The lady at the counter was very polite, cordial and helpful. She remembered my name from the day before and the phone I wanted. Made sure to acknowledge my presence even when she was helping another client. Made it difficult for me to refuse paying for extras like an expensive screen protector. That is good customer service.

Best place to upgrade your phone. This year (2022), they started a virtual line queue to avoid having to stand in place to save your spot. BEST THING EVER. They have so many carriers and always have costco cash card to give back for upgrading your phone. Go check it out! Special shout out to Zach and Hannah, they were so helpful and knowledgeable! Will be back for my upgrade next time!

They made us wait for 2 hours to say "the mobile is not in stock ". If you are advertising something then keep it in stock or at least mention it on the board that it's not is stock!

Our experience was long line ups and wait times, but to be expected as with Black Friday deals! The staff were very happyful and knowledge on the products and services. All in all a great experience

I love the great way of booking appointments! It worked so well! The service was excellent and the staff did their best to accommodate everyone, even though they were so busy! Customer service representative was patient, informative & still smiling when he finally got to my case (over 1 hour later).
He was working solo with a very busy group of customers, and I was disappointed there was no additional help at that kiosk. Not only for better time management of customers, but he was unable to leave to have his basic needs met (food, water & and washroom break). Perhaps there could be a way that he is able to call for additional assistance when the wait times/line ups are running at 1+ wait times?

L waited 30 min for 1 customer to be dealt with, the employee at the kiosk told me he had 4 others queued in before me. No signage to say to scan the QR code to be in line.waste of time.hire nore poeple if it takes 30+ minutes for 1 customer wont be going back.i'll stick to sasktel stores

They had what we wanted in stock. It was great that we were able to get into virtual line and get a text when they were ready to serve us.

Wow friendly staff even though always busy they great every person. Jay has been a great sales man working hard to find us the best deal and any issues has been pin point accurate with questions wonderful human being (I don't like sales people) will go back to Wireless etc for all my phone needs thanks Jay!

While the staff are very friendly and helpful, the policy that you have to wait for 2-3 people to go through the entire phone purchasing process (which can take up to an hour per person), if you are just trying to return something or buy an accessory is unacceptable. Why do I have to wait so long just for the kiosk people to write permission for me to return something and send me to the Costco refund counter anyway? Why can’t I just go straight to the Costco refund counter in that instance? I understand the kiosk is a separate entity but there has got to be a more efficient way to facilitate returns of defective products. All I was trying to return was a phone case that had a built in stand and the stand had broken off.

The staff at the wireless kiosk are very good and quick to get you a new phone. Unfortunately the kiosk needs to get way more staff

Purchased a new cell phone. Great service and superior communication from the whole team. I mostly dealt with Jay, who was great. Would definitely be looking to purchase my next cell phone from this team!

I was helped by Hannah, who was simply amazing. Friendly and personable, she patiently answered my many questions, asked me some questions and then suggested a plan that would best suit my needs. Her knowledge of all the different phones and plans and carriers is nothing short of amazing! She took the time to be sure I understood everything about the new plan, and phone and also offered to transfer the data from my old phone to the new one ~ which was so appreciated. I have purchased many cell phones over the years. This was my first purchase at Costco. I have never received the type of service I received from Hannah today. I will be back for my next new phone in two years.
Please pass along my comments and appreciation to Hannah. I know the kiosk was busy today, and will be even busier over the next week, but Hannah never once made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. Yo I are lucky to have her on your staff.
