with nothing, we were about to put our money into this dealer and they couldn’t even offer help in the slightest after her kia got stolen off their property. The general manager called my mom 3 days after only because i blasted them on social media, and mom gave him a opportunity to offer something and once again, nothing.she asked why couldn’t you guys gave me a loaner they said they had non which i do not believe, and he gave my mom a whole different timeline as to when her car got stolen, they are greasy people and will sewer you as much as they can! They show no care for a paying customer. Avoid this dealership if you don’t want to be robbed. Very poor poor poor customer service, hope they are ashamed of themselves.

I exchanged my Kia Soul for a brand new 2024 Kia Seltos. Gregg helped me throughout the process and got me the best deal possible for my trade-in with a great appraisal and my experience with him and Kris has remained very satisfying during my business. They were super helpful and my family loved the entire delivery experience with Wheaton Kia.

Sold me a lemon.
$20,000 for a truck that lasted 3 days before the engine light came on for a cylinder that costs almost $10,000 to fix or replace. None of the side steps work, tailgate doesn’t lock, never got the door code. Plastic side of the driver seat popped off after one drive, was just set in carefully to look fine. Very disappointing, first time I spent over $6000 on a vehicle and it’s the worst one I’ve owned. *** I should add I got the quote from ford for this engine issue while my truck was there for repair because as I was driving it a couple weeks after purchasing, my brakes and a calliper went completely AS I WAS DRIVING and I drove 20 mins to home with zero brakes. This was terrifying and I could have been killed and Kia would be facing a lawsuit right now. Oh and the cover it came with is GM not Ford and is completely useless as my box fills with thick layers of dirt and fills with water with it on.

My experience at KIA was amazing, the customer service and Chris’s knowledge about the Kia I bought was unreal! I will send everyone I know to KIA when they are looking for a new vehicle!

Exceptional service! Knowledable salespeople and beautiful vehicles! My first choice when purchasing vehicles!

Chris was amazing from when I called to inquire about the vehicle to setting up an appointment with me, to explaining everything I needed to know! Very friendly and extremely professional!

I wish I could give negative numbers. I actually really enjoyed the service department and the people working there. My issue is with "the powers that be". In Sept. 2022 my vehicle was in for some routine work and I asked that the crossbars be reattached to the top of my van. They apparently were as when I picked it up the cross bars were in place. Later that we left to go kayaking. On the Regina Bypass the cross bars, kayaks and all flew off the roof of my van. I have contacted Wheaton Kia numerous times to get some compensation for this. I was told that "Kia Canada" had been contacted and that I needed to wait to hear from them. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I contacted Kia Canada myself and they informed me that they had no intention of getting involved. I contacted Wheaton Kia again, and have still had no response. Meanwhile, I am still out a kayak, and crossbars. I will soon be starting the search for a new vehicle and unfortunately this dealership and the other "Wheaton" dealerships will be off of my list.

Chris and Kris made buying a vehicle at Wheaton Kia very straightforward and accommodating for me. They took my needs for work and family seriously in my vehicle purchase and terms of the sale were well explained. Chris was thorough and exceptionally helpful explaining every feature I needed assistance with in gaining comfort in my new Santa Fe. In my previous experiences at other dealerships, I have never had a person take as much time as Chris did to make sure I was satisfied and that I had gained an understanding of all the wonderful capabilities my new vehicle has.
