We went today with my son and the strange Asian receptionist is soooo rude and nasty. We walked up and she stares and says ‘Mmmm? !? ! ” Like shut up. Say HELLO. Such a unnessary power struggle and unfortunate this is the face you see upon arrival. When I let her have some push back in attitude - and SHE MOVED US TO THE LAST IN LINE office manager will get call on Monday but just know these kind of games are ridiculous. Grow up lady. Sorry you need to work on a Saturday - can’t relate. SAHM.

Dr. Parker is the best doctor I have ever had, but the front office staff at Willowgrove Medical Group is terrible for many reasons.

On a recent visit to the clinic I was denied service despite having an appointment to see my family doctor. I got to the clinic before my appointment and went to the front desk to register. I was then informed that my appointment was cancelled. I didn't cancel it though. Some member of the staff cancelled my appointment for no reason. The people at the front desk couldn't tell me why, or by whom. They could see that I had an appointment at that date and time.but that for some reason it was cancelled by someone on their end. It wasn't that the doctor wasn't in or any good reason like that, just that some staff member cancelled the appointment I waited 6 weeks for. They made no effort whatsoever to do anything about it, just turned me away and made me reschedule my appointment.

Today I need medication that should have been refilled at that appointment. My chest hurts and I can't stop coughing. I phoned the clinic and they said they won't talk to my doctor about renewing my prescription, but that I should come in and wait hours to see the walk-in doctor to get a renewal I should have had for months already.

It's not just that mistakes are made, it is that there is no accountability or effort spent to fix them.

Terrible experience here. Came as walk in patient. Waiting time was horrendous although there was only couple of patients before me. Doctor good for nothing. Complete waste of my time

We have very good experience at Willowgrove clinic. Never got disappointed. Our Dr. Keitku is very good. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly he listen to you carefully. Thanks Dr.for serving us.

Brought my 10 month old daughter in today. Not sure who our doc was but when trying to explain our concerns with it he completely dismissed what we were saying with a condescending tone like our concerns were not valid. Wont be returning

Came here for walk-in because the other walk-in we were at said the wait time was only 30 minutes. We waited 1.5 hours, asking reception 3 times how much longer. First time we were told the site shows 90 minute wait and I showed him the 30 minute wait time, second time “we were next in line”, an hour later I was told the doctors may be taking lunch so can’t say how much longer. We left with my son unattended, and immediately my phone rang that they could bring us in a room. A doctor finally came to see us another 45 minutes later, for a total 2 hour wait. Wont be back again!

These 5 stars are ONLY for dr.narang.she prescribed me steroids for what ended up being a severe case of strep throat.i wasn't able to swallow or eat at all and the steroids lessened the swelling in my throat and tongue so i was finally able to eat after 6 days of not eating or drinking.she even called me up to check on me! She is one of a kind.i still think she saved my life

This clinic has always been my go to. The staff and doctors are all very professional and exceptionally friendly. Keep up the great work you guys!

Went in for a pre-op and was treated like I didn’t exist, waited an hour for the reception to take my info, waited an hour to be called into a room, and waited an hour in the room. 3 hours total for a simple piece of paper these lazy doctors pushed off all day while I waited. Unprofessional mumbling doctors that can’t look you in the eyes while they speak.

Dr ashwani narang is the worst doctor I have ever seen, very impatient. He dislikes us using translation software, saying that his time is very busy and cannot be wasted. Can our time be wasted? What is the doctor's responsibility? Isn't it just to solve the patient's request? Very bad

Been here 2 times, first time was great with Dr. Karuna, she was extremely kind and understanding. I came here today due to having a cough and being sick with cold symptoms for the past 2 months. Dr. Moses was the doctor and he made me feel very unwelcome and didn’t listen to me at all. He basically said I just have to wait it out although it’s been 8 weeks and I’ve tried numerous medications and it won’t go away. He seemed annoyed that I was there and I could see him smirking when I left.

