After hours and considerable frustration dealing with the Telus customer support line with little help, I decided to come into the store for in person support. I was promptly greeted by a representative named Athena; She was very personable and confident. She took the time to hear my situation and within a few minutes was able to resolve the issues I had with activating my iPad to the network and had me up and running! Thank you again Athena!

I stopped by last week to inquire about a new phone, Patricia helped me out and told me about the EPP and found out I was eligible. Today we stopped in to get new phones and Athena helped us out. She was knowledgeable and patient when on the phone with Telus to sort out some issues.