Although waiting beyond appointment time is the norm for Doctors appointments, at Willowgrove you will be consistently waiting 45mins to an hour after your appointment time. Staff are extremely rude and take an “ I don’t care” attitude

Let me start by saying that Dr. Colin Halbgewachs is the BEST doctor there. I’ve taken my children to this clinic numerous times and I always hope that he is working. He is compassionate and listens and actually cares about your health.
Last night was the first time I went to this clinic for myself because I’m positive I have a bladder or kidney infection. “Doctor” Mahjabeen Anjum is terribly rude and treats you as if you are the biggest burden of the day. She writes a prescription after telling me that she doesn’t know if it’s a bladder infection but she will send the sample away for urinalysis. Then got attitude with me because she printed my prescription when I asked her to fax it to my pharmacy. She is rushing you out of there as if the building is on fire.
Fast forward to this afternoon when I get a notification on my ehealth. It says that my test was cancelled because they did not submit a sample. The guy who answered the phone gave me a reason but I could barely hear him and just told me that my only option would be to drive all the way back there (I live outside the city) to give another sample. I’m beyond frustrated and just hope I guess that it’s not a more serious infection. *EDIT* my results just happened to show up in my ehealth 2 days after my visit. So it went from not having my sample to my sample being sent in? Was it even mine?

We were looking for a family doctor for my daughter who is moving to Saskatoon. We heard the clinic had 2 doctors accepting new patients. We had a meet and greet with Dr. Narang. She was lovely. She seemed kind and caring and we are pleased that she will be our family doctor.

Some of the doctors know absolutely nothing about how to administer certain tests or read and interpret test results. It's almost like they cheated their way through medical school. It's very bizarre.

I went to the the walk in doctor and I did a test and we got the results. The walk in doctor decides to test for the exact same thing a second time, even though we've already got the results on the first test. This clinic has some of the worst doctors that I have ever seen. They are extremely incompetent. I agree with what another reviewer said, it almost seems like they cheated their way through medical school. If I could give a zero star I would.

I was told that there are two new physicians taking new patients. I called and asked, they said yes male or female. I said female. They booked me a time for a meet and greet. I showed up for my appointment. I waited for 1.5 hours until they finally called me in. I met with the doctor, she asked me if I was told they are taking new patients, to which I said yes. She let me know that she is not but she can add me to her wait list and come back in 4-6 weeks to see if she can take on more patients. She told me that the reception should not be telling people they are taking new patients. I am very frustrated for not only wasting my time, but being deceived.

Dr. Ketiku is awesome! He's very caring and knowledgeable. He genuinely wants his patients to live a happy healthy life!

I love my usual family doctor there, however, when I had to go to walk-in I got a different female doctor. I’d had eye surgery and an elastoplast surgical tape, which I’m severely allergic to, was put over my eye after surgery, so needless to say I had a severe reaction. I waited a day trying to medicate it myself, and then went to the walk-in, where the female doctor said what do you want me to do, it has to sort itself out. True, but I needed something stronger than Reactine to bring the swelling down. I had to basically beg for a topical cream to help with the redness, itching and swelling, and never did get anything more than that. She was incredibly rude. The pharmacist next door was more helpful than she was.

The services our family receive from Willowgrove Medical Group is excellent. Our family physician Dr. Moses Olakanmi and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time we visit, we appreciate Dr. Olakanmi taking his time to go over the diagnosis clearly and explaining the treatment options.
It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such passion and empathy for patients with outstanding quality of medical care. We highly recommend becoming his patient!

The wait time is crazy! Even if you have an appointment your still waiting over an hour to see your doctor. I wish my Dr never moved from downtown Saskatoon, it's a far enough drive to see him then you wait for hour after you arive

Front end staff are rude and appointments don't mean any thing if I could find another doctor I would I have been seeing Dr parker for 31 years and it is just getting worse think I am going to send a bill for my time
